VISHEN LAKHIANI: REINVENTING THE WAY

WE

LEARN AND GROW

Vishen Lakhiani doesn’t just teach personal growth—he’s spent the last two decades dismantling outdated ideas about education and building something radically different in its place. As the founder of Mindvalley, he has reshaped how people around the world approach learning, blending technology, neuroscience, and ancient wisdom to create a new blueprint for self-improvement.

But his journey wasn’t a straight line to success. From battling burnout in Silicon Valley to disrupting the education industry, Lakhiani’s story is one of reinvention, resilience, and an unshakeable belief in the power of human potential.

From Silicon Valley to Mindvalley: A Shift in Perspective

Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Lakhiani was always curious about the mechanics of success. He studied computer engineering at the University of Michigan, a path that eventually landed him in Silicon Valley.

But instead of thriving in the high-pressure tech world, he found himself stressed, unfulfilled, and questioning everything.“I was working 16-hour days at a startup, barely sleeping, constantly anxious. I was doing everything I was ‘supposed’ to do to be successful, yet I felt miserable,” Lakhiani recalls.

The turning point came when he discovered meditation—not as a vague spiritual concept, but as a practical tool to rewire his thinking. Within weeks, his performance at work improved, his stress levels dropped, and his perspective shifted. That experience planted the seed for what would eventually become Mindvalley: a new way to teach the skills that truly matter, the ones traditional education ignores.

“I realised that we’re taught maths, history, and science, but we’re never taught how to manage our minds, optimise our bodies, or create meaningful lives. That had to change.”

Mindvalley: The Rebellion Against Traditional Learninge

Lakhiani didn’t set out to build a global education movement. In 2003, he started with a simple goal—make meditation and personal growth more accessible online. What began as a small startup soon grew into Mindvalley, a company that now reaches millions of students worldwide.

At its core, Mindvalley challenges the outdated structures of education. Instead of passive learning and rigid curricula, Lakhiani introduced the Quest model, where students learn in short, daily bursts and apply the concepts in real time.

“Most people forget 90% of what they learn in a typical course,” he explains. “Quests flip that on its head. Instead of just consuming information, you experience transformation alongside a community.”

With world-renowned instructors like Jim Kwik, Robin Sharma, and Marisa Peer leading courses on everything from brain performance to emotional intelligence, Mindvalley has become a hub for lifelong learning in ways traditional schools never imagined.

The Role of AI and the Future of Personal Growth

As artificial intelligence reshapes industries, Lakhiani sees an even greater need for human-centred education.

“AI is making knowledge easily accessible to everyone. But the real question is—how do we evolve beyond just learning facts? How do we cultivate wisdom, creativity, and emotional intelligence?” He believes the future of education lies in a blend of technology and personal development. AI can personalise learning experiences, helping individuals optimise their strengths and overcome weaknesses. But the deeper work—emotional mastery, consciousness expansion, and inner growth—will always be uniquely human.

“The future belongs to those who can think beyond machines. The people who can lead, innovate, and create from a place of purpose.”

Breaking the Rules of Business and Leadership

Despite building a multi-million-pound company, Lakhiani doesn’t follow conventional business wisdom. He doesn’t believe in rigid hierarchies, long hours, or the relentless grind culture that dominates corporate life. “Most business advice is built on outdated ideas. It’s still about ‘work harder, sacrifice more, and maybe you’ll succeed.’ But I believe you can build an empire while prioritising happiness and well-being.”

For him, conscious leadership is about blending ambition with mindfulness—balancing high performance with deep fulfilment. At Mindvalley, he actively integrates meditation, emotional intelligence training, and a flexible work culture to help his team thrive. “If your business forces you to sacrifice your health, your relationships, or your happiness, you’re doing it wrong. True success is holistic.”

The ‘Future Human’ Mindset

A recurring theme in Lakhiani’s work is what he calls the Future Human—a person who is constantly evolving, questioning old systems, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. “To be a Future Human, you have to let go of outdated beliefs—whether it’s about career, relationships, or how life ‘should’ be,” he says. “It’s about stepping into your highest potential, constantly upgrading your mind, and living on your own terms.”

For those looking to embody this concept in daily life, Lakhiani suggests a simple but powerful shift: “Stop asking ‘What’s realistic?’ and start asking ‘What’s possible?’ That one change in thinking can open doors you never knew existed.”

Redefining Success—One Mind at a Time

From an overworked software engineer to a leader in transformational education, Vishen Lakhiani’s journey is proof that success isn’t just about strategy—it’s about mindset. Through Mindvalley, he’s giving millions of people the tools to break free from outdated thinking, reimagine their potential, and create extraordinary lives. As he often reminds his students: “You weren’t born to fit into someone else’s script. You were born to write your own.”

JAY SHETTY: WISDOM FOR A MEANINGFUL LIFE

Jay Shetty has a way of making ancient wisdom feel like it was written for today. A former monk turned bestselling author, speaker, and host of the On Purpose podcast, he’s built a global platform by translating age-old philosophies into practical steps that help people find clarity, purpose, and peace. But in a world that thrives on instant gratification, how do we apply these principles in a way that sticks?

Ancient Wisdom, Modern Life

Shetty believes wisdom isn’t something abstract— it’s something we can weave into our daily routines without feeling overwhelmed. The key is simplicity.

“You don’t need to meditate for an hour or travel to a monastery to feel the benefits of mindfulness,” he says. “Start small. Take ten deep breaths before opening your laptop. Walk in silence for five minutes. These little shifts create space for clarity.”

He also encourages a simple habit of reflection: instead of scrolling mindlessly at night, write down one lesson you learned that day.

“It doesn’t have to be profound,” he explains. “Maybe you realised you’re more productive in the morning, or that drinking coffee after 3 p.m. ruins your sleep. Noticing these patterns helps you live with more intention.”

Finding Direction When You Feel Lost

One of the biggest challenges people face is feeling stuck—unsure of their purpose, their next step, or what truly fulfils them.

Shetty suggests shifting the focus from searching for a grand purpose to exploring small moments of passion.

“We put so much pressure on ‘finding our purpose’ that it paralyses us,” he says. “Instead, ask yourself: What am I naturally drawn to? What do I love doing even when no one is watching? Passion doesn’t appear fully formed. It develops through curiosity and action.”

He advises people to think back to childhood interests. “Often, what excited you as a kid still resonates—it just got buried under responsibilities and expectations.”

The Role of Gratitude in Difficult

Times

Gratitude has been a cornerstone in Shetty’s personal life, especially during challenging periods. But he acknowledges that it’s easier said than done.

“When things are tough, the last thing you want to hear is ‘just be grateful.’ That’s why gratitude has to be a practice, not a reaction,” he says.

Instead of waiting for a good moment to appreciate, he suggests an exercise: at the end of each day, find three things to be grateful for—something big, something small, and something unexpected. “For me, it could be a meaningful conversation, a great meal, or a stranger’s kindness. When you start looking for moments of gratitude, you see them everywhere.”

Why Service is Essential for Growth

Shetty often says that true fulfilment doesn’t come from achievement alone but from contributing to something bigger than yourself. His own journey— from studying business to living as a monk and eventually becoming a global voice in personal development—has been shaped by the principle of service.

“The happiest people aren’t the ones who’ve collected the most; they’re the ones who’ve given the most,” he explains. “Service isn’t just about volunteering. It’s about how you show up in everyday moments.”

He suggests looking at small ways to help— mentoring a colleague, checking in on a friend, or even making eye contact and genuinely listening.

“When we connect with others in meaningful ways, we feel more connected to ourselves.”

Being Kind to Yourself in Failure

Despite his success, Shetty has been open about moments of self-doubt. He knows how easy it is to fall into negative self-talk when things go wrong.

“We’d never speak to a friend the way we speak to ourselves when we fail,” he says. “We say things like ‘I’m not good enough’ or ‘I’ll never get this right.’ But what if we spoke to ourselves with the same patience and encouragement we give others?”

His advice? Reframe failure as data.

“Instead of seeing a mistake as proof you’re not capable, look at it as information. What did it teach you? What will you do differently next time? Growth isn’t about never failing. It’s about failing better.”

