В связи с важным экономическим значением города и активным развитием промышленности был утвержден план архитектурного развития города. Это один из немногих городов России, который развивается в соответствии с генпланом.

Due to the economic importance of the city and its active industrial development the plan of architectural development of the city was approved. This is one of the few cities in Russia which has been developed in accordance with the general plan.

For this time they have moved about 350 cubic kilometers of ground. This amount could be enough to cover the entire surface of a moon layer three and a half centimeters thick. And only the 135.5 million kilometers long train would be required to carry the ground removed by the plant’s machinery.
