We wanted to define a new service quality of travel services in Romania. At the time when "start-ups" were not so easy in the Romanian travel industry… …And yet, even against apparently overwhelming competition, our success was marked. Did we have a key for success? Bucharest is a bizarre and romantic city. The elegant atmosphere of the city along with its exuberance won the capital the name “Little Paris” some time ago. A name that you will find appropriate even today, should you have the curiosity to discover the heart of Bucharest. A good start would be to open your heart and let in the charm of the city.

Insight Romanian Culture Romania holds an unique place among European countries: it is the only Eastern Europe Latin speaking country, as it is the only Latin roots country with Christian Orthodox religion. Mircea Eliade, the Romanian Historic of Religion, says that the features of Romanian people are tolerance, hospitality and friendliness. Romania, besides the demonic but very famous Dracula, also means painted monasteries, wooden churches and beautiful cities that keep unspoiled the very medieval scent they were born in‌ Many visitors come to Romania with no expectations, being astonished by discovering a more than 2000-year old history and a very prolific culture. The story of a country is the story of its people, the story of its stones and a nation without culture has no future as it has no past. We challenge you to face the Romanian culture!

Highlights This itinerary introduces you to Oltenia, the homeland of Constantin Brancusi - the great Romanian sculptor - a wild region of the country with interesting topography that influenced much of his work. You will learn about the 'Horezu Rooster' pottery tradition with its incredibly lively colors and shapes, many of which were the inspirational source of his later masterpieces. There is also an in important Christian Orthodox element in the region that might fascinate visitors, such as the monasteries of Tismana, Hurezi and, especially Curtea de Arges, a beautiful building that has spun the legend of Master Manole. According to legend Master Manole entombed his wife inside the walls of this monastery to fulfill the promise, foretold in a dream, which would make this the most beautiful monastery in the country. Another exciting part of this trip that will bring even more legends to life is a boat cruise on the Danube to experience the dramatic sight of the 'Iron Gates', a gorge that separates the Carpathian and Balkan mountains. This is the place where Ulysses heard the song of the sirens but successfully avoided to come under their spell. And no visit to this 'land of heroes' would be complete without taking a look at the marks the Hydra's body left in the local limestone after it was slain by Hercules, right here in the Cerna Valley.

Highlights Somewhere in the northern part of Romania lies a place of a strange beauty; large green meadows and silver springs, forest hills and houses spread everywhere on the valleys, peaceful hills and welcoming people. All are inviting you to come; and here, you'll discover even greatest treasures: the painted monasteries, masterpieces of art and architecture. The 14th - 15th century painted monasteries of Southern Bucovina are some of the greatest artistic monuments in Europe. The artwork has amazingly survived harsh exposure to the elements for over 450 years and the intense colors have been well preserved. The quality of the frescoes, the magnificent Last Judgment and the brilliant color of the monastery of Voronet has earned it the moniker of 'Sistine Chapel of the East'. The UNESCO has included all these in the World Heritage, and the art specialist has awarded the region with a “Golden Appleâ€?. Danube Delta A piece of Heaven No wonder that the Danube has struggled to make such a long trip (around 2800 km), from the Black Forrest Mountains to the Black Sea, crossing whole Europe to arrive to this divine, magnificent paradise, which happens to be the youngest European land. An unspoiled corner of paradise, collecting more than 250 species of birds (among which pelicans, cormorants, ducks, egrets, flamingos and swans) and 110 fish species (the most important being the sturgeons, the carp and the pike perch), the Romanian Delta offers to the visitors a great landscape diversity: blue lakes, black islands, green forests, yellow sand dunes and again blue water channels, all of them waiting to be discovered while your boat is floating down the river. If you try to find inside your heart a place that resembles to this one - whether you have seen it on TV or on a postcard‌ well it is useless, as the Delta cannot be described in words. Not even in pictures. Nobody could fight the attraction of Delta, an unique, unspoiled piece of heaven. This is an invitation to reveal the mysteries of the Delta, one of the last places where nature is feeling at home‌

Highlights If your interest combines history with the discovery of natural wonders, this package is for you. Amazing sights can be enjoyed right from the start when you discover the awesome natural beauty of the Danube Delta. The abundance of wildlife and incredible scenery will take your breath away. There are more travel delights in store for you when you see some of the Black Sea resorts, but the main focus of this trip is steeped in history. The Dobrogea region is one of the 'ancient lands' of Europe and you will have an opportunity to follow in the footsteps of two great historical names: Ovid and St. Andrew. One of the greatest poets and writers of the antiquity - a possible successor to Virgil - Ovid was banished by Emperor Augustus to a fishing village on the Black Sea, which you will visit during this trip. He never returned to Rome, but his 'Letters From The Black Sea' were published there before his death. The possible highlight of our tour, however, is the 'Holy Grotto of St. Andrew', the first apostle who came to the Dobrogea region around 60 A.D. preaching to the local population and making this the first Christian place in Romania.