Living with Intention

Shetty’s insights aren’t about quick fixes or empty motivation. They’re about practical, sustainable ways to live with more awareness and meaning. Whether it’s taking a deep breath before reacting, rediscovering what excites you, or showing up for others, his approach is rooted in action.

“The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to be present. And when you’re present, everything shifts.”

STEVEN BARTLETT: THE ENTREPRENEUR WHO CHANGED THE LEADERSHIP RULEBOOK

Steven Bartlett doesn’t fit the mould of a traditional business leader. He didn’t climb the corporate ladder or inherit a legacy—he built one from the ground up. By 27, he had co-founded and scaled Social Chain into a multimillion-pound company. Today, he’s best known as the host of The Diary of a CEO, a podcast that pulls back the curtain on success, failure, and the uncomfortable truths about leadership. But Bartlett’s influence goes beyond his business acumen. He’s rewriting the playbook for modern leadership—one where vulnerability, mental health, and purpose are just as important as profits.

The Myth of the Unshakeable Leader

For decades, leadership was synonymous with strength, control, and unwavering confidence. Bartlett strongly disagrees. “Too many leaders think they have to be superheroes, but the truth is, nobody follows perfection— they follow honesty,” he says.

Bartlett openly shares his struggles, whether it’s imposter syndrome, burnout, or moments of failure. Instead of pretending to have all the answers, he champions transparency. The result? A culture where employees and entrepreneurs alike feel safe enough to take risks, speak up, and grow. “If your team is afraid to tell you the truth, you’ve already lost,” he warns. “People connect to leaders who are human, not those who act like they have it all figured out.”

Mental Health: The Real Bottom Line

Bartlett is one of the few high-profile entrepreneurs who speaks candidly about the mental toll of business. He argues that ignoring mental health isn’t just dangerous— it’s bad business. “Your mind is your most valuable asset,” he says. “You wouldn’t run a company on broken machinery, so why run your life on a burnt-out brain?”

His own routine includes strict boundaries around rest, therapy, and prioritising tasks that bring joy rather than just revenue. He encourages leaders to abandon the “hustle until you collapse” mindset in favour of a more sustainable approach:

•Schedule recovery time like you would schedule meetings.

•Surround yourself with people who challenge and support you.

•Learn to say no to things that drain your energy.

“The best investment I ever made wasn’t in stocks or companies—it was in protecting my own peace,” Bartlett reflects.

The Gift of Failure

Despite his success, Bartlett has no illusions about the road to the top. He’s failed many times. And he’s grateful for it.

“Failure is my co-founder,” he jokes. “Every lesson, every strategy, every pivot I’ve made—came from something that went wrong first.”

For young entrepreneurs struggling with setbacks, his advice is simple: reframe failure as research.

“If your business idea flops, you didn’t fail—you gathered data. If your pitch gets rejected, you just got free market feedback. Everything is a lesson. The only real failure is refusing to learn from it.”

Success Isn’t a Number—It’s a Feeling

If you had asked a younger Steven Bartlett what success looked like, he might have pointed to revenue figures, a dream car, or making a prestigious business list. Today, his definition has evolved.

“Success isn’t hitting a number in your bank account. It’s waking up and liking who you are, how you live, and what you do,” he says.

For him, purpose is now the foundation of every business move he makes. Whether it’s investing in health tech, supporting minority-led startups, or using his platform to challenge outdated leadership norms, his goal is impact—not just income.

“The real flex is building something that makes people’s lives better—not just yours,” he says.”

Trust is the Currency of the Future

Ronan Diego’s story is not one of overnight success In a world where consumers are more discerning than ever, Bartlett believes the businesses that thrive will be the ones that prioritise trust over tactics.

“People don’t buy from brands—they buy from people they trust,” he explains. “And trust isn’t built through ads or fancy marketing—it’s built through consistency.”

He urges brands and entrepreneurs to ditch the PR polish and embrace realness:

•Share the journey, not just the wins.

•Admit when you mess up—and fix it.

•Build relationships instead of chasing transactions.

“People can tell when something isn’t authentic,” he says. “The future belongs to those who tell the truth— even when it’s messy.”

A New Kind of Leader

Steven Bartlett isn’t trying to be a traditional CEO. He’s not interested in boardroom clichés or outdated power dynamics. His mission is bigger: to redefine what leadership looks like in the 21st century.

A leader who listens.

A leader who learns.

A leader who isn’t afraid to be human.

Because, as Bartlett puts it, “The best leaders don’t walk in front of people or behind them. They walk with them.”

BREAKING BARRIERS: IMAN OUBOU’S MISSION TO

REDEFINE SUCC ESS

From scientist to beauty queen to AI entrepreneur, Iman Oubou is rewriting the rules of leadership, innovation, and media.

While many professionals follow traditional career paths, Iman Oubou has carved out a journey uniquely her own. From a background in biochemistry and molecular biology to winning Miss New York and founding a media company, and now leading an AI-driven content platform, her journey is nothing short of extraordinary. Each chapter of her career has been driven by a singular mission: empowering women to shape their own narratives and step into leadership roles on their own terms.

Challenging Stereotypes, One Industry at a Time

Oubou’s story is a testament to defying societal expectations. Initially pursuing a career in STEM, she recognised early on that women in science and technology often faced systemic barriers, from a lack of representation to exclusion from leadership roles. While her pivot into pageantry seemed like a dramatic shift, for Oubou, it was an opportunity to challenge stereotypes about intelligence, beauty, and ambition.

“I wanted to prove that you don’t have to be just one thing,” she explains. “Society often forces women into boxes—you can be smart, or you can be glamorous, but not both. I refused to accept that.”

Winning Miss New York in 2015 gave her a platform, but rather than using it for personal gain, she saw it as a launchpad to challenge outdated notions of leadership and success. She recognised that mainstream media often overlooked women’s voices, especially those who were breaking barriers in unconventional ways. This realisation led to the birth of Sway Media—a media company designed to amplify female voices and provide mentorship for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Overcoming the ‘Glass Ledge’

While the term ‘glass ceiling’ is often used to describe the invisible barriers preventing women from reaching top positions, Oubou believes there’s an even greater challenge: the ‘glass ledge.’

In her book, The Glass Ledge: How to Break Through SelfSabotage, Embrace Your Power, and Create Your Success, she explores the internal barriers that hold women back, even when opportunities arise. “Many women hesitate to take risks because we feel we have to be perfect before stepping into leadership roles,” she explains. “Meanwhile, men often take action first and figure it out along the way. We need to change that mindset.”

Her book is both a deeply personal account and a guide for women to move past self-doubt and step into their power. By highlighting her own struggles with imposter syndrome and societal bias, Oubou provides a roadmap for women to navigate their own leadership journeys with confidence.

Embracing

AI to Reshape Media

After years of championing female voices in media, Oubou has taken on a new challenge: harnessing artificial intelligence to revolutionise content creation.

Her latest venture, Vocable.ai, is an AI-powered platform designed to help businesses streamline their content marketing strategies. “It’s a platform that helps you plan, ideate, draft, and optimise content—from blog posts to LinkedIn articles to newsletters,” she explains. “We’re making AI accessible to small businesses and underrepresented voices, so they can compete in the digital space without massive budgets.”

Her work in AI isn’t just about efficiency—it’s about inclusivity. Oubou is keenly aware that if women aren’t involved in shaping AI’s future, the biases of traditional media will only be replicated in digital spaces.

“AI should be a tool for empowerment, not exclusion,” she asserts. “If we’re not actively creating technology that reflects diverse voices, we risk perpetuating the same systemic issues we’ve been fighting against for decades.”

Advice for Women Breaking into Male-Dominated Industries

Having navigated STEM, media, and now AI—industries where women remain underrepresented—Oubou has learned invaluable lessons. Her advice for aspiring female leaders?

1.Stop Waiting for Permission – “You don’t need validation to take action. If you wait for the ‘right moment,’ you’ll be waiting forever.”

2.Own Your Story – “Your background, challenges, and experiences are your greatest strengths. Don’t shape yourself into someone else’s version of success—define your own.”

