L'escursionismo non solo rilassa, ma può anche essere combinato con esperienze emozionanti - per esempio su uno dei numerosi sentieri tematici nella valle di Defereggen, che permeano la natura e trasmettono anche conoscenza.

Diese Wanderung verschafft einen guten Einblick in die farbenprächtige Vielfalt der Alpenpflanzen und ihre Lebensbedingungen im Hochgebirge. Der Blumenlehrweg durchstreift viele Höhenstufen alpiner Flora und Vegetation. Ausgangspunkt: Parkplatz Trojer Tal oder Parkplatz Trogach (St. Jakob i.D.) | Gehzeit: ca. 4 - 6 Stunden Alpine flower trail in Oberseite This hike provides a great insight into the colourful variety of Alpine plants and their habitats in altitude mountain areas. The educational flower trail passes through lots of altitudinal belts of Alpine flora and vegetation. Earmarked stopping points along the route are outlined in it.. Starting point: Parking Trojer valley or Trogach (St. Jakob) | Walking time: approx. 4 - 6 hours Sentiero didattico "Alpenblumenweg Oberseite" Questa escursione dà un'ottima idea della varietà di colori delle piante alpine e delle loro condizioni di vita in alta montagna. Il sentiero didattico dei fiori attraversa numerosi piani altitudinali della flora e della vegetazione alpine. La guida riporta anche i punti di sosta contrassegnati lungo il sentiero. Der größte zusammenhängende Zirbenbestand der Ostalpen und die von jahrhundertelanger Arbeit der Bergbauern geprägte Almlandschaft bieten die reizvolle Kulisse für den Natur- und Kulturlehrweg Oberhauser Zirbenwald. Neun Schautafeln informieren über das Ökosystem des Zirbenwaldes und die reichhaltige Flora und Fauna, sowie das Almleben. Ausgangspunkt: Parkplatz Oberhaus | Gehzeit: ca. 1,5 Stunden Nature & cultural Trail in the swiss pine wood Oberhauser The biggest interconnected stock of Swiss pine trees in the Eastern Alps and an Alpine landscape characterised by the centuries-long work carried out by miners provides a charming setting for the nature and cultural educational trail in the Swiss pine forest in Oberhauser. Nine information boards provide information about the ecosystem of the Swiss pine forest and its substantial flora and fauna, as well as life in the Alps.
