Ingredients:

3 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water 3 tbsp. butter, melted 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened 1 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. lemon zest 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup heavy cream, whipped 4 cups sliced strawberries

Directions:

1. Place the eggs, milk, water, melted butter, flour, and salt in the pitcher of a blender; blend until smooth. 2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 2 tablespoons for each crepe. Tip and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible. Flip over when the batter is set and the edges are beginning to brown. Cook until the other side begins to brown. Stack finished crepes on a plate, cover with a damp towel and set aside. 3. Blend the cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream. 4. To serve, fill each crepe with 1/4 cup sliced strawberries and 1/3 cup of the cream cheese filling, roll up and top with a small dollop of the cream cheese filling and more sliced strawberries.

The Salvation Army is celebrating 127 years of service in Clinton County during National Salvation Army Week, May 12-19th. Our programs have changed to meet the growing and changing needs of our community over the years, but our mission has not. We still meet human needs without discrimination! We are able to meet these needs because of the support of our community. Our volunteers serve countless hours giving of their time and talents, feeding the hungry, helping those who have been hit by disaster and crisis, supporting our firefighters and first responders, lifting up the downtrodden and lonely, and working with our youth to build character and self-esteem. We prepare them for a successful future through our After-School Center and Club Groups, which provide tutoring, recreation, and fellowship. There are many ways to help The Salvation Army and give back to your community. Our Thrift Store can use your donations of clothing, including things that are ready for the rag bin. When you donate your used clothing, furniture, and household items to The Salvation Army Thrift Store, you are helping those in need in Clinton County. All proceeds from the Lock Haven Salvation Army stays within our community. Please remember us when you clean out your closets, have a yard sale, or want to get rid of things that you aren’t using. Battle of The Sexes Dear Battle of the Sexes: My boyfriend thinks it is perfectly okay to ogle and make comments about other women, how they look, and what they wear. I don't think I am an insecure woman, but sometimes it really bothers me. He says he's not doing anything wrong, but I don't know why he has to share all his thoughts and feelings with me. I really would rather he keep it to himself! If I made any remarks about attractive men, he would have a fit. - Kathy, Lamar Dear Battle of the Sexes: How come before we were married, my wife purred...now she bellows! She used to be very sweet and charming and always spoke to me with love and respect. Now, I feel as though she thinks I am a complete idiot. She speaks to me in a disapproving tone of voice, and even rolls her eyes, and puts her hands on her hips as if she is speaking to a naughty four year old. I don't drink, smoke, or run around, but she doesn't appreciate that. She just constantly points out things that I don't do well enough in her opinion. Then I hear all these women complain that there are no good men out there. Maybe women are just a little too picky! For example, cook a meal for someone or mow their lawn, without them knowing who did it. • Camp out in your back yard. • Let the kids help you paint their room. Let them pick out the paint color. (It might get them to actually clean it first!) • Bake cookies, bread, or a cake — from scratch. • Go ice skating (indoors now) or roller skating. • Play Board Game Dash! If you leave them connected at the stem, they ripen faster. • Store open chunks of cheese in aluminum foil. It will stay fresh longer and not mold! • Add garlic immediately to a recipe if you want a light taste of garlic, and at the end of the recipe if you want a stronger taste of garlic. • Reheat leftover pizza in a non-stick skillet on top of the stove, set heat to medium-low, and heat until warm. This keeps the crust crispy. No more soggy micro pizza! • Keep mosquitoes away from you by placing a dryer sheet in your pocket. • To get something out of a heat register or from under the fridge, add an empty paper towel roll or empty gift wrap roll to your vacuum. It can be bent or flattened to get in narrow openings. • Prevent static cling by placing a small safety pin to the seam of your slip and you will not have a clingy skirt or dress. Same thing works with slacks that cling when wearing panty hose. Place pin in seam of slacks and static is gone!

Allan, 10, is passionate about aircraft, so it is no surprise that his dream is to be a pilot and travel around the world when he grows up. One of his favorite pastimes is making airplanes out of paper or almost any other material. When he talks about planes, his face lights up with a beautiful smile. He also enjoys playing video games and engaging in a variety of arts and crafts. Enrolled in the fourth grade, Allan works hard in his special education classroom. His teachers say he is making steady and significant progress in these areas. Allan has many friends in school and in his neighborhood. Along with his career goal, Allan has another dream—to have a permanent home, a place where he would be cared for and loved.

