Tell us what you did each day to get out of breath. You get points for each kind of exercise. Also give yourself a point for each 10 minutes you spent on it.
GIRL
Walking gives you 5 points, and it takes 40 minutes to walk to school and back (4 times 10 minutes). 4 times 5 points = 20 points. Skipping gives you 20 points because it gets you really out of breath. If you skip for 20 minutes then you multiply 20 by 2 lots of ten minutes to get an amazing 40 points! If you do more than four healthy things in one day, then there will be no room for the extras on that day’s square. So there’s a special place on the back page for all your extra activities!

Lewisham has lots of activity centres where you can find hundreds of new things to do. Search for Downham Health & Leisure Centre and for Fusion Centres Lewisham
REMEMBER:
If you don’t fill in the chart accurately the only person who loses out is you. Respect yourself: meet the Challenge!
