With passage of AB 109, Proposition 47 and 57, much of the prison population was released onto our streets with no food, no shelter, no medication and most importantly they were released into our communities which were unprepared to provide needed support services.

Now we have a local problem created by Sacramento. We need to address this because Sacramento is not. WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES AND HOW DO YOU PLAN ON ADDRESSING THE ISSUES FACING SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS RIGHT NOW? As a 30 plus year business owner, I have suffered through the onerous inefficiencies of government. My goal for business is to make local government more efficient and remove duplicated regulations imposed on us.
