Dear Zito, It was great getting to spend one last year in school with you, especially at Gonzaga. It’s surreal to think that your journey here is just beginning as mine comes to a close. My years at this school have been the best of my life, and I hope Gonzaga's sense of honor, brotherhood and legacy is something you embrace as I have. Matt, I've always known you look up to me but I want you to know that I'm so proud to have you as a brother. I know you will grow into the man for others I see in you. Love you Matt, Your Brother

PRODUCTION STAFF Mr kle Mr.. Paul Buc Buckle kleyy ‘86 (Co-Producer/Co-Technical Director) is really behind the scenes this time putting his construction skills to work on this his 25th official GDA production. This will come in useful as he tries to do repairs around his new home. As always he thanks the adults for their hard work, most especially Mr L'Etoile for challenging him with this set and for working with him through all of the ups and downs. A special shout out to Brian Hanlon and Dwight Gaskill for their expertise. And a special welcome to the family to Miranda, Todd and Cara. He also wants to thank the seniors, especially Jeff, Andrew, Paolo and Andres, and Gilly, Espo, KC, JC and Katie M for their leadership. He especially thanks his wife Monica and son Anthony for reminding him to play, play, play. Mr Mr.. Allan L'Etoile '73 (Director) appeared as a student in Gonzaga's production of The Unsinkable Molly Brown and was Harry the Horse in the '73 version of Guys and Dolls. He thinks the cast of Annie is da bomb. He thanks his wife, Marie. Mr Mrss. Miranda Lodato (Assistant Director)is a teacher in the social studies department here at Gonzaga. This is her first year both with Gonzaga and the GDA but certainly not her first experience with high school theatre. In the distant past when Mrs. Lodato was herself a high-schooler she took the stage in Grease, Lil’ Abner, The Sound of Music and Carousel. She is very excited to have an opportunity to help the students in the GDA enjoy this experience as much as she did. She wishes to thank everyone (especially Allan and Paul) for allowing her to be a part of Annie. Ale x Scott '06 (Lighting Consultant) returns to his 9th production, his first Alex as a graduate. He congratulates the stage crew on another fine job. Thanks to Mr. B for the chance to play with the new lighting board! Mr obel (Co-Technical Director) is a first year Math teacher at Mr.. Todd Str Strobel Gonzaga. He is a recent graduate from The University of Notre Dame, where he studied Physics. With a background in how things work, he was eager to build some stuff, and found a home in the Stage Crew. This is his first involvement in a Gonzaga production and could not happier to be involved. Mr. Strobel is fueled on a daily basis by the hard work and dedication of the crew guys and gals. He wishes to thank them for brilliance in their steel-cutting and drilling, as well as Paul "Calculators are for Wimps" Buckley for his Jim Carey-esque humor and Albert Einsteinesque intelligence. And finally, he wishes to thank Miss Jennifer Delaney for her patience, support and wonderful personality.

She would like to thank her friends and family for continuing to keep guard over her sanity during productions, Dan for loving her and taking care of her beloved Visitation theatre, Paul for trusting her, Allan for reminding her to have fun, and the cast and crew for making it all worth while. ar man ’57 (Musical Director) is back for his sixty-sixth Dr Dr.. BIOS Jarrett Adams (Sound Effects Man), Red Bull connoisseur and dashing bachelor, is a senior ecstatic to be in his fifth (DY, YCTIWY, GD, FP) and final Gonzaga show. He’d like to thank LDBM for teaching him in their eccentric, cultivating “classroom,” his family for supporting him, Deeeliah for Boston ’06, Pat for the summer & beyond, Katie for “fabulous,” Nick for Camp Maria, Britt for being Britt, Danny for biffle time, and the rest of the cast and crew for their love, hilarity, and awesomeness! Lari Bittman (Stage Crew) attends Duke Ellington School of the Arts. She is a 2nd year sophomore in the Visual arts department (that’s her major). She helped stage crew with the painting...(a lot of painting) This is her first Gonzaga production. She hopes to enjoy more Gonzaga productions. :) Dan Brown (Stage Crew) is a freshman at Gonzaga. This is his first show being stage crew in the GDA, but he has been involved in previous plays. Yolanda Carney (Ronnie Boylan) is a current junior at Woodrow Wilson Sr. High School in Washington, DC. Yolanda is a newcomer to the GDA but no stranger to theater. She would like to thank her parents for their support throughout the production process. Kevin Collins (Roosevelt) is in his 7th and sadly last production here at Gonzaga after starting out as an usher his freshman year. He would like to thank L/L/B/T/Doc and M; his family for their continued support; and the cast and crew for being totally amazing. Lastly, Kevin would also like to thank you, the audience. I mean, seriously, you guys rock. Good job, audience. (SOOT, DY, YCTIWY, G&D, and TFP) Elisabeth Connell (Molly), better known as Liz, is thrilled that she ventured over from AHC to be in her first show at Gonzaga!!! Liz’s favorite activities include theater, cuddling, eating, being Jack Bauer’s #1 Fan, and tickle wars. She would tell you more about herself, but she needs the rest of her allotted words to say “ LOVE YOU <3” to her family, AHC girls, and new GDA loves!!

