My warmest and personal greetings to you all, and I am ever so pleased and privileged to be able to contribute to our first Newsletter of 2021. Let me firstly Thank you all for your efforts and contributions to our organization during this past year – I know it has certainly not been easy. Living in a bubble is truly not something that we as human beings are used to, and while the current circumstances in the world are still somehow unbalanced, we are moving towards Bursting out of this bubble soon and I believe we will emerge stronger together. As we continue to discover how to manage our lives personally and professionally, we must continue to embrace & accept change, to communicate authentically, to listen more and to inspire and encourage all those close to us – at home or at our work place. We are dedicating this issue in honor of International Women’s Day, which we all celebrated during the month of March. We as a company will celebrate achievements toward gender equality and women’s empowerment. We know our associates are the true heart of our business and the main reason for our success. I know our values are still in place no matter where we are and whom with. We will always put our people first, and we shall always practice excellence and we work with integrity and kindness. And we must never forget those in-need with cultural and community engagement activities, It’s always about a sense of unity. It’s about family in a very fundamental way.