3.Build a Strong Network – “Surround yourself with mentors, allies, and other women who uplift you. Success is rarely achieved alone.”

4.Embrace Failure as Part of Growth – “Every entrepreneur faces setbacks. The key isn’t avoiding failure—it’s learning from it and moving forward.”

Redefining the Future

Despite her many successes, Oubou remains refreshingly candid about the struggles of entrepreneurship. “People see the highlights—the wins, the recognition—but they don’t see the long nights, the failures, the moments of self-doubt,” she says. “The most important thing I’ve learned is adaptability. Your vision will evolve, and that’s okay. Flexibility is what keeps you in the game.”

She now has her sights set on ensuring that the next generation of women isn’t just breaking barriers but building new pathways entirely. Through her media work, AI innovations, and mentorship, she’s proving that women don’t have to play by outdated rules—they can create their own.

“We’re no longer asking for a seat at the table,” she says. “We’re building new tables.”

And with Iman Oubou leading the way, the future of leadership, technology, and media looks more inclusive than ever.

REGAN HILLYER: MANIFESTING SUCCESS ON YOUR OWN TERMS

How one self-made millionaire is redefining abundance, unlocking human potential, and helping others create a life of limitless possibilities.

While some view success as an exclusive club for the privileged, Regan Hillyer challenges that notion, showing that abundance is within reach for anyone ready to shift their mindset and take intentional action. A self-made millionaire, global speaker, and manifestation mentor, Hillyer has built an empire around one core belief: you don’t just dream about success—you step into it.

From Scarcity to Abundance: Rewriting the Rules

For most people, the concept of scarcity is ingrained from childhood. Whether it’s money, time, or opportunities, society conditions individuals to believe there’s never enough to go around. Hillyer challenges this thinking head-on.

“Most people don’t even realise they’re operating from a scarcity mindset because it’s so deeply embedded,” she explains. “Scarcity isn’t just about money—it’s about believing you have to choose between success and happiness, between wealth and freedom. But what if you could have it all?”

Her solution? Awareness and intentional shifts. Instead of accepting ‘I can’t afford this’ or ‘I’ll never get that opportunity,’ she encourages people to ask, How can I? These microadjustments in thought patterns create a ripple effect, allowing individuals to see possibilities instead of limitations. She also suggests creating an “abundance trigger”—a daily ritual that rewires the brain for success. “It could be affirmations, journaling, or even dressing the part of the person you’re becoming. Small changes add up to massive shifts.”

Finding Purpose in the Chaos

For many, the pursuit of purpose is a daunting one. People wait for clarity, assuming it will come like a perfectly delivered blueprint. But according to Hillyer, purpose is found through action—not in stillness. “Your purpose isn’t something you ‘find’—it’s something you uncover by living with intention,” she says. “If you’re waiting for a sign, you’re missing the point. Just start doing something—help someone, create, move forward. Your purpose reveals itself when you step into action.”

Instead of endlessly seeking clarity, she advises making decisions from a place of excitement and alignment. When something feels right—even if it’s unconventional—that’s often the direction to pursue.

Manifestation: More Than Just Wishful Thinking

Manifestation has long been a buzzword, often misunderstood as simply visualising a goal and hoping it materialises. Hillyer is quick to dismantle this myth. “Manifestation isn’t passive. It’s not just about thinking about success; it’s about becoming the person who already has it.”

She encourages people to practice daily visualisation—not just imagining the goal, but fully stepping into the reality of it. “What does it feel like? Who are you with? What are you wearing? The clearer you get, the stronger the signal you send to the universe.” But the key step is action. “Once you see that vision, act as if it’s already yours. What choices would you make today if you already had the success you desire? Start living from that place.”

Balancing Business with Personal Freedom

Running a multi-million-pound global business comes with its pressures, but Hillyer has no interest in the burnout culture so often glorified in entrepreneurship. “I don’t believe in ‘grind until you collapse’ mentality,” she says. “I believe in ‘work until it feels like play.’”

For her, this means structuring her business around freedom, designing a life she truly enjoys. Whether it’s living in Bali, prioritising meditation, or ensuring she’s always creating (rather than just managing), she builds her business around her life—not the other way around. Her advice to ambitious entrepreneurs? “Don’t chase success. Design it. Make your business fit into your ideal lifestyle, not the other way around.”

Breaking Through Self-Imposed Limits

So, what’s the biggest barrier standing between people and their full potential? It’s not a lack of money, talent, or timing— it’s identity. “The reason most people stay stuck is because they still see themselves as the person who wants success rather than the person who already has it,” Hillyer explains. She challenges individuals to shift their self-image: Who do I need to become to live the life I want? Then, take action as that version of yourself every day. “Change your mindset, and you change your world. The power isn’t outside of you. It never was.”

Practical Steps to Unlocking Abundance

Hillyer’s success principles aren’t just theories—they’re actionable steps anyone can take. Here’s a breakdown of her approach:

1.Clarify the Vision – Get specific about what you truly want.

2.Step into the Energy – Act and think as if you already have it.

3.Shift Your Tolerances – Stop accepting scarcity in any area of life.

4.Reprogram Financial Beliefs – Raise your minimum standards for wealth and success.

5.Recognise Self-Sabotage – Identify fears and limitations that keep you stuck.

6.Embodiment Practices – Fully align your daily habits with your future self.

7.Expand Your Circle – Surround yourself with high-energy, success-minded people.

8.Take Aligned Action – Move toward your goals with clarity and purpose.

Hillyer’s philosophy isn’t just about thinking differently— it’s about becoming different. It’s about rewriting the rules, stepping into abundance, and realising that success isn’t something you chase—it’s something you create, moment by moment.

And perhaps that’s the ultimate lesson: The power to manifest a limitless life has always been within you.

HENNESSEY VENOM

The Venom F5 isn’t just about raw speed; it’s proving its dominance on the track. In March 2024, the Venom F5 Revolution set a production car lap record at the Circuit of The Americas (COTA), clocking a lightning-fast 2:10.90 lap time on the 3.41-mile-long circuit. Later, in July 2024, Hennessey founder John Hennessey himself drove the hypercar to an incredible Standing Half Mile speed of 219.07 mph. Not to be outdone, Hennessey test driver David Donohue then pushed the car even further, setting a world record of 221.92 mph over the same distance.

The Vision Behind the Machine

At the helm of this groundbreaking project is John Hennessey, Founder and CEO of Hennessey Special Vehicles. A visionary in the world of high-performance automobiles, Hennessey has played a crucial role in every aspect of the Venom F5’s design, engineering, and development. His relentless pursuit of speed and performance has resulted in a hypercar that not only challenges limits but rewrites them entirely.

For those seeking the ultimate expression of power, performance, and exclusivity, the Hennessey Venom F5 is in a league of its own. With a blend of extreme aerodynamics, cutting-edge technology, and unrelenting speed, it stands as a testament to what’s possible when engineering meets ambition. BVLGARI X MB&F SERPENTI: A BOLD FUSION OF HAUTE HOROLOGY

AND ICONIC DESIGN

An unprecedented collaboration breathes new life into the legendary Serpenti, uniting Italian elegance with avant-garde mechanical mastery.

For decades, BVLGARI’s Serpenti has symbolised reinvention, seduction, and timeless design. Now, in an unexpected and audacious partnership, BVLGARI and MB&F have joined forces to reimagine this iconic motif, blending high jewellery aesthetics with boundary-pushing horology. The result is the BVLGARI x MB&F Serpenti—a breathtaking fusion of history and innovation, paying homage to the Year of the Snake.

A Meeting of Minds

The collaboration between BVLGARI and MB&F is far from conventional. BVLGARI, with its deep-rooted Italian heritage and mastery of high jewellery watchmaking, and MB&F, known for its rebellious, kinetic timepieces, may seem like an unlikely pairing. Yet, their shared passion for artistry and technical prowess has yielded something truly extraordinary.

This isn’t their first encounter. Their 2021 release, the MB&F x BVLGARI LM FlyingT Allegra, saw BVLGARI’s bold use of colour and gemstones meet MB&F’s horological sculpture. That partnership set the foundation for a more ambitious project—one that would honour the legendary Serpenti while challenging the conventions of traditional watchmaking.

