Looking for Volunteer Coaches!! If you are interested in coaching your child’s team, please take a moment to complete the Volunteer Coach information form. http://www.gilbertaz.gov/parks/youthspring-ball.cfm Coaches must be 21 yrs. of age. If you are 18 yrs. of age (16 for T-Ball), you may coach with another individual 21 yrs. or older. In most cases, teams have two to three coaches per team. The time commitment for coaching would be two weeks of practice and six weeks of games ( a couple times per week). Coaches meeting will be held in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, March 16. A great advantage to coaching is that the coach sets the practice schedule & location of practices. WE NEED YOU, please consider volunteering to coach your son or daughters’ team.
The program overall was….EXCELLENT! First rate; top to bottom! I am looking forward to coaching again next year. You guys are the best! - Brian Roof Thanks for having me as an assistant coach. Hopefully, I can help out again next year. Jim Searles Team # 14 The Blue Dragons
Umpires Needed We need umpires for all levels of play T-Ball, Softball and Baseball. Previous experience is helpful, but not mandatory. We will be holding umpire clinics in March and will provide the necessary training. For more information contact (480) 503-6242.