Nasmeir, 14, spends many happy hours watching buses pass by his foster home and dreams of driving one of them some day, so he was thrilled to visit the SEPTA exhibit at the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia. He pretended to be a bus driver, talking to passengers to be sure they understand the rules for riders. Other favorite activities include riding his bike and scooter and playing basketball and soccer. Nasmeir has a brilliant smile and loves to joke around with people. He is happy to talk to anyone about anything. Nasmeir is very polite, especially when he is with younger children. Well-mannered, he enjoys sharing his possessions with friends, and is a class leader. Nasmeir looks forward to the day when he can move into a permanent home and share his life with a mom and a dad.

P.E.A.K. stands for Positive attitude, Encouraging others, Academics, and Kindness. Every other week, 10 teachers are randomly selected to nominate one student who exemplifies these qualities. Nominated students receive rewards for a week long period that includes: a free pass to all CMHS athletic events, a pass to get to the front of the lunch line, the ability to come to school at 9am on an extended homeroom day, and a preferred parking spot. The purpose of P.E.A.K. is to recognize and reward students making a positive contribution to Central Mountain High School.

April P.E.A.K. Students:

Charly Bloom - Junior Charly was nominated to be a P.E.A.K. student by secretary Shelly Ott. According to Ott, “Charly is one of the kindest, most courteous students here at CMHS. Every time Charly comes to my office, she waits patiently and is always polite, and she always has a smile on her face. Charly is a great example of a P.E.A.K. student.” Some of Charly’s hobbies includes drawing, track, lifting weights, and reading. She always enjoys a good novel. Katelyn Wolf - Katelyn was nominated by her Biology teacher, Mr. Eisworth, who explains, “She has been a model student due to her energy, hard work, and commitment to helping fellow students. Katelynn often stays after class to ask questions because she is interested in learning above and beyond what is required of the class. She is always on task and completes her work in a timely manner.” Kiendra Englert - Freshman Kiendra was nominated for P.E.A.K. by her science teacher, Mrs. Lacko. Kiendra, “recently reported something to me that she had noticed in the hallway. She is doing her part to help keep this school a safe, positive environment. On top of that, she participates and does very well in science class.” Outside of school, Kiendra loves the outdoors. Summer is her favorite season because swimming is her favorite thing to do. She loves doing anything outdoors, including tumbling and practicing cheers for fun. Michael McCloskey - Senior Mike was nominated by Mr. Ken Kryder, teacher and adviser of the High Tech club. Kryder nominated Michael because, “In my opinion, Mike is the type of student that the P.E.A.K. program was designed for, he is kind of like the mild-mannered janitor, meaning he’s always in the background, never center stage. Mike has always displayed kindness and concern for his fellow class-mates, he is a role model in class, and always gives 100%. When it comes to the High Tech club and the responsibilities of the sound room, Mike always displays professionalism and sets the examples for the underclassman to learn. CMHS is a better place because of students like Mike. Outside of school, Mike likes to spend his time with friends hanging out and enjoying the little stuff life has to offer. He also enjoys spending time down at the Magic shop downtown. Russell Brungard - Russell is in 11th grade. He was nominated by his math teacher, Mr. Ruggiers. His hobbies are truck pulls, working on engines, fishing, and hunting. Russell works at the Chatham Run Feed Mill. Russell was surprised that he got nominated, but is excited that he did. Jesse Lucas - Junior Jesse was nominated by Mrs. C. Miller. He was surprised that she nominated him, although he’s proud of himself and sees that his hard work can pay off. His favorite subject in school is auto technology. Outside of school, he spends time volunteering at fire companies. After he graduates, he plans on going to college and studying sports medicine. Aaron Harbaugh - Aaron was nominated by Mr. Condo, who explained, “Aaron is an excellent student and works very hard in class. He also has a strong work ethic and is nice to others. Finally, he is very polite and respectful towards both staff and peers.” His family owns a huge farm in Loganton and he enjoys showing goats, pigs, and steer. 34

