This price list is for Buffalo Forge Steel ThermaPlusTM Premium Steel Composite Doors catalog published by GlassCraft Door Company. Discounts for volume purchases are available.

Payment for all products may be made by cash, approved check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or by charging your pre-approved company account. No COD shipments.

Freight will be billed as per our Freight Policy on page 3. No returns will be accepted or allowed unless prior authorization is approved in writing. Please inspect any shipment for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, you should make a notation on the delivery receipt, and file a claim for damage with the delivering freight carrier. GlassCraft Door Company assumes no liability for any damage which may occur during shipping.

Each product price listing includes pricing for the individual Buffalo Forge Steel ThermaPlus doors. Prices listed do not include any applicable discounts. All doors and pre-hung entryways listed in the catalog and price book include factory finish.

Product Options and Ordering Guidelines

The entryways and doors shown in these catalogs have options which are included or may be added to the door or entryway. These options include:

1. Entryway Configurations. For each of the doors shown in the color catalog, different entryway configurations are shown which use each specific door. Pricing is listed in this price list for each different configuration, in addition to the individual door or sidelite slab.

2. Pre-hang Options. Prices for the pre-hung exterior entryways shown in the catalogs and listed in this price list use your choice of a 4-1/2” wide or 6-1/2” wide jamb system. Pricing is the same for both jamb widths. Pre-hung entryway pricing includes the entire entry system in composite frame parts with a composite adjustable sill, and 3 or 4 ball-bearing hinges (depending upon door height). Price does not include door hardware. Other options include sill color, hinge color, bore options, handing options, etc.

We can ship the entryway “KD” (knocked down), or fully assembled. KD units may cost much less to ship. These KD units are fully assembled at the factory, and utilize an easy-to-assemble system.

Please refer to our Pre-hung Unit Order Form on our web site (www.gcdoor.com/customerservice.asp) for a list of all options available for pre-hung units. Please email or fax this completed form when ordering a Pre-hung Unit.

3. Pre-finishing Options. Please refer to page 7 of the color catalog for information on factory finishing of our door products.

4. Clavos and Straps Options and Pricing. Clavos or decorative door nails may be added to the ThermaPlus 2 panel or wrought iron doors on the exterior side or on both exterior and interior side. Pricing is $11 (retail) per nail, which includes installation. Please specify quantity of door nails to be included on the door, and if nails should be on one or both sides of the door. See page 8 of this price list for more information. If adding Straps options (e.g. hinge straps and midrail T-straps), please indicate Left of Right position when ordering.

5. Speakeasy Options and Pricing. Several of the single and double solid door profiles shown in Section 1 - Solid Doors of the catalog

may have an optional “Speakeasy” installed into the upper panel. 4 different speakeasy grilles are available. The speakeasy opening includes compression weatherstrip, a glass IG unit and decorative hardware. Choose from one of the seven glass textures available The “speakeasy” is operational, meaning it does open and close. All finish colors, speakeasy grill designs and glass textures are the same price.

6. Lock Set Hardware. We offer a selection of multipoint and standard lock set hardware installed onto your door.

Packing, CatalogCrating Page and Freight Charges Our 2016 Freight Program allows customers to calculate their exact delivered cost on most products. This freight program supersedes any previous freight program. GlassCraft may pay for some or all of the freight costs, depending upon the value of the order and the location of the customer. GlassCraft does not charge for pallets or crating for standard-sized doors or entryways. (Very large custom entryways will have a crating fee added to the order). Please note that these charges may change at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen changes in fuel and freight costs. state

To determine your exact delivered costs, calculate the total number of order “units” contained on your order to be shipped at one time.

(Please refer to the definition of a “unit” below). Next, determine your location “zone” by referring to the chart above. Use the “Freight Costs” chart below to determine your exact delivered freight cost. Customers may send multiple Purchase Orders to increase their “unit” total, but they must be faxed or emailed together at one time, and these purchase orders will be combined on one GlassCraft shipment and invoice. Shipments will be packaged as efficiently as possible and shipped on the carrier of GlassCraft’s choice.

A “unit” is an individual door, or sidelite, or transom. A unit is also a jamb kit, or a pre-hung entry frame. Lastly, a unit is any combination of components, glass panels, wrought iron grilles, etc. that totals $500. As an example, an order for 3 slab doors, 2 sidelites, and $550 in loose jamb legs would equal 6 units. Or a pre-hung unit consisting of 1 door, 2 sidelites, 1 transom plus the pre-hang frame would equal 5 units.

