fi rst for students Movie a fir Luck art students produce exhibit, movie by Mary Stirrat LUCK — The Luck Public Library hosted a unique opportunity for the Luck School and community last Friday, when students in Kyle Clemins’ advanced art class exhibited their artwork. The class is offered only to seniors, who work independently on their artwork, said Clemins, then plan and produce a show of their work. Students in the first-semester class were Ellie Lewis, Sabrina Lane, Dana Erickson, Keenan Nemeth and Eryn
Taber. Their work was on exhibit Thursday, Jan. 14, through early this week. The work of another student in the class, Bryson Clemenson, was also showcased during a reception for the show Friday evening. “Bryson is unique because he created a movie,” said Clemins, “which is a first for any of my art students.” The 40-minute movie, “Predator Unleashed,” is a parody on the Arnold Schwarzenegger action film “Predator.” Filmed primarily in Clemenson’s backyard, the spoof combines mock science fiction horror with elements of
