Counselor in Training Program Our CIT program, for ages 15 and 16, provides another forum for developing pride and unity. CIT’s arrive early for training, assist with our younger students, help in the dorms and serve as role models.
They participate in a number of service opportunities throughout the summer, enabling them to earn up to 30 hours of community service credit. A performance based stipend is provided for all of our CIT’s.
