CHRISTMAS GIFT GUIDE
Our full collection takes inspiration from Goodwood’s past, using our sporting history to inspire a range of clothing and accessories that are contemporary in style and relevant to our audience. Just like Goodwood’s entire history – it’s the combination of tradition and innovation that’s behind our vision. In particular, the ninth Duke of Richmond’s style inspired a whole range of sporting clothing, including our renowned overalls. The collections adhere to a sustainable philosophy with the aim of minimising our long-term environmental footprint, using eco-friendly materials and creating products that are made to last. The Goodwood Shop features sporting collections that reflect our events: Festival of Speed, Revival, Members’ Meeting and Goodwoof; as well as collections that echo Goodwood Estate’s sporting passions: GRRC, Horseracing, Aviation, Golf, and Motor Circuit. Family, craftsmanship and a commitment to quality, authenticity and innovation are the values that we share, along with a focus on sporting excellence for beautifully functional clothing, accessories and timeless apparel. We strive to emulate the classic designs of the past merging tradition with a modern style. Everything we create is inspired by our events and passions; in fact, all our clothes and accessories are designed to be worn while our customers are enjoying their passion or when they’re coming to Goodwood. Our range compliments the individual brands and perfectly reflects the Goodwood lifestyle. We work with UK craftsman and suppliers where possible and fly the flag for British style and manufacturing.

GOODWOOD 75 Goodwood is proud to announce ‘Goodwood 75’, a year of celebrations across its motorsport events and venues in 2023. As well as paying tribute to the incredible history and heritage of motorsport at Goodwood, the Goodwood 75 festivities will embrace the future of motorsport, something which Goodwood has continuously championed throughout the years. The overarching celebration is that of the Motor Circuit, which reaches its 75th anniversary in 2023. It was Squadron Leader Tony Gaze - an Australian fighter pilot who was based at RAF Westhampnett during the Second World War – who first suggested to the 9th Duke of Richmond that the airfield’s perimeter track would make an excellent race circuit. Officially opened on 18 September 1948 by the Duke and Duchess in their Bristol 400, the very first meeting was attended by 15,000 spectators, who gathered to watch the 85 drivers including Sir Stirling Moss, who won his first ever race that day, sparking his life-long association with Goodwood.

Today, it is a centre for flying excellence and offers an exciting range of flying experiences and lessons all involving breath-taking views of the South Downs and surrounding coast.
