Hermon Park Fitness Center has a variety of fitness equipment available to give you a great workout! If you’re looking for a good workout at a low price, the Fitness Center at Hermon Park is the place to be! Mon-Fri 8:00 am-9:00 pm Saturday 12:00 pm-6:00 pm Sunday Closed Fees: $2 daily $35 monthly 55 & Over: Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 12:00 pm 55 & Over Member: Free, 55 & Over Non-Member: $2

SENIOR FIT
An aerobics class designed to help seniors and older adults maintain their cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. Whether you’re a veteran or a newcomer, we welcome you to come enjoy the benefits of working out in a group with plenty of friendly fun. Classes will be led by various video media sources.

SPADES, BID WIZ, DOMINOES, GIN AND CHECKERS
Are you sitting at home bored with nothing to do? Well, come out to Hermon Park adults only game night. Join us and play some bid wiz, spades, dominoes, gin or even checkers. We have the midweek relief you have been looking for. Bring your favorite card partner with you and we will see who is the better player. Refreshments are included.
