Like I covered in the above training, when wanting to know “how to be a leader” I believe there are 3 main qualities of a good leader. If you study any top leader throughout history they all shared these traits, which allowed them to lead masses of people.
So as I mentioned in the video you watched above, the 3 top qualities I believed were:
1. Vision - I believe every great leader that has ever been on planet earth, started with a huge vision. Now if you haven’t currently been seeing a vision of you leading others, I suggest you start to visualize that from this point on. See yourself with people eager to follow you , and you will shortly realize that it will become a reality.
2. Comfortable Leading Others - This, of the 3 qualities of a good leader, is very important. Out of the people I consult with, this is one of the biggest stumbling blocks I notice when people want to become a leader. To be a leader, you have to lead others. If you aren’t totally comfortable doing that yet, it’s just like riding a bike. It’s uncomfortable at first, then becomes second nature.
Spend each day practicing leading people in small actions, and over time you will be totally at ease leading anyone at any time. (For their best interest of course)
3. Make Decisions Quickly - This last, of the top qualities of a good leader, is very important when wanting to know how to be a leader. The masses, and the followers of the world, make decision very slowly and change their mind quickly. The leaders make decisions quickly and change their mind, if ever, very slowly. This is very important to adopt and also will become a habit, the more you do it.
