The Auction opens for bidding on 01/14 at 8:00am. Auction Packages start closing in 30 minute blocks at 7:00PM on 01/ 22. Auction closes at 10:00PM on 01/22. The Donation portal will be accessible through midnight Sunday the 23rd.

If you purchased Crab, you will receive an email from: INFO@BEGREATNV.ORG with the subject “Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley Crab Feed Pick Up Instructions.” That email will contain your group number & the number of dinners you are collecting. We are distributing over 1/2 ton of crab to over 200 ticket holders so please be prompt and please follow the pick up instructions referenced on the next page. All Crab orders will be available for pick up on the evening of the 22nd at the Napa Boys & Girls Clubs located at 1515 Pueblo Ave, Napa, Ca 94558. You will be contacted with a pick up window so that you can make arrangements to retrieve your crab. Due to the volume of traffic please enter the Club via the rear entrance through the Valley Oak Parking lot at:

Myrtle Ave & Marin St. just follow the signs! DO NOT attempt to enter on Pueblo.


1. Payment must be made in full by credit card, or debit card after the conclusion of bidding on 01/22/22. 2. Items may be released on presentation of a paid receipt at the pickup area. 3. For auction items and services not claimed, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser of items and/or services to ensure we have contact information so we can arrange for the time and place of delivery or pickup. Unless expressly identified all tangible items must be collected by April 1st, 2022. 4. Items- including gift certificates- may not be redeemed for cash nor may the expiration dates be extended. Unless noted, all purchased services must be used on or before January 1st, 2023. 5. The Board of Directors and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley warrant neither the quality nor the value of items and services auctioned. While every effort has been made to describe each item correctly, all items are sold “as is” and “with all faults or charms.”

6. Some items have restrictions or exclusions. If you have a question about whether something is or is not included in an auction package, please ask contact us at info@begreatnv.org. 7. Generally, the IRS allows the amount bid over the retail value to be deducted as a charitable contribution, which will be reflected on your paid invoice. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley is a recognized federal nonprofit. The tax ID number is 94-6033413.

8. The Board of Directors and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley thanks those donors whose gifts came in after this program was released. We apologize for any misspellings or omissions. 9. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds.


If you won an Auction Item, you will receive an email on Monday 01/24 from: INFO@BEGREATNV.ORG with the subject “AUCTION PACKAGE COLLECTION.” That email will include a list of all auction packages you have won, their cost, and total amount charged to the card on file. That email will also include a link for you to schedule an appointment to pick up your items. When you arrive: Please bring a copy of the email reference above. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to claim your items. Please Note: If you have not received the email referenced above by 1/28/22 please contact us at Info@begreatnv.org. Shipping is not offered for any items in this auction. All items MUST BE COLLECTED BY APRIL 1st, any items left beyond April 1st will become the property of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley.
