Globalinx uses general available survey tools to host the survey, usually Survey Monkey. We can use a different tool if you have a preference
Interactive reporting tool The Globalinx reporting tool is currently standalone, i.e., not web-based). This allows HR Engagement specialists to do full analysis of all results, while maintaining confidentiality.

Link to Leadership You can also see results relating directly to how employees view the level of "Leadership" in the organization. You can use the results of the engagement survey to target specific areas for focus. For example, if the results for "Strategy" are low, then you can run workshops on "Translating Strategy to Action," or improve internal communications to make sure the message about strategy is getting across. Globalinx Consultants can help you to decide priority areas for action planning, plus help you with various training or consulting solutions, if that fits your requirement.
Different Categories? If your company has different categories that you have previously used, the Globalinx survey can be modified to use those categories.
Flexible reporting The interactive reports can help you get quick overviews of areas of interest. Depending on the worksheet, you can sort by Business Group, Department, Question, Age Group, Length of Service, Gender, Manager/Individual Contributor. You can compare results by business group, or by selected departments, or other combinations. And where the built-in reporting does not give you what you need, then Globalinx can analyze the data in any way you want. We can also provide you with the raw data, although this tends to be a very large file!

Getting started The Globalinx Engagement survey is designed to help you manage your project directly, with control over the process, design and outcome.
General flow 1. Decide your engagement philosophy and
select appropriate questions - or use the standard Globalinx model. 2. Consider how you want to analyze the results, e.g., by Region, Business Group, Department, Team, etc. What will be the smallest team size? (we recommend 10 people) 3. Decide which demographics are important, e.g., Manager/IC, Male/Female, Age/ Length of Service, Job type, etc. 4. Conduct Engagement Survey using webbased survey tool 5. Analyze Results - using the Globalinx Engagement reporting tool 6. Publish Results to Organization, with highlights of strengths, issues, etc. 7. Managers & Teams Discuss Results, Create Dept. Level Action Plans 8. HR Consolidate Inputs, Senior Management team selects 3-5 Key Organization-level Actions. 9. Publish the Action Plan 10. Hold Managers Accountable for Implementation 11. Re-measure engagement levels in follow-up surveys
Use your own data Globalinx can build the survey for you, but if you already have data, for example from a Survey site such as Survey Monkey, then we can transfer that data to our reporting tool. You will then be able to do your own analysis quickly and interactively.... no more struggling with drawing charts and compiling tables!

Methodology Our training approach is interactive and participative, ensuring all participants play a full part in the learning process, thereby making the training experience stimulating, enjoyable, and effective. We emphasize building confidence and developing practical business communication skills and techniques. The seminars are taught using a combination of interactive multimedia lectures, case-study workshops and group learning activities, video skits, video recorded role-plays, and instructor and peer review and analysis. Each seminar is structured using a simple, step-by-step approach to help the participants quickly understand and apply new skills.
Materials All seminars are accompanied by workbooks, videos, slides and textbooks written and developed 100% in-house by Globalinx. We adapt the latest, most up-to-date Business Communication and theories to suit our clients’ specific business needs and training objectives. GLOBALINX workbooks are written in both English and Japanese and use graphics, flow charts and diagrams wherever possible to illustrate difficult concepts or procedures.
Video All of our seminars use video recorded role-plays, to allow learners to quickly identify points for improvement and see their progress.
Customized Training Whenever possible, client-specific examples are used as references, role-plays, and case-study material. This serves to reinforce and complement the learning experience, and help the participants to quickly and effectively implement the new skills into their real working environment.
Modular Design Our seminars are modular in design, using a consistent format and layout, which means that they can be combined to create complete, intensive training programs. These programs may be used for various purposes, such as pre-departure, postarrival, or new employee training.
Instructors Instructors are all experienced businesspeople; each with a minimum of 15 years international business experience and at least ten years corporate training experience. This means that you will receive an excellent balance of specialization and business acumen. In addition to our core team of instructors, we also have a strong network of external instructors and consultants, and a collaborative relationship with training organizations worldwide.
Blended Learning To maximize the participants learning and seminar experience, we use a blended learning approach through the use of PC applications, iBooks, prestudy textbooks, interactive e-mail instruction, and online training programs.

Designed for up to 20 participants, the Integrated Leadership seminar is for managers who want to improve their leadership skills.
