Pre-arrival Please arrive 20 – 30 minutes prior to appointment to take full advantage of our locker room facilities, including sauna, steam room. Please make sure to bring your swim wear to take advantage of our hydrotherapy amenities, per municipality regulations. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened so that the therapist will be on time for the next session.
Health Considerations Please advise upon booking of any allergies, aliments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or are pregnant as some services may not be appropriate for you at this time.
Spa Therapists Jaula’s female guests will be paired with female therapists and male guests with male therapists.
Personal Belongings We respectfully ask that you leave cell phones turned off so that the tranquility of the Jaula Spa & Club experience may be preserved and please leave at home or deposit all valuables in your room safe, as Jaula Spa & Club cannot be held responsible for loss of personal items.

Cancellation Cancellations and changes or scheduled treatments are accepted up to 4 hours prior to appointment time without incurring a charge. For cancellations within 4 hours, you will be charged 50% of total treatment amount and for no show will occur full payment.
Age Limitation Children under age 16 are not permitted to use the spa facilities.
Information Privacy Because we consider the privacy and confidentiality of your information to be important, we use your information in accordance with the Global Privacy Policy for Guests located at privacy.hyatt.com or by request from the spa reception.