Alexis Kitchen - 9th grader, Alexis feels honored to be nominated for this award. She enjoys playing with her dog after school. Her favorite school subject is English and math. Alexis likes to read and run on her free time. Alexis is on the track team. She was nominated by her math teacher, Mrs. Killinger. Eli Bechdel - Sophomore Eli was nominated by her Spanish teacher, Jamie Bressler. She nominated him because, “He is always so cheerful and kind to everyone. He participates in class and makes me smile. He’s just an all around good kid.” He enjoys playing sports, such as football. Eli said that his favorite subject in school is a tie between math and science. Ben Pavalko - Mr. Pavalko was nominated by his colleague Sarah Campbell. She nominated Pavalko because, “I have the opportunity to work with Ben on a daily basis. He is a dynamic teacher, who has a way of “reaching” the students. He has a great rapport with his students, and they are very receptive to his teaching techniques. Ben continually comes up with new activities for the students, and he utilizes technology when he can.” Outside of school, Mr. Pavalko enjoys coaching football and spending time with his family.

FCA Pushes for the Title of a Club By Nolan Dale There is a new group surfacing at Central Mountain: the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. This group has been around for almost three years, but has just recently applied for club status. The FCA is organized by Scott Baker, with the help of students, and has met outside of school since they began. “The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is open to anyone who the athletes influence, which includes other students, parents, band members, cheerleaders, etc,” said Baker. The process to make FCA a club has been a long and drawn out one, and must be brought up by the students who desire for it to become a club. “The students who are interested in leading and starting FCA as a club have approached administration members about becoming a club, and from there it will go to the school board to get approved, just like any other club,” said Baker. There are many students who attend the FCA meetings outside of school, and all have a common love for sports. “I attend FCA because I have a relationship with everyone who attends, not only do we have a love for sports, but we all share a common passion for God,” said freshman Brody Baker. “I lead a prayer group at the meetings,” said sophomore Nick Fedele. “I lead a group during our meetings and I desire to spread the Word of the Lord throughout Central Mountain and show everyone of His love for us,” said junior leader Krista Heckman. All three of these students lead at the FCA meetings, which are held on Saturday nights at Mat-Town. A typical FCA meeting runs from an hour to two hours, and has a variety of different activities, all of which are related to athletics and the study of the Bible. “Our meetings are called huddles, and during a normal huddle, which is led by the students, we have a time of prayer followed by a scripture reading and then a break for snacks. Following our break, we have a planned activity, usually dodge ball or another game,” said Brody Baker. The club attendance has varied in the past three years, some events being largely popular, while others have not. The group is trying to form a club roster, but there will be no set roster. Anyone can join at any time. All of the FCA leaders and members encourage anyone who wants to learn more about the organization to come out to an event or talk to anyone who is in the club for further details.

Wildcat of the Month:

May’s Wildcat of the Month is Storm Slaterbeck. Storm is a current sophomore and has gone above and beyond, both in the classroom and in the weight room. Storm maintains a 90% class average during the school day and works extremely hard in the weight room to better himself. Storm has already successfully begun the transition to two new positions as Tight End and Linebacker. Storm is a tremendous leader, always elevating the players around him to rise to their very best. We are very pleased to have Storm as the Wildcat of the Month for May. We expect big things from him on the varsity field next season and know he will exceed all of those expectations.

SPRING READING COMPETITION 2014 It’s fun, exciting, nerveracking, and educational, all at the same time! The 2014 Spring Reading Competition was held at Forest Hills Middle School on April 15th. “We had 3 teams, and a total of 37 kids,” said Julie Proctor, an enrichment teacher at Central Mountain Middle School. Each team consists of no more than 15 contestants, and 12 compete at a time. Preparation for the Spring Reading Competition began right after the Fall Competition in November. Each student must choose at least eight out of the required 42 books in order to qualify for the event. Said Mrs. Proctor, “We worked really hard and made sure we established deadlines for reading the books. We quizzed during team meetings for the competition.” Each team has a captain or a team mate that gives the answers to a moderator, and the moderator’s decision is final. The competition consists of three rounds for each team, and a total of 40 questions are asked in each round, 20 per team. You are given 20 seconds to come up with a correct answer. The answers are often extremely challenging, and require a very good memory. If one team answers incorrectly, the other team can “steal” a point. If both teams anwer incorrectly, the point is lost. After each round, the team’s points are added up, and the team with the most points after all three rounds wins. “We brought home two third places, and a second place ribbon,” said Mrs. Proctor. The Reading Competition introduces books to kids they probably never would have read had they not partipated in the event. The book genres vary from mysteries and science fiction to non-fiction and realistic fiction. This year was the first time CMMS put together a team of all eighth graders. Julie Proctor said it was a speculative move, but it worked out really well. “I was very pleased with how well all our kids did. We read over 360 books. That’s amazing!”

