Feigin also said that if the judiciary authorities of Russia do not change the place of jurisdiction from Donetsk of the Rostov region to another place or do not take Nadiya Savchenko in a jail closer to the court, it can be described as an attempt of the maximum isolation of Savchenko and complications of protection work. On 25th of July Ombudsman of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova announced that Nadiya Savchenko was taken to the investigation isolator №3 in Novocherkassk of the Rostov region.

EUROLEADER 2014 PRO-RUSSIAN SEPARATISTS USE THE MINORS AS A “HUMAN SHIELD”.
The US State Department published a report on human trafficking in the world. The US State Department on Monday, July 27, published the traditional annual report on human trafficking in the world. Ukraine, like in 2014 and 2013, is the country of the second category, the activities of which must be monitored. The report describes Ukraine as a country of origin, transit and destination country for men, women and children who are subjected to forced labour and sexual exploitation. Ukrainians become the victims of the trafficking not only in Ukraine but also in Russia, Poland and other European countries, Turkey, the United States, Central Asia and the Middle East. According to the State Department, because of the Russian aggression more than 1.3 million people of eastern Ukraine were displaced. It is noted that these people are especially vulnerable to exploitation. Women and girls in the conflict zone are abducted to eventually force them to work or to provide sexual services. The report says that the Russian separatist forces use minors as soldiers, informants or a human shield. The government is not in a full compliance with the minimum standards to combat human trafficking but makes significant efforts to do this.

The fire was conducted at villages Metalist, Vesela Gora, Schastya. OSCE mission was suggested by the militants to hide in bunkers indoors, where explosions could be heard but not seen. Democratically elected leaders of the Crimean Tatar people, including members of the Mejlis Ilmi Umerov, Nariman Celal, Zaire Smedlyayev and others are considered to be locked in the ghetto. They made it clear to them that to leave the Crimea it will not be possible, and summoned for questioning. It is connected with the World Congress of Crimean Tatars, which because of the inability to be held in the Crimea will be held in August 1-2 in Ankara. Thus, it was a clear signal: Russia will not intend to treat gut the Crimean Tatar people in the future, and the situation for the Crimean Tatars will deteriorate. Only atmosphere of total fear, only repressions, only threats, harassment and humiliation. Russia is already a fully fascist state, without any doubts and with all necessary attributes, one of which is the presence of rogue nation. The Crimean Tatars have understood it from their own experience.
IN DONETSK RUSSIANS TOOK PHOTOS OF THE SEVERED HEAD IN THE RIVER. 18+ In Donetsk a pregnant Russian woman from the Moscow region found a severed head in the river Kalmius. She signed in social network as Holubohlazka Sashulka, she photographed a part of the body in the river near the shore and posted photos on his page in the social network on 9th of June. On one of the photos we can see how she turns the severed head with a stick to photograph a face of the deceased person. Besides, the same day in the social networks the same Russian women placed her photos, standing in the river, and also photos of her husband. On the girl page it was stated that she was from the Russian city Zhukovo, year of birth is 1996. Together with her husband she is in the Vostok battalion. On her husband body we can see the prison tattoos. On other photos we can see how the Russian woman with her husband fire from the machine guns and throw grenades, and also marry in the church. The girl photos were open in the public before 11th of June. Then she made them closed. Human rights defenders Andrey Drevytskiy and Andrey Kiselev in the frames of the human rights investigation sent an inquiry to the law enforcement bodies of the Russian federation on the status of these people on the territory of Ukraine in Donetsk and whether they are soldiers of the Russian federation.

In Stanytsya Luhanska, which continuously is under the terrorists of “LPR� fire, there are fewer the surviving buildings. These photos were made after the shellings on 27th of July. Women were on their knees and cried only one thing not to shoot! The eyes of these women do not even cry for no tears, they only quietly begging for help. The mistress of one of the destroyed houses, 75-year-old woman in the evening as usual went to sleep in the basement on the opposite side of the street, in the morning she returned to the destroyed house. According to the woman words, she was building his house about 10 years, recently she made repairs, and this morning she became homeless.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE SHELLING OF AVDIYIVKA COKE PLANT. Shelling of Avdiyivka coke plant was conducted with 122-mm caliber guns. The consequences of this night attack are serious , a twenty minute shelling of the plant brought severe destructions because of the usage of caliber 122. There were smaller calibres, but the most serious destructions from the weapons banned by the Minsk agreements.

EUROLEADER 2014 ZAKHARCHENKO AT RISK OF HUNGER PUSHES STATE EMPLOYEES IN HIS ORGANIZATION.
July 21 heads of budgetary institutions, located in the territory controlled, by the occupation administration of the organization “Donetsk People Republic” received orders under threat of deprivation of salaries to oblige all its employees to join the so-called “public movement “Donetsk Republic”. According to the instructions of the leader of the organization “DPR” Olexander Zakharchenko only the members of the “public movement” will receive salaries. Now state employees fill in the applications to join the “movement”. By October 2015 their numbers should reach 50 thousand people. Now they managed to force only 25 thousand state employees to join the “public movement”. Recruitment process for this movement is guarded by the so-called “vice-speaker” of People Council of the organization “DPR” Denis Pushylin, who also holds the position of “Secretary of the Executive Committee” of this “public movement”.
