Delivered as a made-to-order kit, the Elevate lantern roof system is easy to order and install.

The Elevate system benefits from Liniar’s patented technology. This includes a glazing retainer (Glazing Stop) which prevents glass slippage, and a unique weather dam that delivers outstanding protection against the elements. EnergyPlus twin walled top caps sit atop an aluminium frame, ensuring superb energy efficiency and a robust fit, delivering comfort and warmth to homeowners whilst reducing the likelihood of installer call backs during bad weather.

Perfectly colour matched to Liniar’s window and door ranges, the Elevate system has been designed with slim internal sightlines to ensure maximum natural light and can be effortlessly incorporated into a wider project.

Elevate roofs can be supplied glazed or unglazed in 36 colour combinations with a lead time of just 5 days. The system is perfect for a wide variety of applications, with kit sizes up to a maximum of 2.4m x 5.4m.

With a choice of PVCu or aluminium ranges, U-Values as low as 1.4W/m2K can be achieved with cost effective double glazing, and the simple beading system makes glazing easy. The multichambered profile and aluminium exoskeleton in Liniar’s Queen’s Award winning PVCu bi-fold makes it stand out against other PVCu bi-folds, with superb robust structural integrity. Alumina, Liniar’s aluminium door system, offers a solution for taller apertures whilst still delivering excellent thermal efficiency – as low as 1.2 for a triple glazed bi-folding door.

This prevents build-up of debris such as leaves, and ice in cold conditions and greatly reduces wear and tear on the mechanisms and ensures smoother opening and closing for the lifetime of the door.

3D EMBOSSED, UNDERFOOT COMFORT

SwitchBoard Ultra is Liniar’s high-end composite PVCu decking system and features deep 3D embossing for a premium appearance and texture. With a 100% synthetic core made from recycled materials, SwitchBoard Ultra is a sustainable, low-maintenance alternative to timber and is fully recyclable at the end of its useful life. Furthermore, it’s reversible and available in four highly versatile, realistic colours, meaning installers can create bespoke designs for their customers.

Also available as a cut-to-size kit, Liniar deckboards can be installed by either a face-fixing method (similar to a timber deck) or using Liniar’s T-Clip system for a cleaner finish with no visible fixings.
