Blackberry Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 cup blackberries 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all your ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Put mixture through a fine mesh strainer to make sure no blackberry seeds are in the dressing. Add more olive oil if you would like the dressing to be thinner. Taste and adjust to your liking. Perfect for a summer salad with grilled chicken! Enjoy!