Time for you For many people a holiday in a spa is an agreeable relaxing luxury. To others, mineral water, mofettes (natural sources of carbon dioxide), and mud baths are the compounds of a through treatment for aches and pains. To both kinds of visitors Romania can be quite a miracle. No less than 3,000 mineral and thermal water springs (one third of all Europe's mineral and thermal springs) are located here. They are unrivalled in the range of their curative properties. The ancient Romans knew; they founded Baile Herculane spa, under the name of “Ad Aquas Herculi Sacras”. The Emperor Napoleon III knew; he used to order waters from Calimanesti in preference to any available in France. We think it’s time for you to find about it. There is a time for work and there is a time for love. There’s a time for everything it matter; That’s why, here’s a bit of Time for You; especially for You!

Bucharest Sightseeing Tours 1. The classic tour of the city 2. Wandering through the old Bucharest 3. Palaces in Bucharest 4. 1-day tour on Prahova Valley
Bucharest Sightseeing Tours Bucharest - last East station and first West station, the crossroad between West and East‌ This is the lure of Bucharest, the chemistry that drives people here‌ the main difference to Prague, Vienna or Budapest. Bucharest is the beginning and the end of Europe. Bucharest - the charm of the old churches, narrow streets and French architecture buildings, mixed by the large avenues and noisy boulevards, heavy traffic but also green areas. Equally combined with the vibrant night-life, that can be easily compared with the one in Berlin or even Madrid. The city is always renewing; what rises today, tomorrow might be gone; could it be the pace of the 21st century? Or only the diversity of a very fascinating and dynamic city? Bucharest - the city of Romanian Presidency, Government, politic and military forces, Orthodox Patriarchy, National Bank, and dozens of markets, museums, theatres, stadiums and parks. 1. The classic tour of the city Time: 5 hours Included objectives: The Parliament Palace, The Village Museum, The Cotroceni Palace, The Patriarchy Complex Departure: 9.45 a.m. from your hotel The Palace of Parliament is the most imposing administrative building in Europe (265.000 sq. meters) and the second largest building in the world, after the Pentagon building in Washington. The Cotroceni Museum was built for the Prince Ferdinand of Hohenzolern; today is the residence of the Romanian
42
Presidency. The Village Museum is located on the Herastrau Lake bank. The permanent open-air exhibition contains 368 houses, household annexes, wooden churches, wayside crucifix and workshops. 2. Wandering through the old Bucharest Time: 4 hours Included objectives: The Old Court, the glass-blowers workshop in Selari Street, the art gallery 'Hanul cu Tei' in Lipscani Street, the antiques shops in Covaci Street and Stavropoleos Church (historic monument built by Prince Ioan
Mavrocordat in 1724) Departure: 9.45 a.m. from your hotel This is a romantic tour of 'The Little Paris', a mixture of local exotic (the old area of Bucharest lying between Gabroveni and Lipscani streets, known as 'Miracles Court' of Bucharest) with great traditional workshops. Even today it could be found here small shops preserved the genuine architecture; here you can meet the best artisans that have been for a long time forgotten in other parts of the world. You can see the glass-blowers who shape in front of you glass vases and the finest ornaments. You can admire art exhibitions and meet persons who exhibit
anything, from numismatic collections to paintings and other decorative elements. 3. Palaces in Bucharest Time: 8 hours (one day) Included objectives: the Cotroceni Palace, the Sutu Palace, the Royal Palace, the Stirbei Palace and the Mogosoaia Palace. Departure: 9.45 a.m. from your hotel This one day program will familiarize you with the specific Neo-classic architecture of Bucharest palaces that earned the name of "Little Paris" to the Romanian capital. The Sutu Palace is a gorgeous residence of Sutu descendents, built in a neo-gothic style, the Sutu Palace is remarkable for the interior wideness created by a dome similar with that in the Golesti mansion. Nowadays, it houses the Art and History Museum of Bucharest. The Royal Palace was erected in between 1812-1815. Later, it was the residence of the King Carol I of Romania. Beginning with 1882 this building was enlarged, receiving the name of Royal Palace. Nowadays, the Royal Palace houses art galleries, collections and exhibitions of Romanian and foreign artists. The Mogosoaia Palace, built in 1702 by Constantin Brincoveanu, is the only Brancovan palace that remained as a whole in the course of centuries. It is decorated in Italian Renaissance style.
The Stirbei Palace, built in 1835, in a neo-classic style, is a supple and elegant edifice with Greek elements that belonged to the princely Stirbei family. Nowadays it houses the Pottery and Glassware Museum. Bucharest
