Gluten Free Bread Recipe This recipe is simple to make and you will feel it way more delicious than the any other bread.
Ingredients : Honey/Sugar: ¼ cup Gluten Free Flour Blend: 2 ½ cups Salt: 1 tsp Xanthan Gum: 1 tsp Butter: ¼ cup Dry Yeast: 2 ½ cup Warm Milk: 1 cup Eggs: 2 Seeds of your choice: 1 tbsp
Method : Mix milk, sugar and yeast in a bowl and leave it for 10 minutes. In other bowl take flour and salt and mix it with blender. Now add yeast milk mixture and mix well for 40 seconds. Add ghee and eggs in this and blend well for 2-3 minutes. Keep in mind that the dough will always be lumpy. Cover the bowl and leave it for an hour. Now transfer this dough to the bread pan. Cover this for 30 minutes and preheat the oven at 180C to bake the bread for 40 minutes. After the bread it done remove it from oven and allow this to cool down. You can now enjoy this gluten free bread.
