Gluten Free Chicken Tikka Recipe This recipe can be served to around 23 people at one time. Make sure to marinate it overnight.
Ingredients : Boneless Chicken Cubes : 500 gm Green Yogurt: 1 cup Kashmiri Mirch: 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp Cumin Powder: 1 tsp Pepper Powder: 1 tsp Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp Oil: 1 tbsp Salt
Mix everything well and let that marinate overnight.
Method : Preheat the oven at 180 C and place the chicken pieces on a silver foil for 35 minutes. Brush the chicken pieces with oil or butter by flipping the pieces halfway. Bake them on the lowest shelf for around 40 minutes and for last 5 minutes put them on the topmost shelf. Your chicken tikka is ready and you can serve it with lime.
