Geraldo Lewa Jakarta, Indonesia (b.1999) An undergraduate architecture student from Melbourne School of Design. Akin to architecture, he believes in the agency of visual arts as means of communicating radical ideas beyond the demeaning realms of pure aesthetics. For the past five years, he has had a strong interest in photography - a form of visual exercise to compliment his architectural understanding. He has won First Place in UNSW’s Science Photo Competition (2016) and exhibited his design works at MSDx (2017-2018). He foresees himself in the future producing works that flourishes with ideas, zealous for detail, and cares for the societal greater good.