Reinventing the Serpenti

Since its debut in 1948, the Serpenti has been an emblem of metamorphosis and timeless allure. Now, BVLGARI and MB&F have taken this storied icon into uncharted territory, crafting a horological serpent unlike anything seen before.

This piece is not merely inspired by the serpent—it is a mechanical creature brought to life. Every element of the BVLGARI x MB&F Serpenti has been reimagined. The case, an intricate blend of fluid curves and bold geometry, posed an immense challenge in terms of design and engineering. Unlike traditional watch cases, this form had to be as visually striking from every angle as it was functional. Hundreds of sketches and countless 3D-printed models were created before achieving the perfect balance of form and function.

The Engineering Behind the Art

Inside this sculptural masterpiece lies a movement as complex as its exterior. MB&F’s in-house manualwinding calibre powers the Serpenti’s unique time display—two domed rotating indicators for hours and minutes, resembling hypnotic serpent eyes.

Crafted from ultra-light aluminium, these delicate domes are adorned with hand-applied Super-Luminova, ensuring the snake’s gaze remains luminous even in darkness. At the heart of the piece, a striking 14mm flying balance wheel pulses with life, suspended beneath a three-dimensional balance bridge engraved with both brands’ names. The craftsmanship extends to the caseback, where a power reserve indicator sits among the 310 meticulously hand-finished components that make up this remarkable movement.

Automotive Inspirations

Beyond its reptilian origins, the BVLGARI x MB&F Serpenti subtly nods to another shared passion between its creators—automobile design. The case’s sleek contours mimic the aerodynamic bodywork of a supercar, while the stepped sapphire crystal evokes the louvres seen on high-performance vehicles. Even the crowns, discreetly placed in the rear lugs, resemble miniature wheel hubs, reinforcing the automotive influence embedded within the design.

A Trio of Exclusive Editions

Collectors will have the opportunity to own one of three stunning limited-edition variations, each crafted in just 33 pieces. The first features a sleek grade 5 titanium case with hypnotic blue domes, exuding a contemporary aesthetic. The second, housed in an 18k rose gold case, boasts piercing green accents, reflecting BVLGARI’s jewellery heritage. The third, in black PVD-coated stainless steel, comes alive with fiery red domes, an undeniable statement of power and presence. Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani, BVLGARI’s director of watch design, reflects on the project: “The Serpenti is a magnificent object that has captivated collectors for decades. This time, we wanted to break boundaries—not just in design, but in storytelling. This is not just a feminine object tied to BVLGARI’s DNA; it is a technical marvel that speaks to both houses’ artistry.” With its mesmerising design and avant-garde mechanics, the BVLGARI x MB&F Serpenti is more than just a timepiece—it is a masterpiece of reinvention, a daring expression of two visionary brands united in their quest for the extraordinary.

TIFFANY’S NEW ERA OF TIME

Jewellery craftsmanship meets Swiss precision in a dazzling new collection of luxury timepieces.

For nearly two centuries, Tiffany & Co. has been closely associated with exquisite craftsmanship, impeccable design, and an enduring commitment to artistry. Now, the legendary jeweller is making waves in the world of haute horology, unveiling five new high jewellery watch collections that seamlessly blend Swiss precision with the house’s rich history of diamonds and design. The move marks a bold new era for Tiffany’s watchmaking division, one that speaks to both collectors and connoisseurs alike.

The Art of Time

Watches have long been a part of Tiffany & Co.’s DNA. From pioneering America’s first stopwatch in 1868 to producing timepieces with the most prestigious Swiss manufactures, Tiffany has consistently demonstrated a flair for merging utility with elegance. Today, that legacy is reimagined through the Eternity Round, Eternity Cushion, HardWear, and Jean Schlumberger collections—each reflecting the maison’s unmistakable aesthetic and exceptional artistry. “Every watch we create is an expression of our design philosophy: timeless yet modern, with craftsmanship at the heart of everything,” says Tiffany & Co.’s Chief Gemologist, Victoria Reynolds. “This new chapter in watchmaking isn’t just about timekeeping—it’s about wearable works of art that celebrate our jewellery savoir-faire.”

High Jewellery Meets Haute Horology

The highlight of Tiffany’s revitalised watchmaking approach is the meticulous integration of high jewellery craftsmanship. Take the Eternity Round and Eternity Cushion collections, for instance—each watch is adorned with an array of meticulously selected diamonds, set with the precision and attention to detail for which Tiffany is celebrated. The Eternity Round, distinguished by its sleek curves and delicate proportions, exudes a soft, classic allure, while the Eternity Cushion offers a slightly more architectural silhouette, inspired by Tiffany’s most coveted engagement ring settings. Meanwhile, the HardWear collection takes a bolder approach, drawing inspiration from Tiffany’s iconic jewellery line of the same name. The timepieces feature sculptural elements with polished gold chains and industrial-inspired details, embodying a confident, modern attitude. “HardWear has always been about strength and sophistication,” says Reynolds. “Bringing that concept to our timepieces allows us to offer something truly distinct—jewellery that tells time in the most audacious way.”

Perhaps the most anticipated of all is the Jean Schlumberger collection, named after the legendary Tiffany designer renowned for his fantastical, nature-inspired creations. Each watch in this line is a testament to Schlumberger’s unparalleled vision, featuring elaborate gemstone-encrusted motifs and exquisitely detailed dials. These watches feel like they belong in a museum just as much as they do on the wrist of a discerning collector.

A Return to Swiss Excellence

While Tiffany’s jewellery is crafted in the heart of New York, its watches are rooted in Swiss horological tradition. Each movement is developed in Switzerland, ensuring precision, reliability, and longevity. The maison has worked closely with some of the finest watchmakers in the world to create calibres that complement the artistry of the dials and cases. While specific technical details remain under wraps, these timepieces prioritise excellence in both function and form. In an era when many high jewellery brands focus purely on aesthetics, Tiffany is ensuring that its watches meet the expectations of serious collectors. “There is no compromise between beauty and performance,” explains Reynolds. “Our clients deserve both.”

Beyond Timekeeping

The resurgence of Tiffany’s watch division signals a broader shift in the world of luxury timepieces. The demand for jewellery watches has been steadily growing, with collectors seeking more than just mechanical mastery—they want emotion, history, and beauty. Tiffany’s latest designs speak to this desire, offering watches that are not only precise but deeply personal. A watch from Tiffany & Co. is more than an accessory—it is a statement of taste, a piece of history, and, above all, an heirloom in the making. As the maison continues to set new standards in design and innovation, one thing is certain: true luxury is, and always will be, timeless.

THE AI TYCOON: HOW ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IS CREATING

THE NEXT WAVE OF INDUSTRY LEADERS

AI is no longer a tool of convenience—it is now a strategist, an innovator, and in some cases, the driving force behind billion-dollar enterprises.

Artificial Intelligence has transcended its role as a behind-the-scenes technology, evolving into a formidable force that is actively shaping the future of business leadership. In boardrooms across the globe, AI is making executive decisions, directing investments, and even running autonomous companies with minimal human intervention. The rise of AI-led businesses signals a new industrial revolution—one where human intuition and machine intelligence converge to create a new class of industry leaders.

The Autonomous CEO

Imagine a company with no traditional leadership team—no CEO, no board of directors, just an intricate network of algorithms making strategic decisions in real time. This is no longer science fiction. Companies like NetDragon Websoft appointed an AI-driven virtual CEO named “Tang Yu” to oversee operations at its subsidiary, Fujian NetDragon Websoft Co., Ltd. The AI assists in organisational efficiency and risk management, demonstrating AI’s potential role in corporate decision-making. demonstrating how AI can take on executive roles with remarkable precision. The idea of AI in leadership positions is not simply about automation but about augmentation. “AI is not about replacing human ingenuity but augmenting it with data-driven insights,” says Dr. Kai-Fu Lee, AI investor and author of AI Superpowers. “We are entering an era where AI will handle the data-driven aspects of leadership, freeing humans to focus on creativity, strategy, and ethical considerations.”