29

John Connolly (Ickes) is euphoric/despondent to be appearing in his 7th and final production. He wants to thank his friends and family for the love and support and everybody who helped out with the production including: Mr. L/B/S/T, Ms. L/T, and of course M/ Doc. ”All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players; they have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts”—William Shakespeare

Peter, We don’t need anything but YOU!

This is Meaghan Corzine’s (Abagail) first year in GDA and she is absolutely loving it (besides the separation rules). She’d like to thank her friends and family, and a huge thanks to her hubby for making her audition. “I love you—all of you! :)”

Congratulations on a great show.

Peter Curtin (Kevin) is a junior at Gonzaga, and thrilled to be in his fifth GDA production (SOOT, YCTIWY, G&D, TFP). He would like to thank the Production Staff, his family, the cast, and the crew for all of their work. On a sadder note, Annie will be Peter’s last opportunity to perform alongside the Class of 2007. He would like to thank all the seniors for three amazing years in the GDA.

Love, Dad, Mom, Andrew and Mike

Corey Davis (Stage Crew) has been in the crew for about a year now. This is his second play and he has made a lot of friends. The crew just can’t seem to get enough of his Corey-ness and the superb energy he brings to the stage. In conclusion Corey is still petitioning for a salary for his baked goods and thanks all his friends and family. Abbey Doherty (Sophie) is a freshman at Visitation and very excited to be in her first play at Gonzaga. She is an Irish dancer for the Maple School of Irish Dance and swimmer in the summer. She played Feste the fool in her eighth grade’s rendition of Twelfth Night. Deliah Doolan (Miss Hannigan) plays the part of a cruel drunken hag with horrific parenting skills. Hopefully this is not foreshadowing for her life after thirty-five. She would like to thank Jarrett for making long rehearsals fun, Britt and Nora for so patiently putting up with her lack of rhythm, and her family for tolerating her crankiness. This is Deliah’s second GDA musical. Michael Douglas is a freshman at Gonzaga. This is his second production with the stage crew.

To Espo:

Clare Duncan (Bonnie Boylan) is thrilled to be working with the GDA again after The Front Page. She is however very disappointed that she has not been given the opportunity to hit anyone with a purse. Clare would like to thank the stage crew for all their amazing work. Particularly the lighting manager. Dennico “Nico” Dykes (Nelson/Assistant Dog Catcher) is a senior at Gonzaga. This isn’t his first play, his first play was TFP and he did have a bio but it wasn’t really his because he had forgot to do his but now he’s here. The play is an exciting thing for him. In his previous years he has been in plays but nothing associated with Gonzaga. He loves everything about the play: the people, the scenery, and the experience. He will truly miss Gonzaga. Payne Edington (Usher) is happy to be in his first show as an actor. He would like to thank Mom, Dad, and Mr. Peel for convincing him to try out. Also IT IS NOT HIS FAULT. This is Peter Enzinna’s (Charlie) first GDA production. It comes to you in stunning color and stereo sound thanks to York patties, books, and Radiohead’s music. He thanks his family and friends. GET A MAC!

Congratulations on a great GDA career & best wishes for a wonderful “tomorrow...” We’re soooooo proud!! Love, Mom, Dad, Ally, Matt (“little Espo”) & Grammy 32

Mark “Espo” Esposito (Voice of Kaltenborn/Radio Announcer): “People ask me how it is that I could go to an all-boys Catholic school that requires an hour commute and love it as much as I do. I never no what to say because I’ve concluded you can’t explain what Gonzaga gives, you can only live it. Gonzaga has taught me the meaning of words like honor, justice and brotherhood. Being part of this legacy has been the greatest privilege of my life. Thank you Gonzaga for showing me how to grow from a boy to a man for others.” Espo will attend Tufts next fall. Matt Esposito (Stage Crew) is a freshman. He would like to thank Hazmat for helping him on 97.1 and Andrew for giving him all his work so Matt will not become bored. Warman for being the all around fantastic man that he is and for always giving Pat a class to look forward to. While Paul Fleury (Morganthau), class of ‘007, is rather saddened to be finishing up his final show with the GDA, he is absolutely overjoyed to see you in the audience. He thanks all his family and friends and everyone for coming to see the show. Paul would also like to thank the Hoffs for jumpstarting his career as a celebrity, and for making him a star. Timmy Flynn (Petey) has been in three Gonzaga shows during his two years at Gonzaga. He would not have been able to make it out of G&D or TFP without the aid and acceptance of the other drama club members and faculty. He sincerely hopes that his performance in Annie does not go unnoticed, and that everything in this bio is spelled correctly. Paul Fontelo (Tommie), a sophomore, enjoys film, music, specifically trumpet. Paul is in his first Gonzaga production. Previous experience—Mercy plays, experience with a professional company—the Kennedy Center, the Hippodrome, Warner, and George Mason Theaters.
