What is UnGala Napa Valley

The UnGala Napa Valley Auction is an annual fundraiser on April 29, 2023 benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley. This annual event is hosted by Joe Gallo at his beautiful William Hill Winery, in Napa California. The evening targets an audience of 150 of Napa’s most influential business, political and agricultural leaders who bid on a catalogue of 16-18 incredible auction packages featuring premier Napa Valley wines and experiences.

Available Trades

The Napa Valley is an internationally renowned wine region located in Northern California and our organization has deep ties to many of the prestigious wineries, resorts, and restaurants that make Napa special. We are prepared to consider trades in the form of wine and experience opportunities with everything from case allotments to one of a kind experiences. Potential experiences have been included in this catalog for your review.

Terms

All trades terms must be finalized no later than 4/1/23

All gift certificates in hand no later than 4/14/23

All trades will be based on the Fair Market Value of goods and services exchanged.

Any wine trades are subject to the shipping restrictions of your state…. Sorry West Virginia, Massachusetts, Alaska, and Tennessee… No wine for you.

Things EVERY Bidder should know

1. Your bid number is printed on your auction Program/paddle and is registered in your name. Use it when bidding and do not allow anyone else to use it. If your number is attached to the high bid, we will assume you want to buy the item.

2. Payment must be made in full by credit card, or debit card after the conclusion of bidding on July 24th, 2021.

3. Items may be released on presentation of a paid receipt at the pickup area. Alternate arrangements will be made in cases where items are unavailable for pickup on the night of the event.

4. For auction items and services not claimed, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser of items and/ or services to ensure we have contact information so we can arrange for the time and place of delivery or pickup. Unless expressly identified all tangible items must be collected by September 1, 2022.

5. Items- including gift certificates- may not be redeemed for cash nor may the expiration dates be extended. Unless noted, all purchased services must be used on or before July 24, 2022.

6. The Board of Directors and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley warrant neither the quality nor the value of items and services auctioned. While every effort has been made to describe each item correctly, all items are sold “as is” and “with all faults or charms.”

7. Some items have restrictions or exclusions. If you have a question about whether something is or is not included in an auction package, please ask contact us at info@begreatnv.org.

8. Generally, the IRS allows the amount bid over the retail value to be deducted as a charitable contribution, which will be reflected on your paid invoice. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley is a recognized federal non-profit. The tax ID number is 94-6033413.

9. We make every effort to accurately describe the auction lots in this catalog, but we also recognize these brief descriptions may not provide a full and complete description of each lot. We encourage you to ask any questions you might have about a lot prior to bidding.