AI as a Venture Capitalist

Venture capital is another industry experiencing the AI revolution. Investment firms are now leveraging AI to make highstakes funding decisions at an unprecedented scale. Deep Knowledge Ventures introduced an AI system named “VITAL” as an advisory tool to assist in investment decisions. While it was given an observer status on the board, it did not hold equal decision-making power. VITAL analysed market trends, company performance, and risk factors, offering data-backed recommendations. providing data-backed recommendations that eliminate emotional biases from the equation. The AIdriven investment model is rapidly gaining traction, with firms using machine learning to predict startup success rates and optimise portfolio management. “Traditional investment relies on experience and gut instinct, but AI brings a level of analysis that human intuition alone cannot match,” explains Dr. Ben Goertzel, a leading AI researcher. “It identifies patterns and opportunities that would otherwise go unnoticed.”

The Rise of Fully AI-Run Businesses

Beyond venture capital and executive decision-making, some companies are taking AI leadership a step further by running entirely autonomously. AI-powered e-commerce platforms, algorithmic trading firms, and even content creation businesses now exist without human employees at the helm. DaoStack is an organisation that provides tools for decentralised autonomous organisations (DAOs), which use smart contracts for governance. While DAOs integrate automation, AI-driven decisionmaking varies across platforms, and human oversight often remains a key component. The potential of AI-run businesses extends beyond efficiency; it introduces an entirely new way of operating in a global market. “AI-led enterprises can function around the clock, responding to market shifts instantly and optimising operations without human fatigue,” says futurist Amy Webb. “The implications for industries like logistics, finance, and media are profound.”

Challenges and Ethical Considerations

With AI assuming greater control over business operations, ethical concerns and regulatory challenges become increasingly relevant. Who is held accountable when an AI CEO makes a controversial decision? How do companies ensure fairness, transparency, and ethical considerations when decisions are made solely by machine learning models? Organisations such as the AI Ethics Lab are working to establish guidelines for AI governance, ensuring that AI-led businesses operate within ethical boundaries. “The integration of AI in leadership must be done responsibly,” says Dr. Timnit Gebru, an AI ethics researcher. “We need frameworks in place to ensure transparency, bias mitigation, and accountability.”

The Future of AI-Driven Leadership

As AI continues to redefine industries, the nature of leadership itself is evolving. The most successful businesses of the future may not be led by individuals but by dynamic AI systems that adapt and innovate at speeds no human executive could match. However, human insight remains crucial in guiding these advancements, ensuring that AI’s role in business serves humanity’s broader interests. The AI tycoon is not a distant concept—it is already here. Whether as a CEO, a venture capitalist, or an autonomous business entity, AI is reshaping the way industries operate. The question is not whether AI will lead, but how we will navigate this new era of machine intelligence working alongside human vision.

With private space tourism already breaking barriers, the next great ambition is extraterrestrial real estate. From lunar bases to Martian outposts, investors and visionaries are setting their sights on the cosmos. For centuries, humans have looked to the stars with curiosity, wonder, and an insatiable desire to explore. Now, with private companies propelling space tourism into reality, the conversation has shifted beyond brief visits and orbital flights. The new frontier? Real estate in space.

The Foundations of Space Property

The notion of owning property beyond Earth is not entirely new. The Outer Space Treaty of 1967, ratified by over 100 nations, prohibits sovereign nations from claiming ownership of celestial bodies, including the Moon and Mars. However, it does not explicitly address the rights of private individuals or corporations, leading to ongoing debates about space property rights. “We are entering an era where private entities, not just governments, are making space a commercial reality,” says Dr. Scott Pace, former Executive Secretary of the U.S. National Space Council. “While legal frameworks remain ambiguous, the growing investment in off-world settlements suggests that new policies will need to emerge.”

Billionaires and the Business of Space

The list of entrepreneurs leading the charge in space real estate reads like a who’s who of innovation. Elon Musk’s SpaceX, Jeff Bezos’s Blue Origin, and Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic have already transformed space travel from a governmentcontrolled domain to a commercial industry. Now, discussions of permanent infrastructure on the Moon and Mars are becoming more serious. Musk’s Starship programme aims to transport humans to Mars, with uncrewed missions projected to begin in the near future. He has suggested that a self-sustaining city on Mars could be established within 20 years, though this remains an aspirational goal. Meanwhile, Blue Origin’s Orbital Reef project, a planned commercial space station, is poised to bring a new level of habitation to low Earth orbit. These ambitious projects are laying the groundwork for what could eventually become a space-based property market.

Who Gets to Stake a Claim?

The primary challenge of space real estate isn’t just engineering—it’s governance. Unlike traditional land ownership on Earth, where legal frameworks and historical precedents dictate property rights, no such system currently exists for celestial territories. “What happens when companies start building infrastructure on the Moon?” asks Michelle Hanlon, Co-Director of the University of Mississippi’s Air and Space Law Center. “Will they be able to enforce property rights? Or will it be a free-for-all like the Wild West?” While no private entity can technically claim land in space, certain private entities, such as the Lunar Embassy, have sold unofficial Moon property certificates, despite their lack of legal recognition under international law. These novelty sales highlight the growing public interest in space ownership, though actual legal frameworks remain undefined.

The Rise of Space Hotels and Lunar Bases

The first true real estate developments in space are likely to be space hotels and lunar bases. Axiom Space, for instance, is actively developing a commercial space station that will initially attach to the International Space Station, with plans to expand into a standalone facility. These modules are expected to serve various purposes, including research, manufacturing, and eventually space tourism. Meanwhile, NASA’s Artemis programme aims to return humans to the Moon and establish a sustainable presence on the lunar surface, creating new opportunities for scientific research and commercial activity. Beyond tourism, lunar bases will be crucial for scientific research and resource extraction. Helium-3 mining on the Moon, touted as a potential clean energy source, could drive the first wave of commercial land use. Lunar regolith processing, which extracts valuable minerals, is also being explored by companies like Astrobotic and ispace.

The Road to Martian Settlements

While lunar real estate is the most immediate possibility, Mars remains the ultimate prize. The sheer challenge of sustaining human life on Mars—harsh temperatures, lack of atmosphere, and radiation exposure—makes permanent habitation a monumental feat. However, technological advancements in terraforming, hydroponics, and AI-driven habitat design are steadily making long-term habitation more viable. Musk envisions one million people on Mars by 2050, and while that timeline is ambitious, every technological leap in rocketry, sustainable energy, and robotics brings that vision closer to reality.

A Future Beyond Borders

While lunar real estate is the most immediate possibility, Mars remains the ultimate prize. The sheer challenge of sustaining As private companies expand their presence beyond Earth, governments and international agencies will need to address regulatory challenges, defining ownership rights and commercial activities in space. Should land on the Moon or Mars be leased rather than owned? Can nations create an off-world registry similar to Earth’s property deeds? These are the pressing questions that will shape the next century of exploration.“The shift to commercial space real estate is inevitable,” says Hanlon. “The challenge will be ensuring that expansion is done responsibly, ethically, and in a way that benefits all of humanity—not just the wealthiest few.” For now, space real estate remains a vision of the future. But as space tourism takes off and extraterrestrial settlements inch closer to reality, the dream of owning a piece of the cosmos may not be as far-fetched as it once seemed.

THE PRIVATE CITY REVOLUTION: WHY VISIONARIES ARE DESIGNING THEIR OWN CITIES

From Telosa in the U.S. to Neom in Saudi Arabia, a new wave of planned cities is emerging—built from scratch with the latest innovations in sustainability, smart technology, and urban design. What do these experimental cities promise for the future, and could they redefine how we live?

For centuries, cities have evolved through incremental expansion, shaped by history, necessity, and the natural flow of migration. But a new generation of urban visionaries is abandoning the traditional model, opting instead to build entirely new cities from the ground up. These privately developed cities, planned with cutting-edge technology and ambitious sustainability goals, are designed to be more efficient, resilient, and equitable than their predecessors.

The Rise of the Private City

The concept of privately developed cities is not new. Historically, company towns and special economic zones have existed as controlled environments driven by industry or governance. What is different today is the scale and ambition of these projects.

