NEW EVIDENCE OF UKRAINIAN CAPTIVES EXECUTIONS IN THE DONBASS. Currently, there are videos, which shows three captive Ukrainian soldiers alive in the Donbass, who later were found in the morgue with bullet wounds in their heads and upper parts of the body. Tortures, abuses and murder of prisoners and wounded soldiers constitute war crimes. Such actions must be immediately, thoroughly and impartially investigated and the perpetrators brought to justice in a fair trial, carried out by the recognized authorities. These charges released after an interview of one of the leaders of the separatists to newspaper Kyiv Post, in which he said that he personally had killed 15 Ukrainian soldiers. This refers to the testimony of a citizen of Russia Arseniy Pavlov, better known by the nickname “Motorola”, who is the leader of an armed group “Battalion Sparta”. www.euroleader.in.ua

THE HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDERS WERE AT THE RECEPTION OF THE DEPUTY OF THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE IN THE DONETSK REGION NEVHAD VITALIY.
The “Slavyansk human rights resource centre”, which works under the project “Promotion of human rights in the eastern Ukraine”, implemented by the NGO “Euroleader” with the support of NED (National Endowment for Democracy) in the face of human rights defenders attended a reception of deputy of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Donetsk region Nevhad Vitaliy on the protection of human rights. During the meeting with Vitaliy Nevhad, they discussed various issues, such as how to deal with the disappearance of people, what to do that it will not happen again, whom to call for help. The following issues were related to statistics and the total number of dead and missing soldiers and civilians in the area of ATO. Militsiya Lt. listened to our problems and requests how to help civilians in search for their missing loved ones and family members of the visitors of our centre. After the meeting the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine promised to give assistance and help for our work in the protection of human rights, and our centre is very grateful to him for this. THE OSCE DECLARED THE HUMANITARIAN CATASTROPHE, WHICH GROWS IN THE SETTLEMENTS OF THE DONBASS. In some towns of the Donbass the humanitarian disaster extremely grows, more than 6,000 people were killed and more than 1 million left the residence. In some places of the eastern Ukraine we have a humanitarian catastrophe, and it is growing. There is a sharp deterioration of the conditions in many institutions, including hospitals, and this affects the situation of children and the elderly people, and people with disabilities. In many villages, especially those located in and near the contact line, such as Spartac, Trohizbenka there is no electricity, running water, lack of vital products and essentials. www.euroleader.in.ua

THE STATE SECURITY SERVICE OF UKRAINE DETAINED 30 SABOTEURS IN ODESSA. Security Service detained in Odessa on Thursday night, April 9, about 30 people suspected of involvement in the terrorist activities. The detention was held under antiterrorism working in Odessa, which is being held from the end of 2014. The special service units of Kyiv also participated in it. They seized large quantities of weapons and explosives from the detainees. They detained 27 persons in Odessa. The group actively led intelligence and recruiting activities, organizing the corridor for weapons and ammunition provision, preparing acts of terrorism and murder of political and public figures. They had the list of the “elimination”, there were 4 people, and among the detainees one “killer” was, who had to eliminate the unwanted. Law enforcement sources specify that the MP, whom the bandits wanted to “eliminate” was the deputy of Chairman of the parliamentary fraction of Petro Poroshenko Bloc “Solidarity” Oleksiy Goncharenko. Besides, there were three others in the elimination list. During the searches they seized information storage with intelligence data from the recruited citizens, including the employees of law enforcement agencies. The purpose of the group was a forceful seizure of power in the region, creating an “odessa people republic”. Also this group planned to separate the south region by the undermining of the bridges in Zatoka and Mayaky. Obviously, in this case the Odessa region would become another area of the armed confrontation with disastrous consequences for the economy and people of the region. In addition, they seized from the bandits the grenades and schemes of the infrastructure facilities in the region, including ports. Two detainees suspected in the preparing of the assassination of MP. Also some neutralized Cossacks and Afghanistan veterans took part in the war in the eastern Ukraine. www.euroleader.in.ua

IN OCCUPIED KRASNODON IN SCHOOLS THE CHILDREN FAINT FROM HUNGER. In occupied Krasnodon of the Luhansk region there is the most difficult humanitarian situation. There is a problem with food and medicines. Children are fed in schools and kindergartens, their mothers eat once every two days. Humanitarian aid and so-called humanitarian convoys do not reach the city. The humanitarian aid does not reach them, but through Krasnodon the Russian equipment always moves. There are no humanitarian convoys, to take the humanitarian aid mothers go somewhere in Luhansk. There is little humanitarian aid, there are big problems with medicines. There is the same situation in other occupied territories of the Luhansk region. There are areas, where there is no humanitarian aid at all. In many cities, where they do not have humanitarian aid, they somehow organized meals for children at school. This is once a day for children. And at the first lesson kids tend to fall into a hungry swoon. In the occupied by the “LPR” city Molodogvardiysk of the Krasnodon district of the Luhansk region shops do not work, but across the border the Russian troops are entering, not hiding.
THE NUMBER OF THE UKRAINIAN SOLDIERS, WHO ARE MISSING IN THE ZONE OF THE ANTITERRORIST OPERATION (ATO), IS MORE THAN 300 PEOPLE. They are all soldiers, more than 300 people. There are no exact figures. They are missing, no prisoners, because prisoners are not considered missing. It is known, that the bandits, not controlled by the terrorists of “DPR” and “LPR” in the Donbass, transfer the prisoners, including to the Caucasus. There are other players that keep people as exchange fund, it is called “Zoo.” It involves both the Cossacks and Chechens, and uncontrollable elements and criminals. It is not known how many of our people were sold into slavery to the Caucasus. But we can talk about a hundred people, who are now in the Caucasus. They are considered missing. At the same time, according to the data of the State Security Service of Ukraine in early April about 2.5 thousand Ukrainian military men were released from the captivity. www.euroleader.in.ua

THE “DEFECTORS” FROM THE “DONETSK PEOPLE REPUBLIC” TOLD THAT MANY FIGHTERS ARE READY TO LAY DOWN THEIR WEAPONS. The fugitives from the “DPR” told about this. In the illegal paramilitary formations there are many people, who would lay down their weapons and go to the territory, controlled by Ukraine and they are looking for a way to do it, two fighters told this from so-called “Luhansk People Republic”, who had fled from their leaders and sought protection at Ukrainian law enforcement agencies. These “defectors” went to Ukrainian military men at the checkpoint near the city Zolote of the Luhansk region. Both fugitives, like many other separatists of the so-called “Army of the South East” have the criminal past. 26-year-old resident of Bryanka twice served his sentence for theft. 40-year-old from Sverdlovsk spent 11 years in prison because of murder. The eldest of the terrorists admitted that he had been specially trained by the Russian instructors in Yeisk (Russian Federation). Personnel officers of the Russian Army taught how to deal with the complex military equipment. For 10 days he received his degree of operator-commander of anti-missile system “Strela-10M”. Russia supplies the terrorists with these air complexes. He also told about the beating and humiliation by the leaders of the illegal paramilitary formations. As punishment for any offense “drunken soldiers and commanders” beat him half a day, then half of a day they kept him in an iron cage.
