Whether they work in an office, in production, for a service company or any other commercial enterprise, the staff need to have somewhere to park their cars to keep them mobile. Ideally, the parking area will be nearby, covered and secure.

But space is often rare and expensive. In such cases, GOBACAR® with its “stack system” is the perfect solution.

■ Functionality The practicability of low-cost car parking facilities is important for the commercial sector. Moreover an open, light façade construction offers individual possibilities for image and corporate design. The rapid changes in the health care system will make the parking problems even worse than they are now. GOBACAR® car parks are the solution. They can be integrated into the existing development with an attractive architectural design.

GOBACAR® multi-storey car parks are built as turnkey

projects with all the necessary technology for such buildings. By cooperating with the most capable partners for the integrated components, GOBACAR® can be sure of always having state-of-the-art technology all round.

Part of the turnkey construction is the customised integration of traffic lights, gates, sign posting, vending machines and monitoring systems.

Drainage:

The accumulating water is drained independently from each parking level.

The top level can be open or can be equipped with a protective roof.

Ventilation: Lighting:

GOBACAR® multi-storey car parks are