One of the most talked-about initiatives is Telosa, the brainchild of former Walmart executive Marc Lore. Announced in 2021, Telosa aims to be a city of the future—a place where sustainable urbanism meets social equity. Planned to span 150,000 acres in the U.S. desert, Telosa’s mission is to create a city where residents have access to high-quality public services, innovative transit systems, and a strong sense of community ownership.

“I want to create a city where the wealth created by the land goes back to the people who live there,” says Lore. “Telosa will be the most sustainable and inclusive city in the world.” The initial phase of Telosa, covering 1,500 acres and accommodating 50,000 residents, is estimated to cost $25 billion (approximately AED 91.8 billion). The entire project is projected to require $400 billion (approximately AED 1.47 trillion). Meanwhile, halfway across the globe, Saudi Arabia is spearheading an even more ambitious project. Neom, a $500 billion (approximately AED 1.84 trillion) megacity initiative, is being built along the Red Sea as part of Saudi Vision 2030. Envisioned as a high-tech, carbon-neutral metropolis, Neom will feature The Line, a 170-kilometre-long linear city designed to house nine million people in a pedestrian-friendly, AI-powered environment.

Built for Sustainability

What sets these cities apart from traditional urban developments is their focus on sustainability and technological integration. Telosa and Neom both prioritise renewable energy, waste reduction, and water conservation—essential components in a world facing mounting environmental challenges. Neom’s developers claim it will be powered entirely by renewable energy, with hydrogen-based fuel systems reducing dependence on fossil fuels. The city’s master plan also includes vast green spaces, desalination plants, and high-efficiency vertical farms. Similarly, Telosa is being designed with circular economy principles, aiming for net-zero emissions through solar power, smart water recycling, and green infrastructure.

A New Kind of Governance

Private cities also present new models of governance. Rather than relying on traditional municipal governments, many of these experimental cities propose alternative frameworks that blend private ownership with public services.

Marc Lore envisions Telosa operating under Equitism, a governance model where land is owned by a community foundation, ensuring that rising property values benefit residents rather than developers. “The ultimate goal,” Lore explains, “is to create a fairer system where prosperity is shared.” Neom, on the other hand, will operate under a special legal and regulatory framework separate from Saudi Arabia’s existing governance. This autonomy is intended to attract international businesses, scientists, and entrepreneurs who might otherwise be deterred by regional legal constraints.

The Future of Private Cities

With rapid urbanisation and climate change putting pressure on existing infrastructure, the idea of rethinking urban development from the ground up is gaining traction. Other projects, such as Prospera in Honduras and Culdesac in Arizona, are also experimenting with new urban models—Prospera as a semiautonomous charter city and Culdesac as the first car-free community in the U.S. Each project explores different solutions to the challenges of modern city living, from walkability to governance innovation.

As technology continues to advance, and as traditional cities struggle with congestion, inequality, and pollution, the private city revolution is set to reshape the way people live and work. These visionary projects are not just blueprints for the future—they are the foundation for a new era of sustainable, inclusive, and technologically advanced urban living.

THE RISE OF SOLAR POWER: A GLOBAL SHIFT TOWARDS CLEAN ENERGY

Solar power has long been touted as a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to fossil fuels, but recent advancements have made it even more accessible and impactful than previously imagined. According to energy analyst Jenny Chase, solar energy is rapidly displacing traditional power sources in key markets around the world, providing an affordable and cleaner alternative.

Solar’s Unprecedented Growth

The installation of solar power has seen remarkable expansion over the past two decades. In 2023, 444 gigawatts of solar modules were installed globally, with over half of this capacity emerging from China. This figure surpassed Japan’s total power capacity, illustrating the immense scale of solar energy adoption. By the end of 2024, projections indicated an increase to nearly 600 gigawatts, demonstrating the sustained demand for renewable energy solutions.

Challenges in Tracking Solar Expansion

While the rapid rise of solar power is promising, accurately measuring its growth presents challenges. In 2007, only about a dozen countries actively installed solar panels, and official data was relatively reliable. Today, with 146 solar markets worldwide, tracking installations has become increasingly complex. Even in developed nations such as Germany and Spain, the recorded figures often underrepresent the actual number of installations. The difficulty is even greater in regions with less developed data collection systems, such as parts of Africa and Southeast Asia. A notable example is Pakistan, where official records indicated fewer than three gigawatts of installed solar power. However, trade data from China suggested a much higher figure, with significant exports of solar panels to the country. By employing satellite imaging and machine-learning technologies, researchers identified hundreds of previously undocumented installations, particularly in industrial hubs such as Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. Jenny Chase noted, ‘The solar boom in Pakistan is really happening. It’s not just an artifact of China customs data.’

The Impact of Solar in Emerging Markets

Pakistan’s increasing reliance on solar power highlights the benefits of renewable energy in regions with high electricity demand and limited grid capacity. The country faces extreme temperatures, with heatwaves reaching 52 degrees Celsius in 2024, resulting in over 500 fatalities. As energy costs continued to rise, businesses and households turned to solar panels to power essential cooling systems during the day, reducing their dependence on the national grid. However, this shift posed challenges for existing coal-powered infrastructure. As more consumers transitioned to solar, the grid lost revenue from its highest-paying customers, leading to higher electricity prices for those who remained reliant on conventional sources. In 2023, power demand in Pakistan fell by 9%, reflecting both economic factors and increased solar adoption.

A similar pattern emerged in South Africa, where severe blackouts prompted a surge in rooftop solar installations. In just two months, one gigawatt of solar capacity was installed—equivalent to a medium-sized coal power plant. However, as power outages decreased in 2024 due to improvements in coal-fired plants and existing solar infrastructure stabilising the grid, the rate of new installations slowed. This fluctuation underscored the dynamic nature of solar markets, often referred to as the ‘solar coaster.’

Solar’s Role in Developed Markets

In wealthier nations, solar energy is not only meeting additional power demands but also actively replacing fossil fuels. In California, for instance, solar power steadily reduced reliance on natural gas over the past decade. In 2012, 43% of the state’s power came from in-state gas combustion, with an additional 29% imported. By 2023, solar energy production had grown so significantly that, on an average day, the state was exporting excess power at midday.

Moreover, battery storage technology is enhancing solar efficiency. Batteries now store solar-generated electricity during daylight hours and discharge it in the evening, reducing the need for gas-fired power plants. As a result, California’s carbon emissions per unit of electricity generation dropped by more than 30% between 2012 and 2023. Chase remarked, ‘Batteries are doing exactly what they’re meant to do. They’re charging on solar in the daytime and discharging in the evening, so gas-fired plants don’t have to ramp up.’

The Future of Solar Power

The integration of solar power with battery storage and other renewable energy sources continues to accelerate the global transition to clean energy. While the path has not always been linear, with fluctuations in adoption rates across different markets, the overall trend indicates that solar is playing a crucial role in reducing fossil fuel dependence. As solar technology advances and costs decline further, it is expected to become an even more dominant force in the energy sector. With widespread implementation in both developed and emerging economies, the shift towards a more sustainable future is already well underway.

Essential goods and services also benefit from reduced VAT rates of 5% and 18%. Living costs are significantly lower than in major Western European cities, with Budapest offering a comfortable lifestyle for around €991 per month for individuals and €2,669 for families. Smaller towns provide even greater affordability, making Hungary ideal for expats, families, and remote workers. In contrast, the average monthly cost of living for a single person in Paris or London is over €2,500, making Hungary nearly three times more affordable. Additionally, Germany, France, and Spain have corporate tax rates between 25% and 30%, far higher than Hungary’s 9%.

Healthcare System: Affordable, Accessible, and Efficient

Hungary offers a well-structured and accessible healthcare system, providing universal coverage through the National Health Insurance Fund (NEAK), funded by taxes and contributions. Most healthcare services are free at the point of use, with minimal co-payments for select services such as pharmaceuticals and dental care, ensuring affordable medical care. The country ranks 15th in Fiscal Sustainability in the 2024 World Index of Healthcare Innovation, thanks to its cost-effective healthcare spending at 7.3% of GDP. While Western European countries like France and Germany allocate over 11% of GDP to healthcare, Hungary maintains accessibility at a lower cost while ensuring quality services.

