Make the 2-3 balls from the dough and then fill in 1 tbsp of stuffing. Afterward, start finishing and make a ball again. Now, begin making the paratha, with the rolling stick gradually. Once you have made the paratha, place it kindly on the pan or tawa. Heat the paratha on stumpy heat. Spin the paratha and affix some ghee on it. Push the paratha with a spatula, and flip it again. Add some more ghee/oil and cook appropriately. Once the paratha turns golden brown, take it out from the tawa and have this with yogurt or green chutney.


Kerala Fish Molly Recipe You can also fry the fish or skip the frying process. Start with marination of the fish pieces with pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt & lemon juice. After that, fry this fish until it turns brown. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add crushed ginger garlic, green chilies, onions, curry leaves and mix everything well. Let the onions cook. No need to brown the onions. After some time, add chopped tomatoes, salt. Then add a teaspoon of turmeric, chili powder and fry properly. Then add in a cup of water and let it come to a boil. Once you see bubbles, add fish pieces and cook for at least ten minutes. Afterward, add coconut milk and cook the dish on low flame for five minutes. You can serve this dish with steamed rice.
