Conwy Valley forms a border between the North East and the North West of Wales. It lies sandwiched between rocky Snowdonia and the open moors of Mynydd Hiraethog.

Bodnant Garden, one of the UK’s finest garden, spread over 80 acres and famous for its Rhododendrons, Camellias, Magnolias and Laburnum Arch. An open area of parkland featuring meandering grassy paths and 20 species of old grasses have now opened and with the garden now open during the winter months there has never been a better time to visit.

Bodnant Food Centre, the place to go for shopping and eating combo in the Conwy Valley. Bodnant showcases the very best Welsh artisan produce, from organic veg to cheeses, mountain lamb to tasty treats. The beautifully converted 18th-century Furnace Farm houses, an award-winning farm shop, tea-room, restaurant, bakery, dairy, butchery, cookery school and beekeeping centre.

At the heart of the majestic Conwy Valley you will find Adventure Parc Snowdonia, home to the magnificent world-first inland surf lagoon plus the adrenaline indoors, climbing wall, zip line, pump track, soft play zone and cafe, a fully licensed restaurant & bar, and a 106-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn and Spa with fitness centre.

Visit Trefriw Woollen Mill where they sell traditional Welsh bedspreads, travelling rugs and tweeds which are manufactured on site using machinery which is over fifty years old. The water powered turbine which generates electricity for the mill and the looms can be viewed through windows during shop hours. Outside, the Weaver’s Garden contains plants which supply natural dyes, soap substitutes and moth repellents.