A newly renovated band room at Central Mountain Middle School was finished just in time for the Annual Band Fest the school hosted in April. A fresh coat of paint, newly stained paneling, and new carpet are among the changes the band room just underwent since the school, then known as Bald Eagle Nittany High, was built in 1955. The renovations were long overdue. “The ceiling tiles alone took about ten gallons of paint,” said Band Director and Instructor Paul Nelson. On Friday, April 25th, the CMMS Auditorium was packed with 160 students from 21 districts all over Eastern PA to take part in the Annual Sixth Grade Band Fest. “That was a challenge!” Mr. Nelson commented, about fitting all the students on stage. Students traveled from areas like Bald Eagle, Bellefonte, Mifflintown, Huntingdon, East Juniata, and as far away as Southern Fulton, about five miles from the Maryland border. After every school arrived, the students began their day by tuning their instruments and practicing their songs. They enjoyed lunch on the school’s front lawn, then returned to practicing with the Band Conductor, Paul Kellerman, formerly the Band Director at BEN High School. The students got changed into their good clothes, after a quick pizza dinner. Many parents showed up for the concert, which began at seven pm. “The kids did a terrific job, and Mr. Nelson did fantastic pulling the event together,” said Michael Connor, Choir Director at CMMS. Several seventh and eighth grade students from Central Mountain helped keep things running smoothly for the visiting students and Band Directors. Mr. Nelson said, “Band Fest was a huge hit. The auditorium was almost full. The band played all seven pieces, and nothing had to be cut due to difficulty, including Mas Cencerro, music composed for the festival as a premier performance. We were swamped with ticket sales and photo and CD purchases. Everyone told me what a great time they had. The best part is I don’t think the kids even realized how much they were learning...yet.” www.bear999.com

Before the cock crowed, Mary brought forth her firstborn son. She wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger. Mary held him close, sensing the present moment might be the most precious of her life. Shepherds knelt before her, faces and eyes turned toward the babe. They glorified God and praised Him. Mary tucked their visit away in her heart to be pondered later. From glory to agony, from childbearing through Jesus’ childhood to the Cross and beyond, Mary, mother of Jesus. The ideal mother, with her natural passion for righteousness in her children, creeps into the ideals of life. As our civilization faces fundamental liabilities, we can be concerned over the endangered might of motherhood as over any other liability. We are suffering so many things today that lead away from home influence. A mother holds the world in her hands and absolutely molds tomorrow. For the sake of tomorrow, the men and women in that great tomorrow, would do well for yourself and for your children if you would accept your role as a teacher for God. God has blessed you with children that you might disciple them, dedicate them, and discipline them for God’s glory and for the good of humankind in the world today. For the brownie layer: 1. In a food processor, grind the almonds and walnuts to a meal. Be careful not to over-process or the nuts will become oily. 2. Add the dates and pulse until the mixture is combined and crumbly. 3. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and the salt and pulse to combine. The mixture should stick together when pressed between two fingers. If it doesn’t stick together, and is too crumbly, add maple syrup until it sticks together. 4. Press the brownie mixture into the bottom of a 9x5 inch loaf pan or small square pan and set aside. For the top layer: 1. In a food processor, process the coconut butter and maple syrup till smooth. 2. Add the cocoa powder and pulse to combine. 3. Spoon the mixture onto the brownie base and smooth out with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. 4. Cover the pan with tin foil and place in the freezer for about 30 minute until set. Cut into squares and serve, or store in freezer (for up to one month).

