We're thrilled to introduce GAP's Advent Wreath this holiday season—a fun, interactive experience designed to spark joy, teamwork and generosity. Replacing the traditional Advent Calendar, this new initiative offers a more engaging way to celebrate, bringing GAPsters together for shared moments of connection, volunteering and festive fun.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We’ll have five candles and GAPsters will be randomly assigned to one of the first four candles. The final candle (Candle of Generosity) is for everyone to participate in.
You'll receive an invite in your calendar indicating the candle you were assigned to. During the call or in person event, we’ll introduce the theme for the candle, explore the theme, share a quick inspiring message, and hold a trivia session. There will also be charitable activities, contests and games along the way!
You’ll receive just two invites: one for "your" candle and one for the final Candle #5, where all GAPsters are welcome to join.

You are encouraged to bring toys to the office on the GAP Gives’ kick off of the Jolly Season At the office, we will gather to wrap donated toys for children in need. Let’s bring teams together in a lighthearted, festive setting!

The Candle of Generosity embodies the spirit of giving back, the heart of the holiday season. It’s a reminder that true fulfillment comes from spreading kindness and making a difference in the lives of others. Whether through charitable donations, acts of kindness, or simply showing appreciation to those around us, generosity is a powerful force that strengthens our bonds and lifts up our communities. This final candle brings everyone together for a grand celebration of the good we’ve done throughout the season. We’ll reflect on the joy we’ve shared, the memories we’ve created, and the impact we’ve made together. The Candle of Generosity invites us all to be part of something bigger giving not just material gifts, but also time, energy, and love to those who need it most.
HOW IT WILL WORK
The final day of the Advent Wreath will culminate in a grand virtual celebration where all five candles will be lit. Everyone is invited to join and share highlights of your experiences from the various activities and trivia rounds. After the Candle of Generosity is lit and we have explored the theme with our special guest, we will proceed with a final cash prize raffle for the entire company, offering three chances to win $500 each.
A final toast to the season will conclude the event, bringing everyone together to celebrate the holiday season as one big team!
