OUR INTEGRATED APPROACH

IMPROVING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PEOPLE AND PLACE We believe it’s both the opportunity and responsibility of design to inspire the best aspects of community - to create belonging, improve lives, spark opportunity, foster relationships and create unforgettable personal moments.

ECONOMY • ECOLOGY • EQUITY Our staff has an abundance of proven experience creating sustainable designs for affordable, mixed-use, market rate and senior housing, hospitality, campus environments, parks and open spaces.

We have designed over 3M GSF of LEED® certified space.

Realizing Opportunities Every community has an essence- a distinct set of aspirations, needs and opportunities. Early in our research and design process we apply the elements of community (interaction, vitality, diversity, identity, belonging, security, gathering) as a lens to reveal that essence and realize the project’s greatest potential for our clients, the residents, guests, staff and the surrounding community.