Computer Use and Eyestrain May is Healthy Vision Month! Staring at your computer screen, smartphone, video game, or other digital

devices for long periods won’t cause permanent eye damage, but your eyes may feel dry and tired. Some people also experience headaches or motion sickness when viewing 3-D, which may indicate that the viewer has a problem with focusing or depth perception. What causes computer-use eyestrain? Normally, humans blink about 18 times a minute, but studies show we blink half that often while using computers and other digital screen devices, whether for work or play. • Extended reading, writing, or other intensive “near work” can also cause eyestrain. What to do: • Sit about 25 inches from the computer screen and position the screen so your eye gaze is slightly downward. • Reduce glare from the screen by lighting the area properly; use a screen filter if needed. • Post a note that says “Blink!” on the computer as a reminder. • Every 20 minutes, shift your eyes to look at an object at least 20 feet away, for at least 20 seconds: the “20-20-20” rule. • Use artificial tears to refresh your eyes when they feel dry. • Take regular breaks from computer work, and try to get enough sleep at night. Computer-use eyestrain can be made worse by: Sleep deprivation. When you get less sleep than you need, your eyes may become irritated. During sleep, our eyes rest for an extended period, and are replenished by nutrients. Ongoing eye irritation can lead to swelling and infection, especially if you wear contact lenses. • If you have to be at your computer for a marathon work session, take regular rest breaks or “power naps,” if possible. • Apply a washcloth soaked in warm water to tired, dry eyes (with eyes closed). • Use tired or sore eyes as a signal that it’s time to stop working and get some rest or sleep. Incorrect contact lens use. If you wear contact lenses, it’s important that you use and care for them properly - especially if you use a computer and other digital-screen devices often. This helps avoid eye irritation, swelling, infection and vision problems. • Give your eyes a break - wear your glasses! • Don’t sleep in your contact lenses, even if they are labeled “extended wear.” • Always use good cleaning practices. There are some important things to keep in mind when cleaning your contact lenses. You should: • Avoid touching the lenses with water; use fresh solution every time for cleaning and storing. • Rub your contacts when you clean them, even if you use a no-rub solution. • Clean your storage case regularly (with fresh solution, not water) and replace it every 2 to 3 months. Stop wearing your contact lenses and see an ophthalmologist (Eye M.D.) right away if you develop any of these problems: Eyes that are red, blurry, watery, sensitive to light, or sore; eye swelling or discharge. May is Lyme Disease Awareness Month

Lyme disease is an acute inflammatory disease caused by the bite of a tick infected with the bacteria, Borrelia burgdorferi; Lyme disease is spread through the bite of ticks which carry Borrelia burgdorferi bacterium. In the U.S., there are two main species of tick which carry and spread Lyme disease. The deer tick or black legged tick (Ixodes scapularis) spreads the disease in the north central and eastern parts of the U.S.. The western black legged tick (Ixodes pacifus) spreads Lyme disease on the west (Pacific) coast. Both species of ticks are found in wooded areas. The life cycle of the Ixodes tick is complex.

Symptoms There are two types of symptoms of Lyme Disease: first and late symptoms. First symptoms are usually flu-like and include fatigue, tiredness, joint and muscle pain, and also, a characteristic rash. Late symptoms can take much longer to develop: weeks, months or even years. Late symptoms may include fatigue, mental health issues, the condition arthritis and chronic encephalomyeltits. Chronic encephalomyeltits is a progressive condition (symptoms become worse or more widespread), and include back pain, bladder problems, vertigo and weakness in the legs. Late Lyme disease can also cause brain, joint, and heart infection. The Need For This Awareness Month In the U.S., over the last few years, there has been a steady increase in the number of reported cases of Lyme disease. Lyme Disease Awareness Month educates both the young and old about Lyme Disease and how they can take steps to prevent it. As both types of ticks which carry the Lyme disease virus live in wooded areas, people who visit these areas are encouraged to wear protective clothing around the ankles. White or light clothing is recommended, as it is easier to spot any ticks. Shirts and T-shirts should be tucked into your pants (trousers), and socks pulled up over the bottom of the pants. Using an insect repellent can also help prevent the ticks from getting on to you. Pets should also be checked. Before returning inside, it is recommended to do a tick check first. Tick Removal Lowers The Risk Of Lyme Disease Carrying a tick removal kit is advised, as they can be used to effectively remove ticks from body, reducing the risk of disease transmission. Often the disease is transmitted when a tick is not removed properly. The body breaks away with the head still buried in the skin; this causes the tick to regurgitate its contents into the person’s body. ‘Do It Yourself ’ tick kits should include an insect repellent, a pair of fine tweezers, an antiseptic, and small vial. Using the tweezers, remove the tick with the tips of the tweezers as close as possible to the skin around the tick’s mouth parts. A gentle upward action is recommend by the Lyme Disease Foundation. How can I raise a gracious loser?

