Gluten Free Granola With Chocolate Chunks


Gluten Free Granola With Chocolate Chunks Tastiest Breakfast Granola

10 minutes • Makes 3 servings

Ingredients 3 cups steel cut gluten free oats ½ cup Quinoa ½ cup seeds mix ½ cup dry fruits (almonds) ½ cup walnuts 4 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 tablespoon salt ½ cup chocolate chunks

Mix ½ cup dehydrated fruits

Preparation • Mix everything in a large bowl except chocolate and the berries. • Preheat the oven at 180°C. • Spread the mixture evenly after lining a baking sheet. • Now bake this for 8-10 minutes at 180°C. • Check it again and again so that it does not burn. Sometimes it takes less than 8 minutes.

• Turn of the oven and take out the tray when the color starts changing to brown. • After the mixtures cools down, add some berries and chocolate chunks. • Store this in a jar and enjoy your gluten free granola.

20 minutes • Makes 2 servings

Ingredients 1 cup raw Quinoa 1 cup Amaranth 2 tbsp honey (2 tbsp maple syrup for vegans) 1 tbsp coconut oil. ½ cup coconut flakes ¼ cup almond 2 tbsp melon seeds 2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Extra Additions: Dry Fruits Almond Flakes

Preheat the oven at 180°C. Mix everything together. Spread the mixture evenly on the butter paper and bake it for 15 mins in oven. After about 10 minutes take the tray out and mix the mixture with spoon to bake the other side of mixture too.

• When the muesli mixture turns brown (P.S. not dark brown) take it out immediately. • Allow the mixture to cool down, add some dry fruits and store this in an airtight container.

• Enjoy your muesli with coconut yogurt (for vegans). • Enjoy your muesli with regular yogurt, milk or almond milk (non vegan).

Ingredients 1 cup dates 1 cup almond 2 tbsp coconut oil ½ cup desiccated coconut 1 tbsp vanilla essence ¼ cup chopped pineapple

Tip : Use the sharpest knife to cut the bars and keep the knife in hot water which would help in cutting the vars easily.

For about 10 minutes soak the dates in hot water. Drain the dates properly. And add dates and almond in a blender. Process the almond and dates very fine. Blitz it once after adding desiccated coconut, coconut oil, vanilla to this. Take the mixture out and put the mixture in the dish lined with greaseproof paper. Now put this mixture in the fridge until it settles down. Once it is set remove the bars gently from the dish and cut it into pieces. Store this in an airtight container. Enjoy your vegan pineapple & dates energy bar.
