Kaira Looro - Emergency Operations Centre

Page 1

EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTRE Design of an emergency centre based on adaptability at different scales, from the layout of the spaces to their arrangement, from the structure as a whole to the individual materials used. The core of this idea is the use of modular structures, capable of adapting to different places and functions and responding to different emergencies. The use of local resources completes the project whose life cycle could potentially include its transformation into a permanent structure or being dismantled and relocated to other emergency sites.
