Lokmanya Nagar is a centrally located residential colony developed by MHADA for the flood affected people of Pune. It is abutting Lal Bahadur Shastri Road. The area has its own unique characteristics and with changing time, aspirations of the residents have been also changed.
A basic architectural study and analysis (based on people, user, topography, climatic conditions, character of the area and activities connected to this area) is carried out in order to achieve an appropriate design response for the people and feasible development with respect to the study and analysis.