While it’s perfectly natural for your child to be disappointed when he/she loses something they’ve worked hard for, like the championship soccer game, it is important for him/her to learn to accept loss without feelings of bitterness or low self-esteem. A child who doesn’t learn to lose graciously has a hard time making friends and is often frustrated by failures. Here are some ways to encourage a sourpuss to sweeten up. • Play on your child’s sense of empathy. At this age, he/she is starting to develop the ability to put him/herself in another person’s place. He/she can now begin to understand that getting angry when they don’t win hurts the feelings of the people that they’re playing with. Ask him/her to think about how it would feel if someone got angry at them when they did something he/she was proud of. Tell them that it’s okay to be sad about losing, but he/she should try not to hurt others because of it. • Play cooperative games. Non-competitive games eliminate winning and losing altogether and help your child learn what it’s like to play on a team. Try hitting a balloon back and forth, or play a game of Chinese checkers, in which the idea is to get your marbles on his/her side and his/hers on your side at roughly the same time. As children get older, they will have to start playing with teammates to accomplish a common goal, and cooperative games give them a great foundation for this. • Emphasize effort, skill, and fun. It’s trite but true: “It’s not whether you win or lose, but how you play the game.” Your job is to get your child to take this adage to heart. After he/she plays a game with a friend, ask, “Did you have a good time?” instead of “Who won?” Offer praise for anything done well, no matter how small it may seem. The more you can get your child thinking about developing the skills needed to be a good player — regardless of the outcome — the less important winning becomes. • Teach your child how to win and lose well. Show him/her what it means to be a good winner and a good loser. Tell him/her that good winners don’t brag about victories or make fun of another player’s skills. And help him/her become a good loser by giving them opportunities to lose, as he/ she plays against you. It seems harsh, but they’ll never learn the skill if they don’t practice it. Most important, don’t let him/her see you being a poor sport. Take your losses well, and always congratulate the winner. If your child regularly “loses it” when he/she loses, you might need to take a break from game playing altogether. Turn the focus to other areas of your child’s life that he/she can feel good about. And teach him/her that mistakes are okay by not reacting harshly when he/she makes one. For example, instead of getting angry about a bad grade in school, talk about what he/she can do to do better. Dear Greta, This great girl I’ve been dating just invited me on a camping trip. Frankly, there is nothing I would like to do less. I hate camping, and I won’t know anyone but her. The trip is three days with 20 of her friends, including her ex-boyfriend, so I worry about asking her to go without me, especially since we aren’t “official” yet. Can I skip this without it being a big deal, or is it a mistake to let her go when we’re right at the monogamy “crossroads?” - City Boy Dear City Boy, I’m right there with you, City Boy. My idea of camping is waiting for our room to be ready in the lobby of a hotel with exposed wood. But I understand your problem. It’s a bad idea to stay home when it means she’ll be out there in nature with nothing to block the view of her ex-boyfriend. Unfortunately, you’re being asked on not just a camping trip but a vetting trip. She’ll be looking at how well you fit in with her friends (which will tell her something about how well you’ll fit into her life) and, possibly, evaluating your camping prowess. But chances are, if she were some hardcore camper, she wouldn’t even consider dating a guy whose idea of a nature hike is probably cutting across the lawn to get the mail. Let your girlfriend know that camping isn’t your thing, but that you’re sure you’ll have a great time with her over the weekend. This sets her up not to expect much more of this outdoorsy business from you while setting you up as a good sport who’s willing to go out of his way to make her happy. If both you and your relationship survive the weekend, maybe you can show her a thing or two about the great indoors - like how, of all the current wonders of nature, one of the most wonderful is how you can sit in your house drinking martinis while watching the Discovery Channel. Have a fun weekend and remember to be yourself!
