CALIFORNIA FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA

GOLD COAST SECTION LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE “TRANSFORMING TOMORROW”

WEST RANCH HIGH SCHOOL MARCH 3, 2012

Welcome March 3, 2012

Dear Gold Coast FBLA, Welcome to the 2012 Gold Coast Section Leadership Conference! Today, you will have the opportunity to meet over 1,000 members that share your interest for the business world. This conference is about networking and challenging yourselves to become competitive business leaders. Steven Jobs once said, “Everyone here has the sense that right now is one of those moments when we are influencing the future.” I challenge you to make this conference count. Learn from others, attend the workshops, and make this day your shining moment; because this day, you are influencing the future. On behalf of the Gold Coast Section Leadership Team, I want to thank you for continuing Gold Coast’s success in high membership and participation in projects. Your efforts have truly made Gold Coast amazing. As a Section we are moving forward and Transforming Tomorrow. However, the work is not over, as we still have the State Leadership Conference and National Leadership Conference to prepare for. I look forward to seeing many familiar faces next month in Irvine! Good luck on your competitions and have fun! Sincerely,

Lavanya Jawaharlal 2011-2012 Gold Coast Section President