For example, if you were shipping 3 slab doors, 2 sidelites and $550 of jamb legs to Orlando (zone 4), then your total freight costs would be $415 (6 total “units”: $190 for the first unit, plus 5 units x $30 or $150, plus 3 assembled charges for shipping the pre-hung unit assembled 3(2 doors + 1 frame) 3 units x $25 = $75. The cost would be $340 if the pre-hung entry unit were shipped K-D. Pre-hung doors and entryways are completely assembled, and are shipped unassembled or assembled. If you want your pre-hung entry shipped assembled, an extra charge will be added to your order if you order less than 12 assembled pre-hung “units”. This extra charge applies to all shipments, including Freight Paid shipments. Pre-hung entryways that are NOT shipped assembled will be knocked-down, boxed, and will be ready for re-assembly. Example: a fully assembled pre-hung double door entryway will count as 3 shipping units. (2 doors + 1 frame). If shipped to a zone 5 customer, a charge of $90 ($30 x 3 units) will be added, regardless of the total number of shipping units on the individual shipment. (Unassembled “KD” pre-hung units are shipped at no additional charge).

All shipments are available for “will call” shipment at our factory. In addition, shipments, at the direction of the customer, may be shipped “Freight Collect” for freight payment by the customer. Shipping for Steel, Wood and Fiberglass Doors Catalog Guidelines Page Doors, Sidelites, and Transoms For shipment by Common Carrier, ThermaPlus Doors are securely packed on edge in our unique 6-door box.

The door stock number is listed on the edge of the door, and the door is placed inside of the appropriate crate type for shipment. Doors of different types (wood, fiberglass, steel) may be shipped together in the 6-door box.

GlassCraft’s 6-Door Shipping Box Ship up to six 3’-6’’ x 8’-0’’ door slabs per packaging box or ship a complete KD (Knock Down) pre-hung door unit in one easy-to-ship package. Ship it once and ship it right.

• Faster to unpack than traditional crating • More protection than traditional crating means less shipping damage • Easier to inspect product for shipping damage • More product per square foot means less cost to ship • Easy to recycle packaging using less wood than traditional crating

6-Door shipping box and pallet

Pre-hung Entry Systems

Shipment and assembly configurations for these units are available in 3 options: 1) Assembled for customer pickup at our factory or to be delivered on a GlassCraft truck.

2) Pre machined — K-D or knocked down, and crated for shipment. These entries have been completely assembled, and are then disassembled and crated for shipment and reassembly at your location.

3) Assembled and crated for shipment. Single pre-hung doors are shipped fully assembled.

Double doors, or doors with sidelites are shipped with the frame fully assembled, and the doors/sidelights separately packed in the same crate. Brick moulding and casing is not mounted to the frame.

We have found that our customers get the best product and the best results when we ship a prehung unit door and frame together in the same shipment. If you require the door frame earlier than the door, we suggest that you order the appropriate door frame jamb kit, and assemble the frame yourself on the job-site. If we ship the frame separately from the door, we cannot guarantee the alignment of the door to the frame, or the alignment of the hardware.

Receiving Your Shipment

Please inspect any shipment for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, you should make a notation on the delivery receipt, and file a claim for damage with the delivering freight carrier, or notify GlassCraft if delivered on a company truck. GlassCraft Door Company Pre-hung Unit shipping box and pallet assumes no liability for any damage which may occur during shipping. If there is no visible damage to the shipment, we suggest that you note on your delivery receipt/bill of lading “not checked for concealed damage at the time of delivery”.

Shipment Error or Shortage

If you receive a shipment and there is a shortage, an error, or a defective product, download a copy of our RMA form and email it to our Customer Service Department within 7 days of your receipt of the order, so that we can resolve the problem quickly and completely.

Custom Crating Charges

GlassCraft does not add a crating charge for standard size door and entryway units. Units that are larger than our standard sizes will require a customized crate. A crating charge for these larger units may be applied at the time of invoice.

Most GlassCraft products are covered by individual warranty, including this ThermaPlus door series. Visit www.glasscraft. com for complete warranty details before using, installing or finishing any GlassCraft product.

