PLANNING YOUR VISIT SOME TIPS TO ENJOY YOUR VISIT TO THE GLASSHOUSE Check your tickets - make sure you are familiar with the date and time. Pre-show drinks and cheese platters are available for many shows and events. These need to be ordered 72 hours prior. Make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before a performance. The Glasshouse opens one hour prior to a performance, enjoy a drink at the Encore Bar with friends or browse in our Glasshouse Shop. Some performances have a ‘latecomer’ lock out - so make sure you are seated in plenty of time. If you are late, you may not be admitted to the theatre until a break or a time nominated by the performance company. Want a drink at interval? Beat the crowd and complete an Encore pre-order form and pay for your interval drinks at the bar when you arrive. At interval you can simply collect your drink/s and avoid the crowds at the bar.
