Payment for all products may be made by cash, approved check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or by charging your pre-approved company account. No COD shipments. Freight will be billed as per our Freight Policy on page 6. No returns will be accepted or allowed unless prior authorization is approved. Please inspect any shipment for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. Suggested Retail Prices Prices listed in this price book are for the products featured in our GlassCraft Door Company Mahogany & Knotty Alder Divided Lite Entry Doors catalog. Pricing has been simplified, so that all prices for each specific door profile is the same. For example, all Portobello Mahogany or Estancia Knotty Alder Full Lite doors with Divided Lite are the same price, regardless of the glass or Divided Lite design. This simplified pricing extends through the various pre-hung unit configurations for similar door profiles. All prices in this price book are our suggested retail list prices. Products are listed in this price book by the page number in the color catalogs on which they appear. Each product price listing includes pricing for the individual door slab, plus pricing for entry configurations which include pre-hanging. Prices listed do not include any applicable discounts. Charges for pre-finishing and other listed options are extra, and will be added to the standard unfinished product cost. The entryway configuration pricing listed is for standard 6’8” or 8’0” tall doors and include pre-hanging in either 4-5/8” or 6-5/8” wide jambs. All doors are 1-3/4” thick or 2-1/4” thick, as noted. Refer to page 8 for rough opening dimensions. ALL PRICES AND ALL PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGNS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Custom Wood Options and Products — Quotations and Ordering
Custom sized doors, sidelights, transoms, windows, etc. are available. GlassCraft will price and manufacture custom pre-hung units only. Requests for custom products should be faxed or sent by email to us with detailed specification information, using our Custom Order Quotation Form, which may be found on our website at www.glasscraft.com. Product Options and Ordering Guidelines
The entryways and doors shown in these catalogs have options which are included or may be added to the door or entryway. These options include:
1. Entryway Configurations. For each of the doors shown in the color catalog, up to 11 entryway configurations are shown which use each specific door. Pricing is listed in this price list for each different configuration, in addition to the individual door or sidelite slab.
2. Suggested Rough Opening Sizes. Each entryway configuration includes a Suggested Rough Opening size (on page 8). These
are tight sizes, closely approximating the actual size of the entryway. Your opening should not be smaller than this size shown. You may wish to add additional space to your rough opening in width and height, and then shim the entryway to the exact opening. Sizes listed are subject to engineering and product design changes and upgrades. Field verification upon receipt of door unit(s) size should be completed prior to installation.
3. Wood Species. Doors and sidelites shown in the Mahogany & Knotty Alder Divided Lite Entry Doors Catalog are available from stock in either Knotty Alder and/or Mahogany.
4. Divided Lite Glass, Transom and Sidelight Options. Glass options for Divided Lite Doors include Clear, Glue Chip, Baroque and Waterglass.

Entryway Sizes, Options, etc. 5. Pre-hang Options. Prices for the pre-hung exterior entryways shown in the catalogs and listed in this price list use your choice of a 4-5/8” wide or 6-5/8” wide jamb system. Pricing is the same for both jamb widths....there is no “upcharge” for the wider 6-5/8” frame size. The entry system is produced with your choice of doors, sidelights and transoms. Pre-hung entryway pricing includes the entire entry system in matching Knotty Alder or mahogany frame parts with a composite adjustable sill and sill cover, and 3 or 4 ball-bearing hinges (depending upon door height). Jamb legs, header, interior casing, exterior sub casing and exterior brick mold are included, plus any applicable transom, astragal or mull “boot” components. Price does not include door hardware. Other options include sill color, hinge color, bore options, handing options, etc. We can ship the entryway “KD” (knocked down), or fully assembled. KD units cost much less to ship. These KD units are fully assembled at the factory, and utilize an easy-to-assemble system. Each KD entryway is packed in a separate shipping box on a separate skid. Please refer to our Pre-hung Unit Order Form on our web site (http://gcdoor.com/Downloads.html) for a list of all options available for pre-hung units. Please email or fax this completed form when ordering a Pre-hung Unit.
6. Pre-finishing Options. Please refer to page 7 of this price list and on pages 10 and 11 of the color catalog for information on factory finishing of our door products.
7. Product Testing, Performance and Approvals. The insulated “IG” glass panels have been tested for energy efficiency and have SHG and U-Value test results available. Most of the doors and entryways configurations shown in this price list have been approved for use in wind-storm areas, and have been assigned “DP” ratings. Please visit our web site for more specific information. 8. Clavos Options and Pricing. Many of the Portobello Mahogany Door or Estancia Knotty Alder door profiles can accept the installation of the following clavos or decorative door nails. Pricing is $11 (retail) per nail, which includes installation. Clavos may be installed on doors with or without V-grooving. Please specify quantity of door nails to be included on the door, and if nails should be on one or both sides of the door. See page 9 of this price list for more information. 9. Decorative Straps (Wood or Iron) and Pricing. Most of the solid plank door profiles shown in Section 1 - Solid Doors of these catalogs may have optional door straps installed. Strap options include two metal straps or wood straps. See page 9 in this price list for pricing information.
10. V-Groove Options and Pricing. Doors with larger panels are available with V-grooves cut into the panels to simulate a plank door appearance. This very popular option offers a more rustic appearance to the door. The price on this option is $110 (retail) per door, regardless of size of door or number of panels. Both sides of the door are V-grooved in order to maintain the structural integrity of the wood panels. All panels in all Estancia or Portobello door panel are solid wood — not veneer or “bladder pressed” — to provide a high quality door, and to make this V-groove option available. 11. Lock Set Hardware. We offer a selection of multipoint and standard lock set hardware installed onto your door. This hardware is shown on page 16 of our door catalog. Shipping Guidelines for wood and fiberglass doors Doors, Sidelites, and Transoms
Doors with glass are securely packed standing on edge in custom crates and pallets. Orders for single doors will be packed in a 2˝ x 4˝ crate. Orders for 2–3 doors will be packed in a 2˝ x 12˝ crate. Orders of 4 doors or more will be packed in our unique 6-door box. Divided Lite, solid wood doors and fiberglass slabs may be shipped flat up to 25 high on a horizontal pallet. The door stock number is listed on the edge of the door unit, and the door is placed inside of the appropriate crate type for shipment.

