As part of the tried and tested modular system, the ALU 5200 can be optimally integrated into individual production processes, making assembly quick, easy and efficient with just a few clampable components, a high degree of preassembly, nonhanded application and clever 3D adjustment.

The system’s small number of compact components and its non-handed hinges means less stock is required. Furthermore, it is fully clampable, with many of the components pre-assembled, making installation simpler and reducing the risk of error. The system also offers lateral, height and compression adjustment for compensation of production and installation tolerances.

The ALU 5200 range is also unmatched in terms of quality. It has achieved a H3 durability rating and class 5 corrosion resistance as standard thanks to the high-quality materials and is available in anodised or colour finish on request. It can also achieve intruder resistance at PAS 24 and even up to RC3 level. The system boasts a large range of application options as it can achieve sash weights of up to

170kg as standard and sash widths of 365 – 1600mm and heights of 550 – 2800mm.

ALU AXXENT PLUS –CONCEALED LOOK BUT THE SAME BENEFITS

SIEGENIA also offers a concealed system. Like the face-fix version, the system requires only a small number of largely pre-assembled and clampable components. And both systems are part of SIEGENIA’s modular ALU system, meaning you can mix and match many of the accessory parts, making stocking even easier. The concealed system is also versatile like the ALU 5200 range, as it is able to achieve sash weights of up to 150kg as standard, sash widths of 380 – 1600mm and heights of 550 – 2800mm.
