Product Information & Pricing for Door Hardware & Clavos Our collection of iron door staps, wood door straps and clavos are shown in our door product catalogs. Pricing for straps and straps sets is listed at the bottom of the next page. Straps are built to the following specifications: 1) Both wood straps and real hand-wrought iron straps are available. 2) Use decorative door straps or clavos for installation onto the face of a door to give it a rustic or antique look. Door straps or clavos can be mounted on the interior, the exterior or both sides of a door. Straps may be used with or without the clavos. 3) These door straps and clavos are hand-made and therefore vary slightly. Metal straps include handmade mounting nails. 4) Each of the design series...Madrid and Florentine...include long door staps and matching L and T shaped straps and angled corner straps. The “L strap” is for square door corners, the “T strap” is for the door stile and cross rail joint, and the “angled / arched L and T strap” is for doors with curved cross or top rails. 5) The iron door straps are “standard” with a powder coated black satin finish. These straps may be ordered with an antique bronze or an antique pewter finish as well, so that they match our standard wrought iron grill finish colors. 6) Straps and clavos are packaged separately and uninstalled on all GlassCraft door products so the door may be properly finished before the straps are installed. Metal door straps are individually bagged, with appropriate labeling, nails and mounting instructions. 7) Straps may be ordered individually, without other products. Straps are also available as “strap sets” for specific door profiles. Please refer to page 13 in our Mahogany & Knotty Alder Entry Doors color catalog for a description of these sets. 8) Metal door straps may be “touched up” with any exterior grade metal paint, such as Rustoleum™ if needed.

Product Information & Pricing for Door 1-point & 3-point lock systems Our Door Hardware is shown in our various door catalogs. Pricing for door hardware sets is listed below. 1) GlassCraft’s multipoint lock system is cost effective. Unit fits both 6-8 and 8-0 doors. • Choose from one of the 4 multipoint handle set trim options. • Deadlocking tongues built to work with traditional grip hardware. • Multipoint lock set includes an anti-saw and kick-proof center dead bolt for maximum security and a 90-degree consumer friendly locking operation, so you visually know the door is locked when the dead bolt knob is in the horizontal position. • Multipoint locks work with standard GlassCraft flush bolts installed on the passive door of a pre-hung double door, which gives the homeowner the option to include dummy handle sets on the passive door with all multipoint lock sets. • Multipoint Lock system allows use of any of the handlesets shown on catalog page 16 of the Mahogany & Knotty Alder Entry Doors catalog, or page 13 of the Premium Fiberglass Entry Doors Catalog. • System features one-piece construction for easy installation and use. • Operation is simple and effective. Lock retracts with the thumb paddle, and a thumb turn or key engages the deadbolt and the multipoint tongue latches. • Backset is 2-3/8". Double bore holes are 2-1/8" diameter at 5-1/2" centers. • Narrow enough to be used with wood-edged fiberglass and steel doors, as system is only 20mm (3/4" nominal) thick. 2) Adjustable strike plates are user friendly, and allow for field adjustment. 3) Hardware features sand-cast solid brass construction in distressed finishes. 4) One-point lock set option includes a standard double bore latch and dead bolt. 5) All hardware is provided with Satin Nickel faceplates on multipoint and one-point lock sets. 6) Each product is individually boxed, and includes complete instructions for installation. 7) GlassCraft does not mount the hardware onto the door prior to shipment. 8) GlassCraft will prep the door for this door hardware if requested, including the multipoint lockset. 9) See below for Satin Nickel and Oil Rubbed Bronze/Black finish options on lever sets, multipoints and dead bolts. 10) All handle sets include left and right hand lever sets, and dummy conversion kits. Multi Point locksets can be converted to fit either a left or right hand.

Product Information & Pricing for Door Bottoms Our composite door bottom is shown on page 9 of our Mahogany & Knotty Alder Entry Door catalog. This unique option protects the bottom of the wood door from water penetration, helps increase the lifespan of your door’s finish and protects against rotting, warping and cracking. The composite door bottom comes in a Black Bronzed finish and can be added to any unfinished or factory finished GlassCraft wood entry door. Our composite door bottom will work with standard door sweeps and can be trimmed up to one inch. Product Information & Pricing for Speakeasy Kits GlassCraft’s clear alder speakeasy kit has been designed to fit a wide selection of different types of fiberglass, metal or wood entry doors, and will fit doors of varying panel thickness. Made from clear stain grade American Alder with double insulated clear glass including oil rubbed bronze hardware. Our speakeasy package comes with two grill options that can be installed before or after an entry door is installed into the home. Each speakeasy kit includes full installation instructions, a cutout template, install screws and weather stripping. Both grilles are finished with a rustic black powder-coated finish. Photo at right below shows this speakeasy kit installed into a fiberglass door. Each grille option has been handcrafted by skilled artisans to provide a true feeling of historic character. Choose the Madrid speakeasy grille for its beautifully simplistic rustic design or the Florentine for a more flowing elegant and detailed design option. American Alder speakeasy frame can be painted or stained to fit any color or style of entry door. Stocking discounts are available on orders of 25 units or more.