BORDERS ARE MEANT TO BE BROKEN

In a world defined by borders, global citizenship transcends geographical and political divisions. Our identities are no longer confined to nationalities but are enriched by our connections with others across the globe.

Belonging now takes on a broader meaning—it is what unites us as one. The only difference that separates us is our names. True wealth goes beyond physical assets; it lies in the legacy of freedom we pass down through generations.

Prepare for the unpredictable

Emil M. Cioran’s poignant observation, “Our epoch will be marked by the romanticism of the stateless. Already apparent is the image of a universe in which no one will have droit de cité. Inside every citizen nowadays lies a future alien,” underscores the evolving threats to our sense of identity.

As global economic dynamics, regulatory shifts, and geopolitical events reshape our interconnected world, the concept of belonging continues to evolve—at times taking forms that feel abstract or even incomprehensible.

Yet, while the future remains unpredictable, we can still prepare for it. We are not aliens, nor are we fundamentally changing, even as our world transforms. United by our commitment to global citizenship, we continue to pave the way for future generations. Our journey has not been easy, but we have created a walkable path for others to follow.

A Butterfly Effect

Who said time travel is impossible? The decisions you make today will shape a chapter of history for others to inherit. Consider the butterfly effect: a vision born in Canada is creating ripples in the UAE, and so forth. What truly matters are the thoughts, visions, and actions we cultivate now, ensuring our children and grandchildren reap the benefits of what we build today.

One passport isn’t enough

The person who said, ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover’ probably never had to rely on a passport. Your passport speaks volumes about who you are—it’s either hindering or enabling your vision of global citizenship, your movement, and your sovereignty.

It’s not about where you’re from; it’s about where you’re headed. And to take control of your future, you need a strategic, logistical decision—to obtain the most powerful card in the world: a second passport.

You are what you envision

As we witness the emergence of a new era, one defined by freedom and sovereignty, we are proud to be the leaders and visionaries who made this happen. We are our visions. We are global citizens—are you?

A Legacy of Love and Protection

The serpent motif holds a special place in Boucheron›s history. This gesture laid the foundation for the Serpent Bohème collection, which debuted eight decades later, capturing the essence of protection and affection.

Evolving Design Language

While the original designs featured intricate goldwork and diamond accents, the refreshed Serpent Bohème collection embraces a broader palette of gemstones. Recent iterations showcase vibrant stones such as malachite, aquaprase, and rhodolite, each bringing a unique energy to the pieces. The iconic teardrop motif, reminiscent of a serpent›s head, remains central, now interpreted in various sizes and settings to cater to diverse tastes.

Craftsmanship Meets Innovation

Boucheron›s commitment to exceptional craftsmanship is evident in the meticulous attention to detail across the collection. The maison employs techniques like honeycomb latticework, allowing light to enhance the brilliance of each gemstone. DIOR’S OBLIQUE COLLECTION: A TIMELESS PATTERN REIMAGINED REVITALISING

A CLASSIC FOR THE MODERN ERA

In the ever-evolving world of fashion, few patterns have achieved the iconic status of Dior›s Oblique motif. First introduced in 1967 by then-Artistic Director Marc Bohan, the Oblique pattern has become synonymous with the brand›s rich heritage.

Today, under the creative direction of Maria Grazia Chiuri and Kim Jones, Dior continues to breathe new life into this classic design, ensuring its relevance for contemporary audiences.

A Heritage of Elegance

The Oblique pattern made its debut in the Spring/Summer 1969 collection, adorning handbags, luggage, and accessories. Its distinctive interlocking initials became an instant symbol of luxury and sophistication. Modern Interpretations

In the Cruise 2025 collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri draws inspiration from the legacy of Mary Stuart, blending historical elements with modern aesthetics. Craftsmanship and Innovation

Dior›s commitment to craftsmanship is evident in the meticulous application of the Oblique pattern. In recent collections, the motif has been rendered in neon hues against neutral backgrounds, creating a striking visual contrast. This bold reinterpretation showcases the brand›s ability to innovate while honouring its heritage.

A Symbol of Enduring Style

The enduring popularity of the Oblique pattern lies in its versatility. Whether subtly embossed on leather goods or boldly displayed on ready-to-wear pieces, it serves as a testament to Dior›s ability to adapt and evolve.

As fashion continues to change, the Oblique motif remains a constant, bridging the gap between the brand›s storied past and its dynamic present.

In reimagining the Oblique collection, Dior not only pays homage to its history but also sets the stage for future innovations. Through thoughtful design and creative reinterpretation, the brand ensures that this iconic pattern will continue to captivate and inspire for generations to come.

HERMÈS FALL/WINTER 2025: A CONFIDENT EXPRESSION OF TIMELESS LUXURY

WHERE MOVEMENT, COMFORT, AND PRECISION DEFINE THE MODERN WARDROBE

“To enter a garment as you would a house, to dress with the feeling of being welcomed.” – Véronique Nichanian, Artistic Director of Hermès Men’s Universe

For Fall/Winter 2025, Hermès presents a collection that is as much about presence as it is about poise. Designed by Véronique Nichanian, this season’s menswear speaks to those who inhabit time rather than chase it— where garments become a second home, embracing movement, comfort, and precision. Unveiled on 25 January 2025 at the Palais d’Iéna in Paris, the collection delivers a wardrobe that is at once dynamic, architectural, and deeply personal.

A Modern Interpretation of Elegance

This season, silhouettes are both fluid and structured, a careful balance between relaxed ease and graphic precision. Nichanian continues her exploration of how clothing interacts with the wearer, crafting pieces that encourage effortless movement without sacrificing form. Outerwear takes centre stage, with wide travel coats, cropped jackets, and ample blousons that wrap the body like a second skin. «The line is rounded but not lost,» the collection notes declare—a sentiment reflected in soft-shouldered coats, short yet voluminous layers, and trousers that range from sharply tailored to generously draped. The interplay between front and back, inside and out, visible and invisible is a defining theme. A blanket transforms into a removable lining, while pockets shift as they expand. The result is a wardrobe that adapts—an invitation to wear your own life, not another’s.

A Palette of Warmth and Depth

The colour story is one of quiet luxury, a muted yet sophisticated selection that deepens with texture and light. From charcoal grey and prunoir to chrome green and bronze, these understated hues are elevated by strategic bursts of warmth: blood orange and vanilla appear like suspended notes of light, softening the winter landscape. The collection is a lesson in contrast, where deep, moody shades are punctuated by the unexpected— an approach that reflects Hermès’ mastery of subtle yet striking elegance.

Textures That Speak of Craft

Fabrication is at the heart of this collection, underscoring Hermès’ commitment to fine materials and impeccable craftsmanship. There is an almost tactile intimacy in the choices:

-Snowy alpaca and cashmere flannel cocoon the body, offering a sense of protection against the cold.

-Velvet, shaded bouclé, and teddy mohair bring an evening-like depth to the textures.

-Sheepskin, silk-lined wool, and leather-trimmed coats highlight the house’s skill in working with natural materials. These elements come together to form a wardrobe that is confident, enveloping, and utterly wearable.

Tailoring, Reimagined

This season’s tailoring takes a relaxed yet refined approach. Jackets and coats are detailed with double collars, elevated lapels, and flowing layers, blending formality with an easygoing confidence.

-Double-breasted travel coats in wool felt offer an updated take on winter outerwear.

-Cashmere and wool-blend suits feature precise yet unforced lines, giving them a contemporary feel.

-Shirts in cotton, silk, and wool serge showcase refined layering, while turtlenecks and ribbed knits provide structure beneath.

A key highlight is the use of unexpected elements—glove-inspired stitching, horn buttons, and subtle equestrian references—that subtly nod to the house’s heritage while embracing modernity.

A Wardrobe of Precision and Comfort

Hermès has long understood that luxury is as much about feeling as it is about appearance. Fall/Winter 2025 blends classicism with quiet innovation, where details make the difference.

-A jacket’s double front rises to shield from the wind.

-A collar straightens itself, capturing a moment but never freezing it.

