Natural Gas Consulting Engineering Services

Building Communities GMC’s Integrated Engineering Services Approach provides natural gas pipeline, distribution and facility planners and operators an opportunity to reduce costs and schedules over their project lifecycles by integrating the required project disciplines up front in the planning phase of a project and throughout the project execution phase to achieve their project objectives. Safety, integrity and quality is the foundation of every GMC project undertaken and executed.

1. Planning, Routing & Sighting 2. ROW & Land Acquisitions Objective of the Integrated Process is to reduce costs and schedules over the project lifecycle

3. Field Survey (Civil/ENV/CUL/GEO) 4. Pipeline & Facilities Designing/Engineering 5. Permitting (Min/Env/Fed/State/Local) 6. Procurement 7. Construction 8. Operations & Maintenance

Integrated Project Management Approach Identifying process management best practices for the client projects

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

PROJECT DELIVERY

Benefits of an Integrated Approach + Eliminates duplication of services + Provides vital efficiencies + Provides a platform to identify and manage risks + Enhances the project planning and execution to deliver cost savings + Leverages best practices to produce plans, specs and permits to reduce lifecycle costs

GMC’s Integrated Engineering Services Approach benefits gas operators by providing a platform to identify, mitigate and manage project risk factors. The Integrated Engineering Services Approach leverages best practices across project functional silos to provide coordination between critical key disciplines for successful project delivery.

GMC can customize the best approach for your project, based on project priorities, schedules and resources by offering a fully Integrated Engineering Services Approach or a menu of services for your project needs. Project controls including scope, schedule, and financial monitoring and reporting are incorporated into every project.

GMC has strategic partnerships with pipeline construction contractors, equipment suppliers, fabricators, facilities contractors and architectural services to offer progressive design build solutions.
