PROJECT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM The Project Management Certificate Program is a structured sequence of courses that prepare students for careers in the construction planning and business fields. Throughout this program, students will be able to apply project management practices through hands on exercises. Upon completion of the certificate program, students will have earned 84 PDUs (one Professional Development Unit (PDU) for each contact hour) that they can put towards achieving the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential through the Project Management Institute. COURSE TITLE PJMGT 5000 Project Initiation & Planning This course introduces the student to the project management process; the role of the Project Manager; project communications, and project leadership.