The minimum order is $150 net. In the event an order does not meet this minimum amount, we may add a $25 processing charge to the order.

Pricing Information

Color product catalogs have a supporting price list booklet or the pricing is included in the product catalog. All products are sold as priced in our published price books and lists, and all prices and product specifications are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are FOB Houston Texas, unless specific order volume amounts are reached. See page 3 for more shipping information.

Payment for Products

1) Open Charge Account : If your company has an established open account, we will ship and charge the product to your account. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of shipment from our company. Past-due accounts will not be allowed to have additional shipments charged to their account.

2) Pre-Paid Accounts : cash-in-advance, check, MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, Discover®. All of these are accepted in payment for products. A 50% deposit may be required for custom, pre-hang, pre-finished, and other non-stock orders.

Order Cancellation Policy

Our order cancellation policy applies to custom orders, ThermaPlus pre-hung orders, and/or pre-finished orders only. Order cancellations are not allowed for these orders, unless the order is cancelled prior to the commencement of production.

Ordering Guidelines for Buffalo Forge Steel ThermaPlus:

The following includes a few tips which may be of assistance when taking an order for our doors, and when placing an order: • When ordering doors, you will need to know the width and height of the door required.

• Indicate whether you will be ordering door slabs or prehung.

• When ordering doors for a double door installation: 1) let us know at the time you order, so that we can hand-pick the doors for color match, and 2) be sure to order a T-astragal. Color match is not guaranteed.

• Glass options are available in 5 textures, but note that the Flemish option is only available for the wrought iron doors.

• When ordering decorative straps, such as hinge straps and mid rail T-straps, please indicate Left or Right position.

• When ordering prehung, please indicate the handing configuration and hardware preparation you require.

• Choose from 6 available finish options.

Return Policy

Standard returns are subject to evaluation and approval by the After Sales Department. Contact GlassCraft’s After Sales Department by emailing aftersales@glasscraft.net or calling 800-766-2196. Processing of your request will begin once GlassCraft has all of the information. Products to be returned must be packaged in the original shipping/crating materials, and shipped upright on a pallet, or credit for the return will not be given. A 15% restocking charge may be charged on returned products, depending upon the specific product. Custom product, pre-hung units, and prefinished doors sales are final, and may not be returned.

Our return policy allows customers to return (after authorization from GlassCraft) any standard, stock product (excluding custom products, pre-hangs, or pre-finished products) for any reason within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the original shipment from GlassCraft. We will charge a 15% restocking charge. The customer must return the product in perfect, new condition, packed in the original GlassCraft packaging, and return the shipment freight pre-paid to GlassCraft. If, upon receipt, the product shows any damage or use, then GlassCraft reserves the right to not issue any credit for the returned merchandise.

Please note that a Return Authorization Number is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, and that the product must be received by GlassCraft within this 30 day period.

Door Handle Set and Multi-Point Locks

Door Hardware is shown on pages 9 - 11 of our GlassCraft Premium ThermaPlus Doors catalog. Pricing for door hardware sets is listed on the next 2 pages.

1) GlassCraft’s multipoint lock system is cost effective.

• Deadlocking tongues built to work with traditional grip hardware.

• Multipoint lock set includes an anti-saw and kick-proof center dead bolt for maximum security and a 90-degree consumer friendly locking operation, so you visually know the door is locked when the dead bolt knob is in the horizontal position.

• Multipoint locks work with standard GlassCraft flush bolts installed on the passive door of a pre-hung double door, which gives the homeowner the option to include dummy handle sets on the passive door with all multipoint lock sets.

• Operation is simple and effective. Lock retracts with the thumb paddle, and a thumb turn or key engages the dead bolt and the multipoint tongue latches.

2) Adjustable strike plates are user friendly, and allow for field adjustment.

3) One-point lock set option includes a standard double bore latch and dead bolt.

4) All hardware is provided with Satin Nickel faceplates on multipoint and one-point lock sets.

5) Each product is individually boxed, and includes complete instructions for installation.

6) GlassCraft does not mount the hardware onto the door prior to shipment.

7) GlassCraft will prep the door for this door hardware if requested, including the multipoint lock set.

8) All handle sets include left and right hand lever sets, and a dummy conversion kit. Multipoint lock sets can be converted to fit either a left or right hand.
