Josie is no stranger to Take the Lead. She had the honor of being a presenter for Mrs. Michelle Dech in 2022 and is proud to be back this year as an Emcee. Josie is an 11th grade student at Harrington High School where she helps manage the Latin Club and is a competitive cheerleader. Josie is a member of Troop 7048 where she participates in many troop activities. After high school, Josie would like to major in Physics.

9th Grade

Maria is a 9th grade student at Berks Catholic High School where she participates in Honors Choir. She is a member of Troop 1331 where she is proud of helping the community around her through various service projects. She loves making friends and connecting with them through her troop and at camp activities. Maria participated in Take the Lead previously as a Raffle Rover. Outside of school she plays volleyball for a club team and volunteers whenever she gets the opportunity. After high school, Maria plans to go to college and achieve a degree in Criminology and Forensics Science.
