Please check in at the Registration Desk upon arrival. We will confirm your registration information. Your bidder number is on the back of this program, with your name and seating information.

Check-Out
It’s a live auction. When an item you’d like to bid on comes up, raise your program with the number facing out so the Auctioneer can read it. The Auctioneer will look to the crowd and, with the assistance of spotters, collect your bid. The highest bidder(s) for every item will be the winner!
Our check-out team will collect and reconcile all bids as soon as possible when the auction is concluded. Please enjoy the dessert hour until our team is ready to help you settle up before heading home. All attendees must check out at the registration desk to confirm the correct amounts before payments are processed, including Bid for Kids. Payments will be processed immediately upon check-out, and receipts will be issued via email. Upon payment, your auction winnings will be released with wine lots available for pick up at the Napa Clubhouse the following week.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law. Our federal tax identification number is: 94-6033413. Please consult your tax advisor or attorney to ensure that your donations are accurately reported.
These auction packages will be available on a first come first served basis during the RECEPTION portion of the event. Space is limited for each event, so act quickly! Please feel free to review them and if you have any questions let us know.

A safe space for kids, staffed by caring adults who are paid a living wage, in an environment reflective of our Napa Valley community.
Enrichment- including Academic Assistance, Sports, Health, Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM), Workshops and Retreats, and the Arts.
For every one of the 2,400 children we serve every day we invest $2,000 annually in the form of program supplies and staffing. Our registration fees are structured for those who need us most and NO child is ever turned away but every dollar we raise tonight is a step toward eliminating the need for fees entirely! YOU, and people like you, make all of this possible. In raising your paddle you are making sure that the Club experience is affordable and accessible for all kids, especially those who need us most.

1. The bid number on your auction program is registered in your name. Use it when bidding and do not allow anyone else to use it. We assume you want to buy the item if your number is attached to the high bid.
2. Payment must be made in full by cash, check (payable to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley), credit card, or debit card at the end of the night on April 29, 2023. Non-payment may result in the cancellation of the sale. Receipts will be issued via email.
3. Items will be distributed to the winners at check out, with the exception of the large lots of wine, which will be available for pick up on presentation of a paid receipt at the Boys & Girls Club at 1515 Pueblo Ave.
4. For auction items and services not claimed, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser of items and/or services to ensure we have contact information so we can arrange a time for pickup of the items at 1515 Pueblo Avenue, preferably within three (3) business days of the event. All physical items including wine must be claimed by June 30, 2023. Any unclaimed items beyond this date will be considered property of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley.
5. Items- including gift certificates- may not be redeemed for cash nor may the expiration dates be extended. Unless noted otherwise in the item’s individual restrictions, all purchased services and experiences must be used on or before April 29, 2024, and are no longer redeemable beyond that date.
6. The Board of Directors and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley warrant neither the quality nor the value of items and services auctioned. While every effort has been made to describe each item correctly, all items are sold “as is” and “with all faults or charms.” We encourage you to ask any questions you might have about auction packages prior to bidding.
7. Some items have restrictions or exclusions. If you have a question about whether something is or is not included in an item, ask one of the volunteers before bidding; they will be happy to find the answer.
8. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley is a recognized federal non-profit. Donations are taxdeductible as allowed by law. Our federal tax identification number is 94-6033413. Generally, the IRS allows the amount bid over the fair market value to be deducted as a charitable contribution, which will be reflected on your paid invoice.
