Hey Garrett here again! Today I’m very thrilled to be sharing with you this enormously powerful technique to instantly build rapport. As I was sitting down to write this, I almost didn’t want to reveal it.

Why? Well because this technique is very powerful! And not to be cliché, but with great power, comes great responsibility. This automatic ‘New Friend’ technique, as I call it, has the potential to make a ton of money for yourself, get instant dates, and have people compelled to listen to you.

I want you to promise me you only use this for a win/win situation. If you don’t, karma will come back and get you. I’ve seen it happen time and time again. So now that you’ve agreed you will only use this for the benefit of everyone involved…

Why Instantly Build Rapport?

Rapport is defined by many different people in many different ways. Rapport is sometimes thought of as a ‘resonance’. Like when you hit a certain key on a piano, and a bell starts vibrating. This is because the sounds are in the same ‘vibe.’

Likewise, you could think of people as being the same way. When you have a similar vibe (thoughts, beliefs, and feeling states) then you are said to be in resonance or in a rapport.

Why is it important to build rapport with someone we want to influence, whether that’s a client, a potential date, or boss in an interview? Well because people tend to like people like them.

Imagine if you were able to instantly convey to someone that you were like them, and actually get them to feel a vibe


of totally trusting you and feeling like they’ve known you for a really long time?

What great things could you do with this tool? Have massive success in business? Have extraordinary relationships?

The Old Way To Build Rapport

For a long time people taught ways to build rapport. One of the ways, which you may be familiar with, was to start talking about shared interests. The thought being that the person you were talking to would think, “Hey we have a lot in common, they must be like me. Therefore I like this person.”

Now don’t get me wrong, this way does tend to work. The issue is when you are talking consciously about topics they enjoy, yet on a subconscious ‘vibe’ level you are conveying that you are different.

That’s when people have that experience of, “Hmm.. they were ok, but there was just something I didn’t like about them.” Therefore we want to start with the vibe level and then the words will just effortlessly flow from there.

Instantly Build Rapport Using The ‘New Friend’ Technique

So what if you could build rapport with people in a way that was quick, easy, and had them feel at the subconscious emotional/vibe level that they’ve know you a really long time and totally trust you?

Well with the ‘New Friend’ Technique you can do just that. Here’s how it works: Once you have your sights on someone you want to build rapport with, whether that’s a client, boss, potential date/friend, etc. you then want to follow these simple steps:

1. Before you go over to the person you want to build rapport with, visualize someone you already have real, deep rapport with. This could be a friend, a lover, a parent, etc. 2. Really feel the feelings of connection you have when you are with them. Capture those feelings and images the best you can. 3. Look at the person you want to build rapport with and imagine that they are the person you already have a strong connection with. Actually visualize the image of the close person in your life, on top of that new person.


4. Once you are feeling and seeing the new person as a genuine friend, go over and trust you will know what to say and how to talk to them.

And that’s exactly how you can build rapport with anyone instantly!

I’ve taught people this and they’ve said that typical statements from the other person are, “Have we met before?’ “What school did you go to?” etc. The reason is the feel like they know you, but are consciously trying to rationalize why they feel that way.