Pre-hung Entry Systems
Shipment and assembly configurations for these units are available in 3 options: 1) Assembled for customer pickup at our factory 2) Pre machined — K-D or knocked down, and crated for shipment. These entries have been completely assembled, and are then disassembled and crated for shipment and reassembly at your location. 3) Assembled and crated for shipment. Unit may not be fully assembled, depending upon size and configuration. Brick moulding and casing is not mounted. We have found that our customers get the best product and the best results when we ship a pre-hung unit door and frame together in the same shipment. If you require the door frame earlier than the door, we suggest that you order the appropriate door frame jamb kit, and assemble the frame yourself on the job-site. If we ship the frame separately from the door, we cannot guarantee the alignment of the door to the frame, or the alignment of the hardware.
Receiving Your Shipment
Please inspect any shipment for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, you should make a notation on the delivery receipt, and file a claim for damage with the delivering freight carrier, or notify GlassCraft if delivered on a company truck. GlassCraft Door Company assumes no liability for any damage which may occur during shipping. If there is no visible damage to the shipment, we suggest that you note on your delivery receipt/bill of lading not checked for concealed damage at the time of delivery.
Shipment Error or Shortage
If you receive a shipment and there is a shortage, an error, or a defective product, download a copy of our RMA form and email it to our Customer Service Department within 7 days of your receipt of the order, so that we can resolve the problem quickly and completely.
Custom Crating Charges
GlassCraft does not add crating charge for standard size door and entryway units. Units that are larger than our standard sizes will require a customized crate. A crating charge for these larger units will be applied at the time of invoice.

Ordering Guidelines Minimum Order Requirements
The minimum order is $150 net. In the event an order does not meet this minimum amount, we may add a $25 processing charge to the order.

Pricing Information
Color product catalogs have a supporting price list booklet or the pricing is included in the product catalog. All products are sold as priced in our published price books and lists, and all prices and product specifications are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are FOB Houston Texas, unless specific order volume amounts are reached. See page 6 for more shipping information.
Payment for Products
1) Open Charge Account : If your company has an established open account, we will ship and charge the product to your account. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of shipment from our company. Past-due accounts will not be allowed to have additional shipments charged to their account. 2) Pre-Paid Accounts : cash-in-advance, check, MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, Discover®. All of these are accepted in payment for products. A 50% deposit may be required for custom, pre-hang, pre-finished, and other non-stock orders.
Order Cancellation Policy
Our order cancellation policy applies to custom orders, pre-hung orders, and/or pre-finished orders only. Order cancellations are not allowed for these orders, unless the order is cancelled prior to the commencement of production.
Ordering Guidelines
The following includes a few tips which may be of assistance when taking an order for our doors, and when placing an order: • What door product series are you ordering.....wood, steel, or fiberglass? • Divided Lite glass options include Clear, Glue Chip, Baroque and Waterglass. Be sure to specify which one you are ordering. • When ordering doors, you will need to know the width and height of the door required. • When ordering sidelites, do you want: 1) 12˝ or 14˝ widths, and 2) 6’7”, 6´ 9˝ or 8´ 1˝ height? • When ordering transoms, be sure to tell us what the door and sidelite configuration will be below the transom, so that you will receive the correct transom width. • When ordering doors for a double door installation: 1) let us know at the time you order, so that we can hand-pick the doors for color and grain match, and 2) be sure to order a T-astragal. Color match is not guaranteed. • When ordering any product that is pre-finished, you should inform us at the time you place the order.
Return Policy
No returns will be accepted or allowed unless prior authorization is approved. To receive a Return Authorization, go to www.glasscraft.com in the Warranty information link. Then download a Return Material Authorization Form (RMA). The RMA form must be completed with all of the pertinent information. Return the form via email to our After Sales Department with appropriate digital images attached. Processing of your request will begin once GlassCraft has all of the information. Products to be returned must be packaged in the original shipping/crating materials, and shipped upright on a pallet, or credit for the return will not be given. A 15% restocking charge may be charged on returned products, depending upon the specific product. Custom product sales are final, and may not be returned. Our return policy allows customers to return (after authorization from GlassCraft) any standard, stock product (excluding custom products, pre-hangs, or pre-finished products) for any reason within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the original shipment from GlassCraft. We will charge a 15% restocking charge. The customer must return the product in perfect, new condition, packed in the original GlassCraft packaging, and return the shipment freight pre-paid to GlassCraft. If, upon receipt, the product shows any damage or use, then GlassCraft reserves the right to not issue any credit for the returned merchandise. Please note that a Return Authorization Number is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, and that the product must be received by GlassCraft within this 30 day period.