-Pockets shift and expand, adapting to movement.

This is a wardrobe for a man who moves through life with ease, one who understands that style should never be static.

Accessories That Elevate

Hermès’ leather craftsmanship remains a defining force this season, with a collection of accessories that complement the effortless sophistication of the clothing.

-Haut à Courroies bags in Evercalf and Togo leather add a refined utility.

-Cagoules in cashmere and wool, alongside tailored gloves, underscore winter functionality.

-Hermès H08 watches offer a contemporary take on elegance in motion.

-Jewellery in palladium-finished metal and calfskin blends heritage with modernity. These details are not just adornments—they are extensions of the wardrobe, designed with the same philosophy of adaptability and ease.

A Confident Step Forward

Hermès Fall/Winter 2025 is not about reinvention but refinement. Véronique Nichanian’s vision speaks to the timelessness of style, where craftsmanship, materiality, and a sense of movement create a wardrobe designed to be lived in.

To inhabit time, as Hermès puts it, is to understand that true luxury is not about excess but about the confidence of knowing what fits, what moves, and what endures. This collection is an invitation—not just to wear clothing, but to live in it.

SOUND REIMAGINED: THE BEOLAB 90 EXPERIENCE

BANG & OLUFSEN’S MOST ADVANCED SPEAKER TO DATE RESHAPES THE WAY WE EXPERIENCE HIGH-FIDELITY SOUND.

Few names in the world of luxury audio command as much respect as Bang & Olufsen. For nearly a century, the Danish brand has been synonymous with acoustic excellence and avant-garde design. Now, with the Beolab 90, the company has unveiled a speaker that pushes the boundaries of what is possible in home audio. This isn’t just a speaker—it is a revolution in sound, redefining immersion with an intricate blend of technology, craftsmanship, and raw acoustic power.

A Symphony of Innovation

The Beolab 90 isn’t merely an evolution—it is a seismic shift in high-fidelity engineering. Built to celebrate Bang & Olufsen’s 90th anniversary, this masterpiece incorporates an astonishing 18 drivers, each strategically positioned to produce a level of clarity and depth that surpasses anything the brand has created before. Whether placed in a grand lounge or an intimate listening room, the Beolab 90 delivers an unparalleled sonic experience.

What sets this speaker apart is its Active Room Compensation technology, which calibrates sound output based on the acoustics of the space. «We wanted to create a speaker that adapts to its environment, not the other way around,» says Tonny Larsson, Senior Manager of Acoustics at Bang & Olufsen. «The Beolab 90 ensures that every listener, no matter their position, experiences music as the artist intended.»

Precision at Every Angle

A defining feature of the Beolab 90 is its Beam Width Control, a pioneering technology that allows listeners to shape the direction of sound dispersion. Whether you’re alone in a focused listening session or entertaining guests, the speaker can switch between narrow, wide, and omni-directional modes to suit the moment.

This means that whether you are sitting dead centre in front of the speaker or off to the side, the Beolab 90 ensures a perfectly balanced audio experience. «It is about control,» explains Larsson. «You are no longer confined to an optimal listening position—the entire room becomes the sweet spot.»

Power Meets Elegance

Visually, the Beolab 90 is as stunning as it is sonically sophisticated. With its sculptural design, organic curves, and customisable fabric covers, it effortlessly integrates into any high-end interior. Yet, beneath its elegant exterior lies an immense -8,200watt powerhouse, delivering breathtaking clarity, depth, and an intensity that resonates in every note. This duality—blending power with aesthetic refinement—is what makes the Beolab 90 a statement piece as much as an audio device. Bang & Olufsen’s legacy of craftsmanship is evident in every detail, from its hand-finished aluminium structure to its seamless connectivity with modern streaming platforms.

A New Benchmark in Sound

While many high-end audio brands chase precision, few achieve the emotional resonance that the Beolab 90 delivers. It is not simply about hearing music—it is about feeling it, experiencing every nuance as if you were in the recording studio or front row at a live performance. The depth of its soundstage, the responsiveness of its bass, and the crystalline highs redefine what immersive audio truly means.

For those seeking the pinnacle of acoustic excellence, the Beolab 90 is more than just a speaker—it is an investment in sound. A bold expression of what happens when technological brilliance meets artistry, it stands as one of the finest high-fidelity speakers ever created. Bang & Olufsen has always been a brand that refuses to compromise, and with the Beolab 90, it has set an entirely new standard in luxury home audio. This is sound, reimagined.

LOUIS VUITTON HORIZON LIGHT UP SPEAKER: A STATEMENT IN SOUND THAT PURIFY AIR

HOW THE FRENCH MAISON IS ELEVATING PORTABLE AUDIO TO AN ART FORM

“The Louis Vuitton Horizon Light Up Speaker is not just an audio device—it’s an objet d’art.” — François Laffanour, Design Expert

Louis Vuitton’s latest foray into technology is a striking departure from conventional portable speakers. The Horizon Light Up Speaker is more than a sound system; it is an audio sculpture, a collector’s piece that effortlessly bridges the worlds of fashion, technology, and craftsmanship. At a time when high-end brands are increasingly merging luxury with functionality, Louis Vuitton has once again set the standard. With an avant-garde design inspired by its Toupie handbag, the Horizon Light Up Speaker is a statement of status—one that speaks in rich, immersive sound and glows in a synchronised symphony of lights.

A Fusion of Form and Function

At first glance, the Horizon Light Up Speaker does not resemble a traditional audio device. Its unconventional spinning-top silhouette challenges expectations, designed as much for visual impact as for sonic performance. When not in use, it commands attention as a decorative object, a Louis Vuitton creation that subtly hints at its dual functionality. Constructed from polished stainless steel, adorned with a digital monogram-engraved grille, and encased in leather detailing, the speaker exhibits the same level of craftsmanship seen in the maison’s leather goods and trunks. A LED ring pulses in time with the music, illuminating the monogrammed surface with 35 individual light beams, ensuring that the experience is both auditory and visual.

A Sound Experience Like No Other

Aesthetics aside, the Horizon Light Up Speaker is engineered to deliver high-fidelity audio. Unlike many luxury lifestyle speakers that prioritise design over acoustics, Louis Vuitton collaborated with acoustic engineers to develop a -360degree omnidirectional sound system. The result is an evenly distributed, room-filling sound that adjusts dynamically to its positioning—whether placed upright, on its side, or carried on the move.

Equipped with:

-A -3inch woofer for deep bass

-Two -0.75inch tweeters for crisp highs

-A frequency range of 59Hz – 19kHz, ensuring rich, dynamic playback

The speaker is also compatible with Apple AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth 5.1, offering a seamless connection across devices, and includes a USB-C input for wired listening.

Louis Vuitton’s vision extends beyond portability; this is a speaker designed to be part of the home, equally at home on a coffee table in a penthouse suite as it is in a private jet.

The Rise of High-Fashion Tech Objects

The Horizon Light Up Speaker reflects a larger movement in luxury audio, where fashion houses are reinterpreting tech gadgets as objects of personal style. Louis Vuitton’s approach mirrors that of brands such as Bang & Olufsen, known for merging design with audio excellence, and Devialet, where form is as important as function. According to Jean Arnault, Director of Watches & Technology at Louis Vuitton, the maison’s objective was clear: «We wanted to create an object that not only delivers exceptional sound but also lives as a piece of design—something that enhances a space, even when silent.» This philosophy is evident in the Horizon Light Up Speaker’s charging dock, which transforms the device into an art installation, further reinforcing the symbiosis of audio and visual luxury.

A Status Symbol Disguised as a Speaker

Retailing at approximately 3,100$ (AED 11,500), the Horizon Light Up Speaker is positioned as a collector’s item, aimed at those who view sound as an extension of lifestyle. Much like Louis Vuitton’s Horizon Earphones before it, this speaker caters to a clientele that seeks exclusivity beyond conventional tech offerings. With its sculptural form, multi-sensory experience, and uncompromising attention to detail, Louis Vuitton has succeeded in redefining the role of portable speakers. In doing so, the Horizon Light Up Speaker has become more than an audio device—it is an icon of modern luxury.
