FOLLOW THE BUBBLES HONORABLE MENTION ARCHMEDIUM INTENATIONAL COMPETITION
a.a 2017
WHAT: Sydney Revearsal Follies WHERE: Sydney, Australia Follow the Bubbles is a project that aims at diffusing the music and its culture in one of the most important public space of the city of Sydney. It is a botanic garden, it is a musical park, it is a new collective space for the people, but it is also a place where to be connected with the nature and to have fun. The main goal, in fact, is to connect the nature of the Royal Botanic Garden to the music and the visitors.
Undefined and rounded forms generate a fluid and continuous succession of space.
An ecological environment is achieved by a glazed surface on the facades.
The new path is designed to allow the passer-bys to admire closely the vegetation.
The pillars are positioned like a forest, where people can trace a winding walkway.

KUISINARIUM: CUISINE CANTINE MOBILE PROFESSORS Cécile Regnault William Vassal a.a 2016-2017
WHAT: Modular and mobile kitchen WHERE: Lyon, France The work of thesis’ goal is the design of a mobile kitchen. The project has been proposed by Komplex Kapharnaum, a company of international artists. They asked for the delineation of a “capsule”: a module that can easily be installed and moved in the public space. The mobile kitchen is the pretext to attentively analyze the relationship between man and food, and how an architectural project and the dimension of food can contribute to the delineation of the public space.
4 Scenarios
1_ Utilitarian This is the basic scenario, where the kitchen is used only by the company of artists to prepare a lunch or a supper.
3_ Pedagogic The kitchen is thought both as a workshop space to learn to cook, to play instruments, to make some artistic performances and as a first approach to the concept of the km 0 agriculture.
2_ Spectacle The roof, composed by many panels, is closed on one side to have a space of projection, while from the other side it comes completely open leaving the space for the installation of the kitchen
4_ Transport The closed Kuisinarum for the transport is a signal in the public space, but at the same time it is something extraneous and intriguing.

MIRAFIORI CREATIVE CLUSTER PROFESSORS Subash Mukerjee Luca Caneparo a.a 2015-2016
WHAT: School: From kindergarden to secondary school WHERE: Moncalieri, Italy The site for the design task was chosen among Torino’s most urgent and most generic areas, the housing district of Via Plava, where we had to deal with a complex and underused environment, operating a balanced mix of demolitions, new buildings and transformations of the existing. A new form and importance is given to the educational system. The main idea is to merge the four schools into a single cluster of activities.

CHANGMEN DISTRICT PROFESSORS Pierre Alain Croset Michele Bonino Juan Carlos De Martin a.a 2017- 2018
WHAT: International Workshop WHERE: Xi’an Jiaotong/Liverpool University di Suzhou, China The approach consisted of assessing the site area and making determinations based on historical significance. After we had determined which areas in the site required an intervention, we designed functions which would provide a regenerative impact. We approached this in an‘acupuncture treatment’ style, a healing process that identifies key stress points in order to stimulate the whole body beneath the skin.
