EINSTOFFEN ist ein junger, innovativer Brand aus der Schweiz. Seit 2008 verbinden wir die Welten von Streetwear und Eyewear, um Lieblingsstücke für weltoffene Individualisten zu erschaffen. Von Natur, Kunst und Musik inspiriert, kombinieren wir, was in unseren Augen zusammenpasst: Mode und Brillen, Natur und Urbanität, neue Trends und klassische Designs, Schweizer Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine kleine Prise Verrücktheit. Es ging von Anfang an um Originalität und ein paar Schritte abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade fühlen wir uns nach wie vor am Wohlsten. Unsere Leidenschaft gehört natürlichen Rohstoffen wie Holz oder Stein. Sie werden von Hand verarbeitet und sind die Hauptbestandteile für den organischen EINSTOFFEN-Look. Andererseits wären wir nicht wir selbst, wenn wir die Lust an Experimenten und Kombinationen nicht ausleben würden. Denn erst durch die Begegnung mit dem Fremden wird Neues und Ungewöhnliches erschaffen. EINSTOFFEN trägt die Schweiz im Herzen. Von Beginn an war es unser Ziel, Produkte zu kreieren, die Qualität, Präzision und smartes aber dennoch elegantes Design in sich vereinigen. Wir lieben unsere Brillen und Hemden, doch etwas ultimativ Schweizerisches zu schaffen, eine Uhren-Kollektion, das war seit Jahren unser Traum.
EINSTOFFEN has always been a distinctively Swiss company. From the very beginning, our goal has been to create products that combine quality, precision and smart yet elegant design. We love our glasses and shirts, but to manufacture something uniquely Swiss, a timepiece, has been our dream for years.
Es durfte aber nicht irgendeine Uhr sein. Unsere Zeitmesser sollten die Natürlichkeit eines EINSTOFFEN-Produkts mit Schweizer Präzisionsmechanik kombinieren. Außerdem war das Prädikat «Swiss Made» Pflicht. Das war nicht so einfach, wie wir anfangs dachten. Besonders die Holzfassungen haben uns einiges an Kopfzerbrechen beschert. Ganze vier Jahre hat uns die Entwicklung gekostet, bis wir letztlich zufrieden waren. Daher kommt auch ihr Name: Time Bandits.
We couldn’t just produce a random watch though. We wanted to blend the peak of Swiss engineering craft with the natural appeal of an EINSTOFFEN-product. The design had to match our eyewear and fashion, the “Swiss made”-trademark was mandatory, and we wanted to integrate wooden elements.

Die TIME BANDITS sind ein Crowdfunding-Projekt auf kickstarter.com. Ab dem 15.10.2017 können unsere ersten Uhren aus Holz und Stahl vorbestellt werden. Falls das Crowdfunding-Ziel erreicht wird, werden die TIME BANDITS zu einem festen Bestandteil der EINSTOFFEN-Kollektion. Mehr Infos auf www.einstoffen.ch.
That wasn‘t as easy as we thought. Especially the wooden frames caused us a lot of headache. It took us a whopping four years of research and development until we were finally satisfied with their design and quality. That’s why we called them «Time Bandits». Timepieces made of wood and steel. In Switzerland. By EINSTOFFEN.

Jedes unserer Hemden und jede Bluse ist von einer Kultfilm-Figur inspiriert. Sie sind Stoff gewordene Hommagen an extravagante Charaktere und sollen den inneren Helden ihrer Träger zum Ausdruck bringen. Wir wollen mehr Abenteuer im Alltag und die kostbaren Augenblicke bewusster erleben! Jedes Hemd wird aus mindestens zwei verschiedenen, qualitativ hochstehenden Stoffen gefertigt und besticht durch seinen perfekten Schnitt und die vielen, liebevoll verarbeiteten Details.
Each of our shirts and blouses is inspired by an iconic movie figure. These strictly limited pieces work as homages to extravagant characters, created to evoke the spirit of those larger-than-life figures and bringing out the inner hero in the people who wear them. We want to infuse our everyday life with more adventure. We want to experience more fun, be more courageous and live our precious moments to the fullest. And just like Bowie said, we can be heroes. Every shirt is made from two to three different high-quality fabrics and impresses with a blend of perfect cut and meticulous eye for detail.
