On June 23, 2022, our Heavenly Father called Anthony Hans Christian to join him into Eternal Life. Anthony was born on July 25, 1957, in Newport News, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents Howard Otis Christian, Sr. and Etrice Helena Christian. Anthony attended Newport News public schools and graduated from Menchvillle High School in 1975, he attended Norfolk State University. He was employed at Arc (Ft. Eutis Commissary) as a night supervisor and with Pierce Construction. Tony or Dick as he was affectionately called by his friends enjoyed life and truly was the life of the party. If he found an empty space on paper and picked up a pen, he would draw what ever inspired him in that moment. Loved by all his nieces, nephews and cousins, Tony will truly be missed for his vibrant personality. At an early age Anthony gave his life to Christ and was a member of Zion Baptist Church, where he sung in the choir and was a member of the Boy’s Scout. He leaves to cherish his memories of his siblings, Howard Otis Jr. (Fannie) Christian, Deloris C. (Clifton, Jr.) Young, Etrice Regina Christian, Donna M. (Allen, Jr.) Pierce, Betty A. (Donnell) Lassiter, Michael D. Christian, and Michelle L. (Derek, Sr.) Bailey: several nieces, nephews, and cousins that Loved him unconditionally.
