The Welsh Federation of Sea Anglers and Conwy County Borough Council welcome the world’s top shore anglers to Conwy County for the 35th World Championship for Men and the 26th World Championship for Ladies. Predominantly, teams of seven, made up of five Anglers, one Reserve Angler, and one Team Captain are selected by their host nation to represent that country and compete as part of the World Championships. They fish from the shoreline, over five competition days, on a catch and release basis.

If you’re needing bait, tackle, rods, reels, weatherproof clothing or anything sea fishing, come visit our store in Rhuddlan. We are based on the HTM Business Park in Rhuddlan. If you’re not from the area, Rhuddlan is a great location in the middle of the North Wales Coast and only a few minutes from the A55, so we are close to pretty much anywhere. It’s easy to park and we also have a great early opening Cafe on the business park so it’s a great place for a pit stop on the way to a day out fishing.
