Olive oysters from Kagawa prefecture are unique for their nutty, buttery flavour, derived from being fed olive oil byproducts Their robust meat and refreshing brininess make them ideal for grilling or enjoying raw on the half shell

Senposhi Hokkaido (100g/120g each)

Senposhi oysters from Hokkaido are celebrated for their firm texture and complex flavor, balancing sweetness and salinity Their large, ridged shells hold plump meat, making them a sought-after delicacy for seafood lovers