Freight Program Our 2012 Freight Program allows customers to calculate their exact delivered cost on most products. This freight program supersedes any previous freight program. GlassCraft may pay for part or all of the freight costs, depending upon the value of the order and the location of the customer. GlassCraft does not charge for pallets or crating for standard-sized doors or entryways. (Very large custom entryways will have a crating fee added to the order). Please note that these charges may change at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen changes in fuel and freight costs. state

To determine your exact delivered costs, calculate the total number of order “units” contained on your order to be shipped at one time. (Please refer to the definition of a “unit” below). Next, determine your location “zone” by referring to the chart above. Use the “Freight Costs” chart below to determine your exact delivered freight cost. Customers may send multiple Purchase Orders to increase their “unit” total, but they must be faxed at the same time, and these purchase orders will be combined on one GlassCraft shipment and invoice. Shipments will be packaged as efficiently as possible and shipped on the carrier of GlassCraft’s choice. A “unit” is an individual door, or sidelite, or transom. A unit is also a jamb kit, or a pre-hung entry frame. Lastly, a unit is any combination of components, glass panels, wrought iron grilles, etc. that totals $500. As an example, an order for 3 slab doors, 2 sidelites, and $550 in loose jamb legs would equal 6 units. Or a pre-hung unit consisting of 1 door, 2 sidelites, 1 transom plus the pre-hang frame would equal 5 units. For example, if you were shipping 3 slab doors, 2 sidelite and $550 of jamb legs to Orlando (zone 4), then your total freight costs would be $480 (6 total “units”: $180 for the first unit, plus 5 units X $45 or $225, plus 3 assembled charges for shipping the pre-hung unit assembled 3(2 doors + 1 frame) 3 units X $25 = $75. The cost would be $405 if the pre-hung entry unit were shipped K-D. Pre-hung doors and entryways are completely assembled, and are shipped unassembled or assembled. If you want your prehung entry shipped fully assembled, an extra charge will be added to your order if you order less than 12 assembled prehung “units”. This extra charge applies to all shipments, including Freight Paid shipments. Pre-hung entryways that are NOT shipped assembled will be knocked-down, boxed, and will be ready for re-assembly. Example: a fully assembled pre-hung double door entryway will count as 3 shipping units. (2 doors + 1 frame). If shipped to a zone 5 customer, a charge of $90 ($30 x 3 units) will be added, regardless of the total number of shipping units on the individual shipment. (Unassembled “KD” pre-hung units are shipped at no additional charge). All shipments are available for “will call” shipment at our factory. In addition shipments, at the direction of the customer, may be shipped “Freight Collect” for freight payment by the customer. Pre-finishing Pricing ... All of the entryways in this catalog are available professionally finished in the wide variety of color options shown on page 11 of the catalog. Two different finish options are available. The Traditional Finish provides a finish top coat that allows the natural graining of the wood to enhance the appearance. This is our most popular finish option. Our Distressed Finish offers a beautiful distressed wood finish appearance, simulating an old antique finish — a very attractive option for Mahogany and Knotty Alder doors. Suggested retail pricing for both of these finishing options is shown below for each entry configuration. Please refer to our Information and Product Guide for more information on finishing. Pre-hung Unit Information - rough openings and design pressures... The chart below lists rough opening dimensions and “DP” design pressure ratings for all of our standard “inswing”entryway configurations. Most of these entryway configurations have been approved by state regulatory entities for use in windstorm areas. Note that the “rough opening size” listed below is a “tight” size, and is for reference only. Your installer may wish to add to these rough opening sizes. It is important to measure your pre-hung entryway unit upon arrival at the jobsite, and to construct the opening to fit the individual entryway unit. “Inswing” and “outswing” units have the same rough opening size. The DP ratings shown apply to entryways which use our Estancia doors, our Portobello doors, and our Divided Lite doors. These ratings do NOT apply to our Legacy Series mahogany entryways, or door slabs of any series. Our Buffalo Forge Series entryways and decorative Steel Inserts have also been approved...please refer to our web site at www.gcdoor.com for more information on these two products.
